      I placed an order for (1) pair of Apple airpods - amazon without my consent charged me for (2) pairs.I didn't realize it until I had received both pairs, so I called amazon and was instructed by ******* on the phone to return one pair of the airpods, ******* NEVER specified on which pair to return. I spent (3) weeks of my time calling amazon, to try and receive a refund on the additional unauthorized pair of headphones that I had received.I was told by several reps that I had to wait for my order to be processed in the warehouse - so that my refund could be processed.After 3 weeks of back and forth, calls from numerous reps I contacted my bank and had the money returned back to me since amazon did not help me with this matter.Now I am being contacted by amazon asking for me to make a payment for a pair of headphones that I don't have? I currently have (1) pair and returned the other. So I am being asked to pay $200 for a $100 purchase? This is extremely absurd.

      Amazon has an insistence of shipping via a courier named *** or ******* Distribution Network, a courier that offers a deplorable service. They claimed they attempted to deliver an item on sunday 6 novembre 2022, but I was home all day long waiting for a groceries delivery. Amazon refuses to honor my request that items be shipped via Poste Canada, which would ensure a proper delivery. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

      Multiple times now I have been conned into spending more money to activate overnight delivery. My items then do not ship over night and I get no notice they did not ship. This last time I filed a complaint and apparently what they advertised at checkout(delivery by 11 am the next day) changed after it processed. I had not thoroughly read the confirmation email where they snuck this info in(no notice, just a different date than was shown at checkout) and now at 3 pm the day after it should have arrived, still out for delivery. This is a super predatory offering that they do not even attempt to fulfill. Its disgusting.

      Purchased coat from Amazon. Turns out it was a third party seller. Product came in with defective zipper. I went online to request return. It went from refund/return approved to here is your label to print to I have to contact seller to get approval to send item back and if I don't I won't get my money back.I called Amazon customer service and they said that the seller will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. I asked why was it approved and got no answer.Amazon is stating they are not responsible for the seller's way of doing business but Amazon states there is a not hassle return policy and yet they will not back their product sold nor will they handle the issue yet you are not to contact the *************.This is the not the first time this has happened but this is the time I am reporting this questionable policy Amazon is now hiding behind. I was told customer service can't do anything about this as this is what corporate Amazon has as procedures.

      The Prime membership has failed many times. They are always delaying my deliveries. The customer service is terrible as well. This company doesnt offer a discount for Veterans which is disgusting considering the amount of money this company makes. This company is the definition of corporate greed. Happy Veterans Day Amazon!

      Amazon used to be great, but then I believe they got too big for their own good. Been an Amazon prime member for many years now, Paying for Amazon Prime is pointless. Free next day delivery, false. Two-day delivery, where? Delivery drivers delivering to the wrong address. (And they want you to track it down on your own first.) Refunds having to be fought for because they just seem to want your money with No item being received. You take screen shots of everything, you have tracking going then all of a sudden you get oops, your item is going to be late. (Destination its coming from is about 20mins from where you live, but no option to pick up anywhere even). Do the Call or chat (if they dont end the chat or hang up on you multiple times) and you get different answers on where your purchase is. Lost in transit, carrier issues (Amazon being that carrier), not sure where you package is, or delivered when it isnt anywhere to be found and the best they want to do for any inconvenience is $5 on your next purchase. How does that fix the issues?? You purchased an item, seeing you can get it free next day delivery if you order within a certain time frame. (You have the golden ticket; Prime, right?) Go through the purchasing spew then you get that delivery date and another delivery date to choose from. Click the next day. Next day comes, Nothing. Nothing the following day. Now theyre telling you 3days for this one day delivery. Why? You look up that same exact item, and the same exact thing is being offered; free next day delivery. So if I ordered again, then that one should be here next day but the original purchase is somewhere in wonderland and is now not supposed to be delivered until the 3rd/4th day out. Why? Make it make sense, someone. How is this customer service? Ask for higher up, manager or supervisor and there is non. What? Ask for contact information for a relations department, there is non? Seriously? How does anything get resolved? It doesnt.

      This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was hung up on, and the representative would not give me his or supervisors name. They also deleted my number from my account! Very Sad!

      Amazon refuses to provide receipts to customers without computers. All information about how to attain a receipt via a mobile device is outdated and false. They are refusing to provide proof of purchase.

      Hi,I Purchase ***** ******* *** (2nd Generation) Wireless Earbuds with ******* From AMAZON and the driver suppose to handle the equipment to me or put it on the locker room that provide me with a code so i can get my package, the driver has to stop at front desk and enter to my apartment or enter to my private locker room, and never did, AMAZON is not helping and they said they are not responsible.Also, i have video footage that proof the driver never enter the building on the time of the trcking says it was deliver, see attached the police report and the police and police record confirmation.Amazon refuses to replace or money back

      Amazon is great convenience. I am an Amazon prime member but they will not let me write a product review and that has made it so I shop less on Amazon because apparently they do not want true reviews. I have never cursed or anything like that on a review but I did try to be honest and apparently they don't want that.
