I didn't think I would ever have to come on here and report Amazon. I just got blocked from my own account with them. They are playing games on customer service and their specialists. They are banning legit customers and making them wait a month or less to send a specialist email to regain access to their legit accounts. You can no use gift cards that you legitly get from anywhere even their c*** gift cards use too many *********** that block your account. If that's the case then remove the fin' cards from their site. Instead of traumatizing their customer thinking everyone is scamming them. They even had the nerve to make the first tier of their customer service not allowed to fix the issue. Then you have to wait for a special craphead (specialist) to send you an email to regain access. I am sure once you get it you have to waste more time by sending them proof that their c*** fraud system is broken. This is what happens when you trust trash like ***************** and ***************** that drop their company to investors or sell to ***** customer support to show you how much they do not give to craps that you put 10 plus years into making them rich. Then they get mad when they get sued left and right. They are about to have to settle out with me in a minute as well. I am going to really hit their pockets hard. I run my own e-commerce site and have never done this to my customers. Never penalized the legit customer for them having bad coding skills in the fraud department. All that money was stolen from good people (customers) to get kicked or blocked from their own accounts. Someone needs to really talk about jail time for c*** sites like this. Ex Owner and all staff put them all in jail for aiding and abiding by customer assault.

Ordered two gifts. Pre-ordered video game in June for a birthday the item came out 22 November and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. The game sold out around me. It seems the same will happen with the PS5 I entered their lottery for. Also sold out around me.

AS is becoming more common, Amazon disappoints again, for a year I have had an open complaint against amazon charging on their ************** store card for undelivered items, and then not refunding the charge. Finally I went to my state credit card complaint process and got a refund. BUT..I had paid the amount in full and closed the ************** card account. So the refund went to the closed account without any way for me to receive it. Two issues. 1) Amazon was allowed by their banking partner to execute activity on a closed account. Really a closed account!!, and Synchrony's customer rep recommended re-opening the account to use the credits. Really that was their solution. No I did not, but before I closed the account my Prime membership fees charged. Of course those are non refundable, so rather than eat the full membership fee, I left my Amazon Prime (not ************** card - that's still closed) still open and I occasionally use Amazon with a REAL credit card which has buyer protections. I'm not vindictive, and almost always select the "no-rush" shipping which estimates 3-5 days to my address. Now this complaint. Black Friday I ordered an electronic deal for 3-5 no-rush shipping, 6-days later it is not delivered. By tracking it is not even SHIPPED. New anticipated delivery date is 3-WEEKS from now. Talk about no-rush. AMAZON is useless. It is time to support our local businesses. I wish ZERO stars was a selection.

I have no specific issue with Amazon customer service. My issue is with HR. Their recruiter *******************, reached out to me about a job opening at Amazon. Again, there is no issue. The problem is with the channel he used reach out. He sent his message to an email that is strictly used with my child's school. The email is not used for business with Amazon and has never been used with my resume. Whoever supplied him with the email obtained it from the school. Why does ******************* not feel I need to know who it is that is distributing the email address used only with my sons' school? The professional thing for ***** to do is tell me how it is that he obtained the email address. He refuses. That being the case, I would never work for Amazon. It matters not that they are located only about three miles away. It matters not that the salaries are good. I refuse to work for any company who hires people that are so unprofessional.

They take the customers money when an item ships. They do not include return labels in the packaging, they sell second hand defective guitars and advertise them as new. When a customer sends the item back they do not want to issue refunds . A customer literally has to fight and argue on the phone with the representatives who have no knowledge of the customers account ,what has went on even though a customer has sent videos , photos and proof of a return to Amazon. If they are legally allowed to take a customers money when an item ships , before its received by the customer, then why isnt the customer entitled to their own money back once Amazon gas verified that the item has been picked up by the shipping company and they item is being delivered back to them the next day . What gives them any authority over the customer and our money once we no longer have that item in our possession because it was shipped back to them. I should not have to wait **** days for a refund when my bank takes the maximum of 24 hours to process a refund . I am infuriated with this company . 2 defective guitars and NO RESOLUTION!!!!

As a small business owner I applied for a Business Account and was denied without any reason. Amazon advertises how they help the small businesses but I have not experienced this. I have asked repeatedly to know why my business was denied and I have yet been given any reason. I have business accounts with other large companies and had no issues getting accounts with them. Shame on Amazon!

I logged onto the Amazon app to look for ******s. I saw the Holiday 2022 ****** was listed at $19 but when I purchased, it said I was being charged full price. I cancelled the order yet every time I added the item it listed it at full price and not the still marked $19 price. When I asked them about this, I was first told I didnt understand how to read the product prices and then told they were running a sale but it was over and I would not get the listed discounted price. I took screenshots of all the pricing posted and it was definitely listed at $19.99 yet they refused to acknowledge this price.

I am just writing to inform you about the worst customer service that I experienced with ******************** and the third party seller. I order a gift for my husband of some autographed boxing shorts. This order was shipped via *** which has never been a problem for delivery. Unfortunately for me they were not able to deliver the item and sent back to sender on 11/21. I have reached out to customer care the moment I saw and was told in 48 hours I could file a claim. Also which I have an email verification as what I was told. I waited 48 hours and tried to file a claim. I was then told I had to wait 3 business days after estimated delivery to file a claim. I waited and filed the claim. Now I am being told it can take up to 7 business days for me to have a decision. The sender received their item on 11/29 and I should have received my refund the same day. There is no reason this should be extended out as long as it has. After I had an agent argue with me that my item was in fact delivered to me. NO IT WAS DELIVERED BACK TO SENDER!!!!!!

I ordered some tuna and carrots. The delivery is going to take nearly two weeks for the first part of the order. I'm Amazon Prime too.

Seller play me on a Restock policy. Allowing sellers to charge restocking fees here and there for ridiculous reasons and refusing to protect their customers by saying restocking fee is out of their control. It is ridiculous enough that the seller charge me restock fee for damage after I tried the shoes ( I cannot deny my garage floor is dirty, so the shoe bottom might be black when I return it. In the end, I got charged almost $100 total in restocking fees for trying out a bunch of ill-fitted clothes and shoes). Then, what really enrage me is that they charged restock fee claiming they did not receive the item within the return window period. Amazon.com return page states "return by" this date, not "receive return items by" this date. So I sent the item exactly on the deadline "return by" date, seller receive the shipped return item 4 days after Seller charge me a $10 restocking fee for a $55 item. Talk about easy money. Amazon is no help in getting my money back. Reps kept repeating the same **** when I asked them to show me proof from the seller that the item was damaged and the restocking fee was just (like where did my hundred bucks go). Even after I presented the proof of return window, they still gave me the same **** and indirectly refused to help me. So frustrated.
