      I ordered a secured amazon ***** The first time I used it, I was told it was a fraudulent charge so they locked my acct. They asked for documents to prove it was my account. So I did, everything short of my blood. They said that wasn't enough. When I sent exactly what they wanted. So I created other accts. Hoping this would work. But they did the same thing. Finally my brother created himself a acct. I used his acct to buy my nephew a present. Using a prepaid Vanillagift card. They even said that was possibly fraudulent charges on this acct. And canceled the order. I called customer service over this and they actually asked the name on the Vanilla gift card. Which doesn't come with a name on it and they didn't even understand this. It's like they don't want me to buy from them or something. I've never felt so bad..I will stick with ****. Amazon treats there customers like trash. I can't get my acct unlocked no matter what I do. I'm just so confused about Amazon. I just want to use my card to help build my credit. And can't. Please stay away from these people "Amazon". They practically had me in tears the way they treated me. I give -5 Stars. If anyone could help I'd appreciate it so very much. Thnx..

      Not sure if this seller "ONLINE SELLER" is ACTUALLY responsible but I just tried calling the number listed to this address 206-266-xxxx and it goes to voicemail. But I ordered an 8-foot pallet from a FB add and was sent to a company called SOVARIETY.com as the "handler" for my order. After back-n-forth emails, I got a response from ****** of various tracking #s. Well today i received a 3x5" box with some wireless earbuds. Clearly NOT what was advertised NOR interpreted that I would be getting for 1-week (extra cost) for shipping that took 4-weeks to arrive. And DEFINITELY not what I paid for. *** who is responsible for returning my money, but if this was an @AMAZON.com fluke, return my money. This was a BLATANT misrepresentation, misleading, and SCAM!!!

      Amazon did not process my mattress return correctly, as a result I am having the run around. I contacted *** the carrier who supposedly came after Amazon initiated a return to my mattress, yet amazon cannot trace my mattress.when I went online to return the mattress, amazon popped up can't return online, you have to call Amazon. I called somewhere in *****, who started the process and got the *** to come to my door and pickup the mattress, it was the same man who accidentally picked up the bed frame before and amazon processed, but not the Mattress?!!!I contacted customer Service and the supposedly Supervisor was Very Very Rude, I guess she did not like my accent.Now I am in limbo between Amazon and the ***, and I am afraid I might have to pay for item I returned, as a result of Amazon mess. Amazon lost my trust, trust that should keep the customers coming, but would that mean anything to mr. ****** after all I am small fish in an ocean ...?!

      I have been an Amazon customer for several years and since I live in a rural area, I value the convenience of ordering online. However, I am now having to delete my entire account and all my connected accounts (Amazon Music Unlimited) simply to delete my archived order history. This is a major shortcoming of Amazon services and a double standard compared to the ability to delete browsing history. This is more than an inconvenience as I will now have to re-create my entire account along with my Prime Video and Amazon Music playlists (hundreds of songs). This will take considerable time and effort and is a major inconvenience to accomplish what should be a simple option available to account holders. It also is a deterrent to customers when ordering certain items if they will become a permanent record on their account without the option to delete if desired. This is a simple software fix and I am very disappointed that Amazon does not make this available to its customers.Date of experience: December 22, 2022

      Placed this order TODAY and want to cancel it TODAY but I fu----g can't so now i have to go through BS to get it sent back! Called customer service and they tell me the product is already in the "shippers hands". Oh really? any other time it takes 3 or 4 days to get the c*** I need. AND get this!!! ordered 2 of the same thing and they are being delivered by the POST OFFICE and the other is being delivered by a AMAZON DRIVER!!!! REALLY???? This is why shipping cost so much.

      **************************, &Vincent ***** **************** manager when ******************* ran Amazon it was great. The one and only reason Amazon became # 1 was their customer service (CS) that and that alone. Your CS is horrible we have to talk to someone that can't speak English while 1/3 talk with faulty mics. Which makes even tougher. Then you have to go through your automated system and try to communicate with a computer that is programed to only understand 5% of what is said. I purchased a new HP computer from day one that it was up and running it had a defect. HP support teck's spent hours from remote found that it had usb port failure. I also had my computer repair man look at it found the same problem. I haven't had this HP computer up a running one day. Now HP warranty wants me to mail it to them at their cost for 10 - 15 Days. Stating when they work on it they are not responsible if they lose my data they are not responsible for it. I had 3 Amazon supervisors hang up there were!not heated words they just didn't know how fix the issue??? Amazon states they record their calls go back a listen to them. If you can't I have a copy. When I received the new computer from Amazon I had to pay $100.00 to have my old computer download to the new computer. When I received it back USB ports are defective proven by HP teck after spending hours remotely. Amazon refuses to make it right.I will be out around $300.00 because I was sent a defective computer.

      I am permanently disabled and my wife and both live on SSI. I often unable to get out to shop so I rely on amazon a lot. I bought one food item for ***** to spoil myself. One of their centers though they had it, charged me and then found out they didn't. This happened 4 times in a row in less than 16 hours. So my ***** item cost me ***** in pending charges that take 3-7 business days to be back on my account. It left **** in my account. Their policy is each center that tries to send it rings up an authorization charge. That is a terrible business practice. Thank God it wasn't say buying abed frame and they hit someones card 4 times for it. Their way to try and solve it was to offer me a ***** inconvienice payment on my account. SERIOUSLY. Inconvience.. nearly overdrafting me!

      This is the third time I have not received my packages and have been charged for them!!! Literally, NO ONE rings the doorbell or anything, we just get a confirmation that our package was delivered and the times do not coincide. I was told by the customer service rep that it was not there fault that I did not receive my packages and since it shows that it was delivered on their end, they can not and will not give me a refund for the money they have taken from me!!!! Over $100 in merchandise that was ordered and we are being told basically they do not care,,,what a shame!!! Such poor service, and this is suppose to be a business that cares?????????And thennnnnn, they hang up on me and state they can not help me!!*********************

      I ordered a coat for our daughter for Christmas. I needed to return as it was not what was desired. In fact Id love to order a new one. However, Amazon claimed they refunded our Amazon gift card. I dont have an Amazon gift card. I never got one from them. This was ordered from my debit card. All I want is for the refund to be placed back on the card. They keep telling me I have an Amazon gift card. Then they placed me on hold for 30 minutes with no one getting back to me. Im out $147.00! Please help me!

      Prime membership try before you buy is useless. My order was placed Dec 28th 2022 . Scheduled for delivery on the 4th of January. No reason for me to ever pay for prime membership when I ordered plumbing parts and my water is out. And it takes 6 days for delivery on a prime membership!!!
