      Amazon is purposefully not doing proper refunds. I called their customer ********************** 3 times regarding this issue which I had to search ****** for their phone number because it is not readily available. Amazon thinks a refund is "store credit" they never return the money to my card. I was processing the refund and it states its going back on my card and then after it's processed it states it went to my amazon account. If you call customer ********************** they say a refund is store credit. On my next refund I had to click multiple times that I wanted the refund on my card. This is theft store credit and a refund are two different things. I would like this issue resolved because there is no reason a refund I thought was going on my card should go to my Amazon account that would be store credit not a refund.

      I have been a loyal amazon prime member for over 8 years and now I am rethinking that. I ordered a reptile tank seller was amazon themselves and left a 4-star review due to the tank has a gap at the top. Amazon emailed me saying I violated guidelines which the video was of the tank they sent with my Gecko in it and the gap. I said nothing bad. I called customer ******************** spoke to a guy named ****** who was extremely rude, got snippy and attitude with me and refused to give me to someone above his head. He said he was part of the leadership team and there was no one higher than him (that a lie!). Said I had to send an email and wait 24-48/74 hours before I would possibly receive a response which is c*** and so I started getting angry back and I want his job taken from him as he does not deserve to have it! After he hung up on me, I called again and said I wanted to speak to someone in charge of the leadership team, I was transferred to ******* who said she's a supervisor which for knowledge is not in charge on the leadership team and she said she was and was as high above that there is and also refused to give me to someone qualified. I am ****** off and being falsely accused because I didn't give a 5-star review, I don't think so. Amazon should not be allowed to harass and falsely accuse customers because it isn't the review they wanted then turn around and lie through their teeth claiming they are the highest level. Unless you are the *** or the President, or Owner of Amazon you are far from the highest level!

      I recently paid for a product sold & shipped by Amazon for December 27th delivery. My package was sent by Amazon to be processed by *** **************** against my purchase agreement. My package is now expected to arrive February 10th. This is unlawful bait & switch from both companies.

      Hi ****, BBB will help me now as I am tired of complaining on ******** on emails and dealing with ******* in ***** with his same resolution which is of no help. ****** supervisor from ***** hung up on me after 43 minutes and no action was taken against him even after my complaints on ******** Instagram. Please help me getting the full refund for the faulty car. If full refund is not possible then provide us at least half refund so that I can get that car fixed locally and pay for the faulty battery as it's heating badly even if we try to charge for 10 min., adapter - which is not charging and torn seat.Please help as your customer service team has stopped responding and repeating with same solution which is not possible for my sister who lives alone with her 1 year old child to drop the huge car.I live **** miles away from my sister and we tried to reach out to courier company but they denied for home pick up so ***** who also forced me to accept the same solution which agents were giving didn't work.Need the full refund Kind Regards,****************************

      Beyond ******. I order gifts for my child on December 20th, supposedly they canceled my orders because they was unable to get to me when they said, so instead of contacting me an ask if its okay it comes late they took it upon themselves to cancel the orders. Claiming they refunded my money on the 23. I didnt receive an email or anything to let me know this even happened. I find out by going on Amazon to see it saying I need to pay for the orders again. So as I call Amazon to find out what was going on the gentleman explained to me that they refunded my money on the 23rd however I had no email or text message stating that this even occurred but my money should be back on the card however it is now 30 December and I still have not received my money nor received any of the products but when I was told to call back about my money if it wasnt on the card by today to give them a call back. I called back and I got the same runaround about they canceled the order blah blah give it another 24 hours. Ive given it two weeks I am so fed up with this and then they cant even compensate me for any of the inconvenience that they have caused completely frustrated and annoyed Amazon *****

      I have a prime account and they are refusing to refund me on an order and will not help with this at all. Please be careful with Amazon. You never know what your getting. Im canceling my prime. Its worthless ??

      Amazon prime advertises one thing on their web site, however **************** provides a totally different view. When you return an item that is defective, Amazon website says that your refund will be process when they receive the return within 3-5 business days. In the past that was true. Now they simply don't acknowledge receipt of your item, even though you have confirmation from the Deliver. Then when you call them they say refunds take at least two weeks to process before refund. I cancelled my Amazon Prime Account Immediately. This is Big Business at it's WORST.

      They charge credit cards without authorization. They change your payment method hours after an order was placed without authorization. They tie up funds by double dipping into your credit cards. Make promises without following through. Should be negative 5 stars. Don't even deserve the one that I have to put on here. **************** is a joke!!
