      I had bought some microphones from them. Said they delivered them, but they never showed up. So I contacted them and they told me that I was out of luck cause I dont get my money back, and I dont get another one sent to me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. This is not the only time this has happened. It has happened 1 time before several years ago. Same thing happened. Now Im tired of it so here I am

      This is the 6th package that I have gotten notified was "Your package was left in the mail room.' THERE IS NO MAILROOM- there is an AMazon Hub. It is obvious that the drivers you hire on a temporary or daily basis do not know there is a Hub or can not access it. This is the 8th time I have had to contact amazon because I do not get a package notified as "Your package was left in the mail room." or "left in a secure location. I understand that the program can not deal with this , but I have spoken to numerous Amazon employees (HUMAN) and customer and quality control personnel who can not fix this and have to be enlightened to what a Amazon Hub is. I have lost HUNDREDS of dollars!

      Worst business ever! Started a prime membership and was treated like dirt. 2 of my packages were delivered to my neighbors 4 packages half open and untaped. Then I ordered something Amazon sold and Amazon delivers and it did say out of stock but this delivery got pushed back to a later delivery date 3 time's. This tell me the Amazon customer service people are children in mind. Telling me you don't like or terrible delivery service well look at this we can s**** you worse. Needless to say I no longer a prime member and won't shop Amazon ever again.

      Im a long time Amazon prime member and never felt the need to file a complaint. Until now. I purchased an Amazon 4K fire tv from Best Buy. All was well for about 7 months. Then the remote begun to stop working. I replaced the batteries. Less than a week later again stopped working and again I replaced the batteries. After doing this twice I asked my children if they may have damaged the remote. No one could think of anything that might have damaged it. Over the last few months I cant count how many times I replaced the batteries. I searched the internet and there are several sites including ******* videos how to fix this problem. One of the suggestions being use Duracell or Energizer batteries. I was using Rayovac which is not an inexpensive battery. I was not purchasing more expensive batteries for it to continue to happen. I called Best Buy and was told I need to contact Amazon. This went on for about a hour. Neither companies wanted to help after explaining to each person I was transferred to my problem. After about 4 hours of no help from either company and many calls after being sent to the wrong department or the representative I spoke with could not and would not help (one Amazon representative even couldnt give me details about the manufacturer warranty and almost seemed as if she never heard of the term.) Finally I spoke to an Amazon representative who agreed to send a replacement remote. This was almost 3 weeks ago and I was promised the remote would arrive in 2-3 business days. Still no remote. The representatives suggestion was to used Duracell batteries. I should get at least 6 months of remote usage. Against my better judgement while waiting for new remote I bought and inserted Duracell batteries. Its been less than a week and batteries are already dead. Not only have I spent an excessive amount of money on batteries but I cant use the remote I paid to use.

      Never received my product and they took my money my account was put on hold the day I ordered my phone and 4 days later the money was taken off my bank account and my account is still on hold but no one can tell me anything I received an email stating my account was being cancelled but still no refund has been received.

      All of these reviews have hit home. BBB please help us all. I ordered a beach bag back at the end of August. I should have seen a red flag when the seller withdrew the payment from my bank account before he supposedly sent a notice that the beach bag was forthcoming. The seller has since cut ties with Amazon I guess he took my money with him. I am a retired senior citizen. That beach bag was for my granddaughter for Christmas . I have even went so far as to send the 2 CEO's of Amazon emails ask for them to have their customer service give me a refund. I call customer service each and every week asking for my refund. I keep getting the same response my complaint is under review.

      i spent $1100 on a slushy machine that was purchased on Amazon from a 3rd party vendor, hoppers cracked within 3 weeks asked for warranty parts with no avail, got the approval from Amazon to return the item, cool right!!! after sending the item back and months of calls and emails i still have not gotten my return even though i proven many time that the item was returned (receipt) i still haven't gotten my refund and feel robbed.

      Ignorant customer service. Product not delivered. Their own system says delivery cancelled because shipper damaged product and now Im fighting to get my money back. **************** literally hung up in my war when I asked why I had to call back in another week when its been 2 weeks already since it was suppose to be delivered.

      Over the last five years, I have purchased hundreds of items from Amazon and have never had one issue that wasn't immediately taken care of simply by sending an email. Thank you for always providing superb customer service.

      They **** royally, don't inform you that pre-orders don't get charged until they ship, overdrawn account because of this. Got great lip service from Amazon, but no resolution, kept trying to divert me from the subject. Overdrawn account 8 months later, and no Vaseline for being screwed over. 5th time this year they've screwed up my orders and try to smooth things over by telling me they'll note my account so it doesn't happen again. Amazon needs a disclaimer stating your account will not be charged until the item is ready to ship. They do not do this
