      I bought a brand new projector at 50% off on amazon.com and they sent me a used one. all I asked was to get an exchange they would not do that so I told them that I want a refund. they was not going to give me a refund for 30 days but i demanded a refund immediately it took a lot of arguing for them to give me a refund immediately and I sent the product back and now I went on the app to look at the product I clicked on to give a review and it would not allow me to give a review about that projector but when I clicked on the projector that was in dispute it took me to a different projector so Amazon is up to no good and it's pretty ridiculous you order a brand new product but they send you a used product that is no good and they put up a stink about giving you money back or exchanging it. so to warn everybody else about Amazon fair warning pay attention when you order stuff make sure you're getting new cuz they may be sending you junk.

      Same issues as everyone else. I search for items that say get it today, put them in my cart and after paying, find its says it'll arrive days later. Returns are a hassle too. I have had multiple items that were opened when delivered. Its a nightmare from ordering to delivery. I have a ring and multiple times the drivers toss the packages onto the porch.

      I have normally had a decent experience dealing with Amazon, but I felt compelled to submit this after experiencing gross deceit with a purchase of jeans. They were advertised as "Lee" brand, but when I received them, they were clearly labeled with a different brand name, not Lee as advertised. I had no problems with returning the jeans, but was surprised when my review on Amazon regarding this issue was subsequently removed, since "We investigated your concerns about product authenticity, and the information we have indicates that the product you received was authentic"! The product was clearly NOT authentic, and I find this level of deceit rather galling!

      **************** rep just repeatedly told me to f*#% myself. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that I could **** his d#%* instead and asked if I would like that. Unexceptable. Period.

      For about 6 years now Amazon has been using my name as a "Brand" to sell books. They have not only used it to sell other authors book but have also included the sale of my book and use of my cover image ( that I made) which has been out of print since 2016. I have notified them on several occasions to stop using my name/allowing someone to use my name to conduct business but with no effect. My book was print on demand 2015.- 2016 yet 2022 they were still selling it. This is poor business etiquet.

      Amazon is fast and competitively priced but their products are starting to look very cheap. I am at the point where I will buy from ******* online instead of Amazon and I hate *******.

      I have been trying to make an order since October 2022. I purchased a gift card for my order, added my items to the cart; however, the system automatically has shipping cost with the option to choose free shipping at step four. This means that I don't have enough money on my account to get to the next step even though all items qualifies for free shipping. I called the company in October to get help and they couldn't help. I tried again on November 16, 2022, and was told that there is nothing that they can do. They can't help me get to the next step in placing my order so the money on my gift card is there and I can't make an order unless I order fewer item and pay shipping which I don't want to do. And, I can't transfer the gift card to another account to have someone else order for me because Amazon won't let me because it's already uploaded to my account. The system should be set to free shipping automatically if you have all items that qualifies for free shipping giving you the option to choose another form of shipping is you choose. I have paid for shipping before for items that qualifies for free shipping because of the way their system is. If the customer doesn't catch it, ********************** have customers paying for shipping that should be shipped free.

      I was somehow banned from posting reviews. When I contacted customer service, first I was told it was a technical glitch. From then on I received no response. I have had packaged that are supposed to be next day delivery get lost time and time again. The community guideline department refuses to even answer any questions on why they block people leaving reviews. It's absurd.

      As a prime member I also use Amazon music. Amazon music changed to where my songs in my playlist are now automatically substituted d for other suggested songs AND the songs are not played in my order. The only way to delete this feature is to subscribe to Amazon Music Unlimited. Amazon is beginning to rob the public and the *** needs to go for letting this happen.

      I am beyond ****** at Amazon. I ordered two items, one a video game came in with a cracked disc, the other was a cow costume for my kid and the zipper came off and in my attempt to repair the zipper it snapped.I have an incredibly busy work schedule and cant return these items but a rep told me i didnt have to and that they put in for a refund request and when approved it would appear as a gift card balance on my account (per my request). never got the balance, never got an approval email. and then after dealing with various ***** *********** and managers and specialists, they basically told me im *** out of luck unless i return the items.horrible company, horrible experience. they dont care about their customers.
