      **************** and supervisors are rude and unhelpful. When my package was delivered, one item was not in it. They are claiming that it was delivered, but seems that maybe it just wasn't put in the package when everything was packed up in one box. I would not recommend Amazon to anyone. I have spent thousands of dollars on Amazon and have never had an issue until now. Very disappointed. I will not be giving them anymore of my business going forward. I'd rather buy direct from companies than to deal with these people again. Wish it had an option for zero stars, because that's what I would rate them.

      Beware Amazon.com. They are selling a large number of products with a "Made in USA" label that are in no way verifiable to be made in *******. The upc codes are bogus. And the products come with many variations of labeling placed on the same generic containers. I am specifically referring to collagen/retinol face creams. The same product is in every one. Different "brand" labels. All sold by Amazon. This is typical of ***** wholesale products with fraudulent labels. And as I said. Not one of them can be verified to be made in *******. And the same products in the same containers are easily found on Alibaba and Dhgate websites. So a little investigation proves that Amazon is promoting ******* fraudulent operations that are sucking the ******** economy dry using our own Made In *** labeling.

      I'm waiting for the class action to come out for Amazon. 2 day shipping my a##. You pay $149 a year for 2 day shipping, it shouldn't constantly be 4-6 days instead of 2. They should be issuing refunds based on the number of times 2 day shipping was not received. For the most part prices are reasonable despite something being 30 bucks one day and 15 the next and no price match.

      Amazon got carless and got scammed buying a ******* 980 Pro SSD 2TB PCle NVMe Gen 4 Gaming M.2 Internal Solid State Hard Drive Memory Card. The Memory Card had a sticker on it saying exactly what I purchased, however when I installed it in my PS5, It was not recognized. I ordered two different heat sinks hoping that was the problem. When that did not work I returned the hard drive. 3 days later I receive an email from Amazon stating that I returned an older Model instead of the original and cannot issue me a refund! I was stunned! I returned them exactly what they sent me. This leaves me not able to trust Amazon again! I never came to the BBB site to complain about anyone! I have no idea what to do. They just stole $255 from me. I was so hurt I unsubscribed my Amazon account. Going to force myself to live life without Amazon.

      The worst customer service ever, you want for hours to speak with someone and when you finally get through the operators are not even in *************, and prime there is no point to have prime anymore you never get the items on time and on top it says delivery and the pictures they post not even my front door. It's disgusting the owner of Amazon getting richer out of us and the BBB nor the government do nothing about complaints , do not even investigate the company and matter of fact is you can't even complain through the BBB just tells you to write a review.

      I am a physician. I ordered Godiva chocolate boxes for 174 physicians. They were delivered but without mention of my message and name. Not a single physician knew where the gift had come from. I spent more than $6000 and it all went to waste.I called Amazon talked to five different people. They said they accept their mistake but can do nothing to correct it.I will never use their services again. They are pathetic.

      I live in an apartment and we have big mail boxes for packages. Never once has the driver's left my packages in the mail box. Without a doubt the carrier's leaves my packages by my front door for anyone to ****** up! I have seen many reviews on goggle with the same complaints. I called Amazon and explained my concerns and honestly I do not think it will change. Amazon needs to follow instructions when you tell them " to leave in mail boxes " Amazon put our packages in are mail boxes or ************** how they work. It will take you less time if you do it the way it's spouse to be.

      I learned to never again buy anything on Amazon from a third-party seller. In early November I ordered a chromebook laptop on Amazon that was sold by Holiday Gifts Express. A couple of days later it was obvious this chromebook was defective, so I requested a return which was approved.I ordered a replacement on Amazon.. this time sold by Amazon. I had trashed the original box, so I used the replacement box to ship the defective chromebook back to the seller.I was shocked by the seller's response.. false accusations and said they were going to report me to law enforcement for mail fraud! Said their decision was final, and wouldn't even respond to my follow-up messages. I'm surprised this seller is part of Amazon.. they should be terminated.I then submitted a claim through Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee. This process is a joke and a waste of time.So now I have the replacement chromebook from Amazon that works fine. The seller.. Holiday Gifts Express.. has the defective chromebook and is keeping my ************ learned. From now on I will only buy products that are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Never from a third-party seller.
