      Very rude **************** representatives. Actually hung up on me after their double talk failed to to support the facts in an email sent to me. Refund confirmation on my email from Amazon states refund to my **** within 7 days after receiving the items. **************** said they have the items but they have 30 days to process refund. Which on is it? Why say one thing and then say another?

      I can't even begin to tell how happy I am this holiday season with Amazon. I ordered a large amount of items and everything was perfect. Everything was in stock and delivered when they promised. I will continue to use Amazon in the future. Thank you...

      Cable switched us to Amazon Firestick. I've had it 2 days and nothing but trouble. Amazon did not fix the problem, nor try to. Amazon is a horrible company and I will never purchase anything from them again. I'm a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! THEY SUCK!!! BE AWEAR!!! ******************** needs to look into the ******************** SERVICE!

      I have been an avid advocate of Amazon until here lately. I usually do most of my important Christmas shopping with this company. This year I am afraid to use them at all.. I order a mattress (500$) and a separate order totaling (273$) customer service was all over the place and even cancelled my order of 500$ and hung in my face after I asked them to not cancely order because I needed my king size mattress Then I did not receive all the items in my next order which was told it was lost in transit.. I am skeptical of using the now because Im not sure if I'll be billed for an item and never receive it because it's lost in transit ) not my fault ) and then have to wait 7;10 business days for refund.. horrible customer service and business practices no apologies for their mistakes just a ' order again"

      They went up on the price and with that, increased delivery times too. I now pay $14.99 to wait more than a week for an item. I have held on to it because my kids stream on Prime a lot, but seriously contemplating canceling as a longtime customer. Im just not sure what Im paying for since shipping times take forever. It has completely thrown a wrench in my Christmas shopping, and there is no way something offered as Prime shipping on 12/11 should have an estimated shipment day of 01/2-01/05. Absolutely ridiculous. Amazon should be ashamed in themselves.

      On November 22nd I ordered two autistic books want to learn one easy to learn sign language and another one for fun activities I ordered two Jubilee high chair folding chairs one in pink and one until and I canceled those orders Amazon still charged me and they refunded me for the pink one for **** for but I haven't received the other two one would be for $47.40 and the other one would be for *********************************** from the chat conversation stating that they did charge it and they did take the money out and that I should be receiving it by the 6th on the 6th I called back and they're saying oh you should receive it within ********************************************************************************************************************************************************* I was never charged but yet these other people told me I've been charged and that I should be receiving it and they see it on the thing where it's charged so I don't understand so now I've been going back and forth with them and they say the same thing some say they was charged some say it wasn't it's been more than four or five days that they were supposed to get back ahold of me and still nothing from them like they're just ignoring me now so yeah I don't know about Amazon I should have never messed with them I don't know I need help

      Amazon are selling items they don't have is becoming a normal thing. I've ordered a number of items and not received them only to be told it's not available but they take my money and shows it's been sent but either never received or get a empty bag.

      Company's customer service is horrible I've tried to update my phone number for 4 days every time either the call gets hung up on or they have to pass me off to somebody who can't help me how hard is it to update a phone number on somebody's account it's just one of the many deficiencies of this company they've gotten so big they really don't care whether people complain or not because they know people are going to continue to shop their irregardless of what people review the side as but I'm sorry I'll never spend another dime with this company

      Amazon used to be great, now they are horrible. I recently had to return school books because my college change the ones we were using I created a return and dropped them off at Whole Foods which is an Amazon drop off center with a kiosk as well, now the books are lost no one has any idea where they are Im keep being told wait 2 weeks and I asked for tracking information, updates, supervisors no one can tell me anything and they do not want to refund my money. **************** is horrible you should have to explain your situation 5x to 5 different agents because thats how many times you are transferred. It is ridiculous. They really should go out of business.

      Amazon now has terrible customer service. I didnt receive my delivery on time because the delivery drivers lie about delivery attempts. I was home waiting and received no phone call and left clear delivery instructions. When I called to get a resolve, the rep hung up on me. I called back to speak with a supervisor, and they said there was nothing they could do and that they could just cancel the order. **************** is not helpful at all anymore and dont expect to receive the prime deliveries you pay for. I have been paying over $100 a year for a service they do not uphold. Its better to find the merchants and get the items from them directly.
