      I am a Amazon customer since several years, I never had any problem before, all of the sudden I receive an email that they are closing my account bcz I violate the terms, upon asking they have no particular answer for me, when I check the history I have use Amazon only 5 time this year, and 6 times last year, I hardly use Amazon so I don't no what violation I did and as I said upon asking they have no answer, I am just receiving generating emails, same wordings, when I called customer service they said well our account managing team puts this on hold and we can't do anythin they will contact you through email and that's how they communicate, I mean what the ****, I want a human to talk to me over on the phone, I had ***$ as a gift card and they took all that money as well, and send an apology email that sorry your money is gone and you can't use it any more. I mean what kind of a company is this, is this is a new way of Amazon to ripping people off or what, because I have never heard this situation before. I guess people should be careful now with these online things because now they are going to rip people off and take and charge money. And because there is no human on the other side so you can't make any complain and there is no answer of my concerns and questions. Such a shame to this big company, now I know how they become so big !!' Such a big Disappointment

      I don't like that they say they don't charge your account until the product is shipped. Bull! I ordered something but cancelled it within 5 minutes. They already charged my checking account. I called them three times to fix it and they said they can't do anything and that I had to go through my bank. Why? They said they never took my money. But under my Amazon account it does show they charged me and my checking account was charged. I spend thousands of dollars with them. I am really put off by their no caring attitude. I will probably just close my account. I don't like being cheated out of my hard earned money. I shouldn't have to do the footwork to fix their s**** **** Why do I have to call my bank and deal with Amazon's errors?

      Amazon Books has eliminated three of my books and will not return them to my listing. I want people to know that they assign different codes on the same email so you have to be careful where they send it. The one click will send it to any of those addresses and they don't prioritize which account of theirs it goes in. The result being that I am not able to retrieve the books that I purchased. From now on I think its safer if I want to keep a book to just get a physical one.

      I ordered a microscope that was supposed to be delivered the next day. Im a prime member so I pay extra for that. The delivery person claimed no one was home ( I have a ring camera) I was told by a manager that they would try again at 1am. Nothing! Next day Nothing! I will never use Amazon again. What a scam!

      In short, I have been a Prime member for over ten years. In the last year alone my orders have become more an more delayed in shipping. One of the key benefits with being a Prime member is their own promise of having items with in 2days of ordering. I have attepted to resolve this issue three times with three different individuals, including a "supervisor". To which all three become rude and avoid the topic issue, being that none of my orders for over the last four months alone have been grossly delayed. When attempting to clarify that it is a PRIME issue, they all resort to speaking over you in a condedending manner. Rather than owning their mistakes, I am given the run around excuses that it is the carrier delays, my address information "being in the system too long with out a change", two day shipping is "from the time it leaves". Which has never been the case, as I just placed an order and it's eta is next week. This is not a carrier issue this is an Amazon issue specifically and they are not keeping with their benefits agreeement to customers. That is unacceptable, not what I pay for nor expect. Amazon has grossly gone down hill with their customer service

      Defrauds sellers constantly, Favors their own fulfillment by amazon over sellers regardless of sellers having the clearly better offer. Will steal your funds constantly for returns as soon as they are first scanned, So when the return is not the same as you sent it, Or they stole parts from it or sent you back an empty package they give you false information or say to bad and steal more of your funds. I really don't understand how they are not sued more.

      I have been a Prime member for over 2 years and a general customer for much longer than that. As of late, their delivery drivers are up to no good. They are miss delivering packages and then leaving it up to customers to **** for their items.Most recently, I ordered two items that were promised a Sunday delivery. ****** let me know that a package arrived. In the excitement of getting the notification, my 10yo grandson opened our door to discover nothing was there. We live upstairs, so I said, they may have got the apt # wrong, check downstairs. It wasn't there either. I watched the delivery guy walk from our building back towards his truck and when he drove back our way, I thought well maybe he's bringing it now, but he drove off and out of sight. I immediately chatted with Amazon support who offered me a refund and said that the item would be delivered Monday. I just wanted my items b/c one was purposed as a gift. Monday came and went. So did Tuesday. No package and no refund. I've gotten a lot of run around with the cs-reply at amazon.com email they keep sending me. Different agents asking for the exact same information as the previous agent, even though I have responded 5 different times with all of the information they are asking for. When they took picture of the drop off location, at least we all could get an idea where they may have delivered to, but now they just expect the customer to play a game of they hide and customer has to seek and seek and seek.

      Ordered October 25th, got the notification that the delivery was going to be late this was October 29th. Its now October 31st and the order never got delivered. I order this for my sons Halloween costume! I followed up this morning around 7 AM with one of your representatives through text she could not resolve the issue so I called in and I spoke to ******** he stated the package would be delivered this morning October 31st when I arrived home at 3:30 there was no package so I called and spoke to one of your representatives stated what I stated above there is no accountability being held so he passed me on to a supervisor ******************** with delivery. Please review the records phone calls. Your employees need to be trained starting from whoever estimated the original delivery date to the delivery driver who only communicated through Amazon messaging to the customer service representatives to the Supervisor! I am highly disappointment with the way amazon has conducted business not only have you took a part of joy from my childs Halloween. You took away my familys tradition because of your lack there of. Offering five dollars credit and apologies is what kind of solution resolving? I offered multiple ways to resolve Amazons lack there of and nothing! Even offered to pick it up myself because representative stated he was in the area but had 30 more stops! No cares, its disgusting. And yes this may be something simple to you guys but it just shows your quality and your values! Also its funny after I called and talked to your representatives around 3:30 all over the sudden the time keeps pushing back! Like I said it shows! Happy Halloween!

      Amazon has become a mess over the last year, canceled item, blocked from giving honest feedback, undeliverable packages, received wrong items, charged for refunds & have to deal with customer service to resolve
