I bought earbuds on Amazon (through vendor "Tab Windsor" although it appears to actually be a ******* company named dongfangmaogushangmaoyouxiangongsi). I received a card saying that I would get a $60 giftcard if I filled out a 5 star review and forwarded it to email account gift-service-us @ hotmail.com - this seems very unethical and a frankly a bribe to boost their ratings. I reported this to Amazon and they could have cared left. In fact the told me to contact the vendor directly about the reward.

Amazon is Crooks. I got rid of them. Stop taking bad treatment. The prices are sky high, the delivery sucks now because there is no more two day, customers are still being charged for two day shipping, and for groceries that should have free delivery with your prime order, you now still have to pay for delivery. There are other more dignified places to shop. Amazon is evil and we should all boycott this company for good. Delete all your card information and delete all of your memberships. But don't delete your account. I recently found out Amazon must anti Christian or antichrist. There are several Amazon reviews on movies where athiest are bashing Christians, disrespecting God and bashing Christian movies. When I responded in my comment, Amazon has deleted all of my reviews and blocked my account from ever making another review. The reviews of people bashing Christians are still up and report button disabled. I also made a review about a "pride sandals"...'I said why call it pride? Defiling the rainbow much? God made the rainbow.'. Amazon said my reviews are now live on Amazon, then I got an email months later about in being in "violation of community guidelines." What community guidelines? The ones where Christians should shut up? Amazon deleted my beautiful female photos of me in the dress and left the ones with the despicable bald man in the woman's dress and his photos are first when there are other ladies in the dress & many of their photos aren't shown. I confronted Amazon about the issue via email back in December 2021 and my comment was reinstated. The issues didn't stop there. Several times Amazon tracking shows out for delivery, then delivered, but I never got it. When I called Amazon, the automated system says "looks like your item was marked delivered by accident." But it never arrived. My bbb review about Amazon explaining all of this has either been deleted or never posted. Run for the hills! Amazon stink big time.

Since I moved to ********** my packages are constantly getting lost, in the delivery status page it always says delivered, but when I check when the receptionist in my building, they have never arrived. I live in a safe area so I'm sure it's not caused by theft in my building. I can always get my refund but it's been annoying, I have a prime account because I want my orders to arrive on time.

Ive had prime as long as thats been an option. But today Amazon really disappointed. Driver left package on top of mail box, no way it would fit in a mail box, but put that it was delivered to customer mailbox. Thankful my husband got it right away because it was a thin light package that would have blown away. I tried to call the customer service line. ****** listened to my statement said one second I will get someone to help with this issue and then hung up on me. Not only did the driver not complete their job correctly but customer service also failed.

I started ordering from Amazon in **** and have placed many hundreds if not thousands of orders over the following 23 years. Until recently i have had few issues but the recent policy change which has added $7.99 for most *** return pickups is quite outrageous. First it was quietly added without any notification that i have see. It seems to be applied to returned items of various values and when contacting customer service i have been given literally dozens of excuses as why this new policy has been implemented. I rarely return items and then only if they are faulty / damaged, or the size is different from the advertised size. They do give you an alternative of driving to the local drop of point which in my case is some ***************************** gas than some items cost to purchase! I am a Prime member which really means little in my rural location as the average delivery time is 10 days from the date of my order so 2 day delivery rarely if ever happens, i would at least expect the free return policy as stated on most Prime items pages to be honored. Charging $7.99 or making one drive to a local drop off point is not free returns . It's about time Amazon addressed this issue as it seems to be a growing issue on many review sites? It has only been implemented since Bezos departure as CEO. Is someone trying to make a name for himself ?

I have to be completely honest.. Amazon has to have some of the worst customer service compared to pretty any company. They will give u the run around regardless of what your needs are, just to get you off the phone.. I placed an order 4 days ago and needed the item rush shipped so I would receive it before Saturday.. first off, in no point was the item I ordered not available. And it showed it was in stock. After numerous calls and agents I spoke with, they pretty much guaranteed they would get the order escalated so it would ship priority so I would receive it by the date I needed it by. Fast forward to today, the day before I needed to receive it. The item never shipped. When I called, they again, gave me the run around and told me that the reason it didn't ship was because the item was shipping from a third party company that was shipping the item from *****. Which basically meant I was screwed out of my order.. when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she then gave me the run around again and told me that the item was out of stock and they couldn't issue a credit to the order until after January 7th, which was after the day of should've shipped. I was livid.. for a multi billion dollar company, you would think their customer service personal would be a little more forthcoming when it comes to the information they give to their clients.. I hope I never have to deal with any of their agents again.. good luck to anyone that has to deal with them..

I used to love shopping on Amazon and would have never believed I'd be giving it one star (would give 0 after my most recent interaction if that was an option), but that is quickly changing. **************** / customer satisfaction going WAY downhill.Ordered some things anticipating them as Christmas gifts, but the "expected delivery date" range was Dec 22 - 29.ok, no biggie, if they didn't arrive for Christmas (they didn't), I could stick them back for birthday gifts. A few days ago the expected delivery date said "running late, if you're item doesn't arrive by Jan 4 you can come back Jan 5 to request a refund". Jan 4 was yesterday, no item. Previous orders that were "running late" has taught me if it doesn't arrive by the "if it doesn't arrive by" date, it won't arrive, so logged in today to request a refund. Chatted with customer service and was told "the order was fulfilled & shipped so if it doesn't come by Jan 10 you can ask for a refund" I asked them if their story is going to change AGAIN if it still doesn't arrive and told them I don't appreciate being lied to (the day I'm supposed to be able to request a refund, I'm told I have to wait longer).I was considering paying for Prime (for the past 5 years, it's been included with my phone service, but I switched providers to get better coverage so lost Prime), but after this I don't think so. Paying for shipping, eh I'll probably spend less paying for shipping than paying for Prime just to "get free ********* ************ don't watch enough on Prime to make it worth it (most of what they have that I'd be interested in I'd still have to pay for). But not standing behind your word (changing the date I can request a refund after the first "you can request a refund" date arrives with me not having my order) is making me strongly considering not shopping with Amazon again.

**************** is horrible. Their delivery driver delivered my order to the wrong address and I was told that there was nothing they can do about it. I was a loyal customer to ********************** for over 2 years and never experienced an issue until now. I will not be renewing & I reported the charges to my bank. Amazon is slowly going down the drain

Amazon has been double charging me for months. I always have a refund in my bank for the second charge but it takes several days. There is no need for a double charge. Are they taking the money and getting interest on it for those days? I have searched around the internet and noticed it is happening to many, many people. Amazon needs to stop this practice.
