      I have ordered which is missing, so according to amazon customer service which is really rude and dont know how to handle complains i need to file for a police report for $160.00 lost package which is they dont have proof that it was delivered usually they took a picture of the delivered package as a proof and i have ring camera so i know that its not delivered and no one steal the package. Ive been prime member for 8 years but they dont have any considerations. So i will not terminate my membership with them coz they're too much

      I ordered a product to go with there smart home devices in July 2022. It was used and missing pieces. I started a return and got confirmation they received it and would send replacement. I have since gotten email saying they will notify me when it was available. Now November it still hasnt shipped. I did a live chat where I was told it wasnt available right now. I said in your site it says I can have it by Wednesday. Then she says they havent received my return. I read her from my account the date they have they did. I asked for a call from a supervisor. Got a call this lady says she refund and I can reorder. I tell her not to refund. The price has increased. I just want my replacement. Then she tells me she isnt a supervisor and I ask her why my order disappeared from my account. She says she cant answer that bc she is transferring me. Then hangs up on me. I call back and go through two more people and still do not have my product. When I joined Amazon they had two day for prime. Not three month! ************* has really been sliding. You call this customer service! Horrible

      I've been a customer for over 6 years and some reason thus year my account got hacked. Amazon made it so hard for me to retrieve my account to cancel it out but I am still not able to retrieve it. So I disputed a transaction that the hacker made and they did an installment payment. So after I did that I got a new card and made a new Amazon account. Amazon went to my new account and took my new debit information to pay for the hackers installment payment for something I DID NOT BUY OR RECIEVE! Talked to Amazon they said they can not stop the installment and for me to basically dispute the charge with my bank but they will continue to withdraw the money out of my account?...That's illegal to do from what I know. But I will be taking legal action towards this matter because this is fraud especially when I reported it the minute my account got hacked but I guess Amazon doesn't believe me, so I will take matters into my own hands, legally.

      Been a prime member for years but the customer service just gets worse and worse! Drivers can mark your package delivered, in safe place and not delivered it at all. No photo provided of this safe place! Then tell you over nothing we can do says delivered *** pretty much call you a liar! They charge more than the actual merchant but I still bought from Amazon to receive it sooner and it's not here! Was told nothing they can do they resend but it won't be here until Wednesday! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

      ** a Prime member for over 13 years I can honestly say I have watched first hand as this company built its self up with fast delivery and ***************** only to now not give a hoot about any of it. Recently I had a number of orders come late. They would show out for delivery and then get delivered the next day, sometimes 2 days later. After watching this happen I contacted ** through the chat window. What transpired was a conversation full of lies, promises and wording that isn't something that one just knows, it sounded like they were being trained on how to lie to customers.After reaching out to leadership and them reading the chat out loud with me, the ** rep, remember this is "leadership" laughs and says...."well that's a new one". Responding to the "extreme rush scan" the ** rep had claimed Amazon put on this delivery. Fast forward 3 months, after slowly getting items from Amazon over the course of those months things seemed to be arriving as scheduled again, so this Sunday I placed a large order for work. All items shipped and sold by Amazon and listed as next day delivery. My order totaled over $100. On day of delivery I again noticed the items still had not shipped. ALL OF THEM!!! So I reached out on chat, and I got the same lies. So I requested a call, they told me they couldn't transfer me to a US representative. So THEY just hung up. I then went back to chat window, again they called me, again told me they couldnt transfer me, when I asked to speak to a leadership member , they hung up again . I again went back to chat, this time telling them I was done and they can respond to my BBB complaint, all of a sudden a **************************************************** to a US rep. ** per my worries, the rep told me my items were in fact NOT coming today. And laughed., Yeah sorry about that. So for a company that charges a membership let me make all others aware, they have no obligation to fulfill their end of the contract.

      They ripped my gf and I out of 200 dollars. They had a deal on the pixel 7 pro where you get 200 gift card with the purchase of one. We have proof of the deal with links and plenty of screenshots. They refuse to fix their mistakes. It is a sad way to run a business. I expected more out of them.

      How do I leave a 0-star review here? After almost two weeks from the first delivery attempt, I still don't have it. I've escalated the issue to what they call "highest level" of customer service team, nothing has changed. Almost all customer service agents offered personal follow up if I still don't get it next day. NONE of them kept the promise, including ones from the "highest level" team ("Amazon Escalation Leadership Team"). Nobody cares out about customers. Nobody is responsible on ANYTHING.

      Amazon consistently bans reviews of products they support. Routinely blocks account reviews but not purchase for defective, sold as new though Damaged and used products. Amazon remits 3rd world contracts access to all your banking info.

      Hello. I opened a seller account and I was immediately charged a seller fee of ***** even though I didn't select any type of account. **************** ***** thinks that I should explain to him the charges on the account and not the other way around. Amazon seller central does not have a phone number and will not call you back. It took me 3 hours to open a seller account and 3 minutes to close it. Is this how Amazon works. It's true, you really don't wanna see the sausage being made.

      The ability to contact customer service has become almost non-existent. When I was finally able to call a human, the person could barely speak intelligible English. I could hardly understand her. I had received a notice today, November 5th, that the product I ordered that was originally promised by today was updated for November 13th. I needed to speak to someone as my order was stating it was on time. This woman continued to tell me it was on time for November 13th. I told her once again that that was certainly not on time. Her ignorance was appalling. I finally asked for a supervisor. A male whose English was just as poor got on the phone. He claimed the same thing. He did understand, "Cancel my order." I am so tired of people who play the customer service game and who are unable to communicate well in ENGLISH. Amazon has truly hit the bottom of the barrel with customer service and order delivery. I will be looking at all other options FIRST during the holidays and beyond.
