      They took my money when I tried to buy two tablets for my sons for Christmas. First it didnt arrive, so I contacted customer service and they said give it 24 hours. After I finished doing that I reconnected with them and they explained that they passed a random law that states when the package leaves the Amazon facility it will automatically become all of your responsibility and I was not informed that. So when I gave it a week to hope it will show as I have been working to earn these for them, now I just loose out on my money and Amazon doesnt show no empathy nor patience because after the agent told me the law they closed out of my chat as if my problem was handled! So disrespectful and this is the second time it happened so I gave a second chance cuz the shipping offered a certain amount of time and of course this company screws me over on the money I couldve used to buy my babies diapers or formula if it would just tell me that in the first place. Be careful as this might just be hidden in small print and they most likely will reply back with we apologize, but unfortunately nothing happens with this company. Im done with it as a business and customer, glad Im over this crappy service. Thanks for showing me what a bad business can do, I will make sure to relay my experience over to others surrounding me because they rely on honesty rather than a pretty book cover. I hope someone can resolve this with me and retrieve my money back instead of apologizing and shoving a law in my face while I'm just trying to purchase my childrens first start of their presents. Have a good one Amazon, I hope one day you guys came come back and reimburse everyone u owed an apology to, or rejected a request for a refund because we never received it. By the way, I had a designated spot for it, unfortuently I cannot also chose who you hire or their willingness to put another person in jeopardy just because they had good access to it. So thank you because I learned from this tbh.

      I used to love Amazon and they used to have the best customer service. If you had an issue, you could chat with an agent who would help you quickly. I guess those days are gone. I have been retrocharged multiple times in the last 6 months for items I returned. Every time a random Amazon charge comes thru my bank account, its for some item I returned 2 months previously and got refunded for initially and now am being charged for again. I always contact customer service who tells me they have a concern team to deal with it (where they used to just process refunds in the chat). So I get an email from this team a few hours later who used to have me filled out a tedious incident report and then I would get refunded, but that doesnt even happen anymore. Now they just tell me to wait 60 days, give me some arbitrary date, and then tell me to contact the carrier. What is *** or Kohls going to do about it? You cant even track packages anymore. How convenient that we cant prove it was delivered to their warehouse. Im really coming to hate Amazon - they are committing fraud, hoping no one will notice these random charges.

      Ordered ******** thru amazon prime. Showed a QR code on my tv which I scanned from my phone. Took me to a bogus Norton security site that took my credit card info. Thank God my bank alerted me to fraud the next morning.

      I ordered a PlayStation 5 from Amazon, and I never received it! I filed a police report as Amazon told me too. And I still M getting the run around about my refund! I will never shop with them again!

      I called Amazon to stop the promotional and marketing material going in my email. I spoke with 5 employees, 2 managers and 3 executives and filed a human rights complaint to get them to stop. Dec 13, 2022 I received more marketing and promotional material about prime after filing in the human rights, they are always harassing me with unwanted promotional and marketing emails. It is an endless stream of buy this, buy that. It is unreal, and after I receive my parcels on route for Christmas I am killing the two accounts, it is completely effecting my health and making me sick. If you want to stop Amazon promotional and marketing material there is no point in contacting the employees, as they are not trained for this you have to contact the executives and ask to be removed from the promotional and marketing database **** at amazon dot com or jbezos at amazon dot com. good luck, I had go to the *** to protect my rights.

      Amazon used to be amazing. Now there always seems to be a problem with an order. When you call in the automated service is horrible. And when finally battle your way to an actual rep. **** are not American and you can barely understand them. Amazon has gone from great to horrible.

      Just a question to the customer service people at ******************** What's the point of asking customers if we have certain instructions for delivery, If your drivers DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THEM???It's unbelievable how incompetent they are!Then your company does nothing when our packages are missing, destroyed or stolen.PAY ATTENTION TO A CUSTOMERS REQUEST OR FIND A DIFFERENT JOB!!!!!

      So, i lost my abaility to write product reviews back in Febuary 2022. i have emailed their community-help at least 10 times now and Ive talked to their customer service people at least 20 times, this includes talking to 3 manager...all three hung up on me. i have no idea why I lost my privilege to write product reviews and Amazon will not tell me. They keep insisting I write their community-help email, which I tell them that I have ************** They have told me to wait 72 hours, they have told me Ive been put on priority, they have told me to fill out a questionaire which I have done ************** All I want is to write product reviews! The management tells me their team in charge of the emails is behind but I remind them I have been waiting since Febuary. Please fix this Amazon!

      I used to think Amazon was the greatest thing since sliced bread. And prayed for ******* to close the doors forever. Now I'm having second thoughts here's why: I had noticed in the past $1.25 being charged off and on off my card didn't think nothing of it until yesterday evening which was December 12th 2022 when I decided to join Amazon prime again. I just recently updated email address and all that so I qualified to try prime for 30 days for free so I jumped on that I also signed up for Discovery plus free for 7 days. I signed up for free imagine my surprise later on when I saw a $1.25 taken off my card. I immediately notified Amazon and ask them why I was charged a fee when it was supposed to be free they immediately told me I'd be issued a refund my response to this was why was the money taken without my permission. They then told me that was for authorization purposes. I said what authorization purposes I have a legitimate email address and a legitimate phone number and I verified both so what's left to authorize or verify even. I immediately got very heated and inform them that if they ever take money off my card again cuz it wouldn't definitely not be the last time they heard from me I'd make their life a living h*** I'm in ******* everybody I can about this cuz I want everybody to go back and see if there has been a charge on their card that they didn't authorize. What if there is and what if a million people had a $1.25 taken out of their account. I'm thinking this is where Amazon might have made their money call me crazy. Let's see what happens check your card transactions Amazon prime members and Amazon shoppers!!!!!!!!

      Ordered on Dec 1, 2022. Did not receive it. Tracking number shows it was Delivered back to ******* from where it was sent. On Dec 7th, talked to customer support, said my refund would be by Dec. 9th. Talked to customer support today (12th) and she said item was still in warehouse in *******, and refund would be at end of week, or 5 days later. I am on social security, and must have the money back to buy same item from a seller that will ship to my address by *** or fed ex. Amazon sent it by **** and they Do Not deliver to my address. Customer support lady today said I could Not choose my carrier.
