1 starThey have poor service because their driver refused to put packages in boxes he just leaves them laying all over the place so they can be stolen or other people can open your packages and when you talk to costumer service and then request a supervisor they hang up so I will no longer use them I will have **** do my deliveryReview fromRobin R

1 starSo I feel amazon is a complete scam. They are constantly telling you spend 25 or more on eligible products. I do this frequently for not only person but business items. So this is very frustrating almost half the time it never comes the day and amazon wants me to wait two more days. That is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I spend alot on amazon shopping multiple times a week and this happens so much. I am very dissatisfied with this company. Something needs to be done about their false delivery dates. It's not only on same day or next day deliveries its on anything they give you a date and with me personally I almost never get it when I'm supposed to or it comes at extremely weird times. Plus their delivery workers handle the packages horribly not all but most of the drivers. I have cameras and I have so many clips of them tossing expensive equipment 4 ft across my porch this has happened so many times I've lost count. I will no longer use this company. Etsy is amazing and so are so many other companies that actually care about their customers.Review fromRyan D

For the second time this week my package was delivered to the wrong place. They left my package on the balcony of someone who lives on the first floor (I live on the 3rd). I had to have them resend it. My package today was rush delivery and I paid $200 for the item. I watched the drivers location never come to my building. They went to the opposite side of the complex and stated it was handed to the receptionist. The office had been closed for over 3 hours at that point. So it definitely was NOT handed to anyone in the office. Now I have to wait two extra days just to get it resent or get a refund and then have to wait for it to be shipped AGAIN! I will be cancelling my Prome because its ridiculous. At this point I can find the same items online with the competitors for the same price.Ryan D

Update: I reached back out to Amazon after two days (they said to see if it shows up which it didnt) to get a replacement or refund like they told me to. I was then told that I need to file a police report and then call them back with the case number. I called the police and explained situation thoroughly to them. The officer explained that this isnt a case that they would be involved with because Amazon clearly delivered to the wrong location and didnt bring it to my door as it was stated in the delivery notes. They would only file a report if it was stolen from my doorstep or someone broke into my mailbox, which neither happened. The officer suggested that I go to the office to get video footage of where the driver went and also get confirmation that the office was closed and no one by the name the driver put as who signed off. Amazon is taking no responsibility in their drivers doings. This is the second package of mine in one week this has happened with. 4 starsAs always reliable and leader in industry I always reward great companies with a great rating but by doing so I may lower effort by the whole team and advertising quality assuming we are already a 5 start company and stop been creatives. 1 starAmazon Logistics is the worst, rudest, most incompetent shipping company and Amazon should be ASHAMMED to do any business with them. They have SCREWED UP EVERY, I REPEAT, EVERY SHIPMENT AMAZON gave to them to be deliverd to me in 10 months. They pull scams by repeatedly calling and hanging up, so it looks like they tried to call the customer when they are too late to deliver a package and try to make it look like it wasn't their fault. They also PARK IN HANDICAP PARKING, TALK ABOUT RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!! These guys are anything but a logistics company. They are a big SCAM perpetrated on Amazon customers. They never deliver on time as stated, NEVER. It takes 7 days or sometimes not at all to deliver a package. I can't believe Amazon is doing this to its customer. 1 starWhat happened here was that amazon hit my credit card 3 times in less than 48 hours because the item wasn't available at the first fulfillment center I remove my Credit card and after that amazon keep charging a card that is no longer on their system It put my account negative, I contact Customer ******************** Very rude and unprofessional and they told me that I need to get in contact with my bank because it just was an authorization I emailed proof of the transaction being approved and they stated that the Money will be back to my card within 3-5 business days Which is not right - I called back to customer ******************** and they told my that it was an error by the previous rep and the transactions never go thru because it was just an authorization, it is incredible because they Hit my card without my authorization that is no legal even removing my card out of the system, now I need to cover an overdraft of $74.72 and I don't get either the money or my refund. 1 starAmazon should list the country of origin not just imported . I am tired of dealing with things from *****. Just ordered a Christmas tree. The box is all broken up and smells like there is something dead inside. The invoice sent on line says it was used. Really! The company number *********************** says send an email. 1 starAbsolute worst customer service Ive personally experienced. So I ordered some stuff and left explicit deliver instructions not to leave the package and to get a signature. Well I got the email saying it was delivered, upon arriving home there was no package, on the email you can see the pic the driver left off the package outside. Now I dont live in the best neighborhood so wouldnt you know the packages got taken. I called customer service immediately and the run around began they told me sometimes the drivers do that and wait a few days, sounds absurd but ok. This is Friday I call back Monday and again with the run around it can take longer than expected and disregard the delivery email. Disregard it, its their for my safety. So its been two weeks Ive had to file police reports wait 5 business days for it to process everything is processed and Im still getting the run around. They wont re ship them , but will gladly take my money for another order. That will be left outside and I can do this again I ordered 4 packages for the holidays and got 1 , order 1 was stolen off the same place orders 2-3 you guessed it stolen from the front porch I did receive order 4 because I had someone stay at my house to get it that day. I am a loyal Amazon customer and am disgusted at the level of incompetence these people display. And it seems they read off a script they dont listen to you at all but rather tell you how they feel like handling it. 1 starI am a customer of ********************. They have a vendor selling a squat rack on their site. The vendor sent a worthless gift box and it showed the gym was delivered. I called Amazon on Thursday, Jan 5 2023, and every day trying to get them to understand the vendor was a scammer. The overseas support is the worst. I have tried to reach their corporate office. the overseas staff is incapable of transferring me to their corporate office. the apologies so much for not being able to assist. thus holding my money hostage due to a spam vendor on the Amazon site. I think we need to bring support back to ******* where the people understand American values and how we conduct business. For those who spend lots of money with Amazon be aware they will not listen to you and you have to do all of the work to prove anything. I called today and they told me i have to wait a month to get a refund without no interest or compensation for buying something from their website and the vendor is a scammer. Here is proof for your reference. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** This is what they sent in place of the actual Gym as shown. You would think a company like Amazon would provide better service when items on their site are fake. The staff was trying to say they shipped the wrong item. I sent them the reviews and then they had nothing to say. Every time you call them they have a different story. First, they said to send the item back and we will get you your refund. Now they have the item tracking number. Next, they told me a month before they can investigate even when I gave them the additional customers who were scammed by the same vendor. They are treating me like I'm the scammer.
