      Amazon.com STOLE money out of my account leaving it in the negative the week before Christmas. They LIED and said they only received one item when they know they received two returns that were in the same box, and had their Amazon driver to pick the items in the box up at my front door. They sent me an email stating the return had been received and refunded me in October, and here it is December, and they took the money back out of my account. THIEVES!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP. THEY WERE SO RUDE AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVE, ****************, HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I'M DONE SHOPPING WITH AMAZON. NEVER AGAIN.

      My son god a new Amazon fire tablet for Christmas. It kept asking over and over for security codes and then locked us out and customer service was zero help with accessing our Amazon account. **************** was absolutely incompetent and worthless.

      Amazon posts charges on my bank account prior to processing my order. 3 charges were posted against my bank account for 2 orders placed. Its been 5 days and the funds are still being held and not available for my use. Multiple phone calls to Amazon customer service have not resolved the issue. I have been an Amazon Prime member for over 10 years. This is an unacceptable practice!

      I recently used Amazon Music-Unlimited. Music is Free until you sign up their subscription. If you cancel you can longer use their music for FREE. They punish you for canceling. Seems very unfair!

      Terrible. Everything about Amazon completely ***** now! I stopped paying for Prime due to not getting items when I was supposed to. Like paying for Prime and getting normal Amazon shipments and level of service. They NEVER make it right. Always get reps that basically tell you you're SOL and disconnect the chats. Now, ordered items on the 14th supposed to be here today, just got a notification they won't be here until the 29th!!!! Hate everything about them now! Which is sad, they were great!!!!

      I ordered some products earlier today. Before I ordered the products they mentioned that if I order at least $25 worth of products I would get same day delivery between 10am and 3pm. I looked up my order because it was after 3 and nothing was delivered. It now says items will be delivered Thursday, 3 days after the promised delivery date. I contacted customer support and they told me There are instances ****** that the item you ordered is not available on the facility or doesn't have enough stock therefore we divide your orders to multiple shipment to delivered earlier. If that is the case then why force me to order items to get the same day shipping? Why not ship me the items that are in stock? You not only made it mandatory to order products to get the same day shipping but its the same items that cause the delay in my shipping. And now I have to wait for the actual items I wanted in the first place when they were originally going to be delivered on Wednesday which is 1 day earlier. First you get rid of 2 day delivery, now you get rid of customer service? Whats next?

      I ordered a ****************** on December 8th it came with Amazon delivery and unpack Svc. The television was unpacked defective, it was then returned two days later. *** picked it up and did not give me a receipt nor did they update their website that it was picked up or on its way to its destination. The Amazon tracking number was useless. I had no idea it arrived until four days later until the *** website reflected it's arrival and it's Amazon destination. The track showed deleivered and I still haven't received a refund for the item. It's been 10 days, it's now December 18th, I've made three phone calls to Amazon Svc and still have not received satisfaction of a refund. Amazon claims it could take 14 days for a refund that's total c*** for defective television that they knew was defective when they delivered it on the day they delivered it. This was bought on an Amazon credit card and they've already started billing me item that I don't have!!

      Good items when they arrive. Overcharged for some items that will never arrive! I got charged 3 times for one game! **************** does not help.

      Awful customer service used to be good and now they do not care for their customers and the return process is awful specially after the sell an expensive item and it doesn't work they want you to pay for the return, not standing behind what they sell (it was sold by amazon not market place).
