      I signed up for Amazon prime at the end of September with the 30 day free trial and was charged on October 11 & 16 which hasn't been 30 days yet. I contacted customer service regarding this and absolutely nothing was done. I was charged twice within 5 days for a 30 day free trial that shouldn't be advertised if not true. My card was not authorized to be charged anytime it's convenient for them and is illegal & unacceptable. I think something should & could be done about this because unlike those that can take flights to the moon, I can't afford to pay them for 2 bills for 1 month that I haven't even had services that long for!

      The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They also pick and choose which reviews they want to post!I have reached out to customer service many times and they dont actually read your questions/concerns, they give you a generic answer, probably all robotic and send you on your way.

      Been purchasing for a few years now. Tonight I asked a seller (custom tailor) a question..."Does this outfit come with pants? If not where can I get them? " Now the answer I would expect if the outfit didn't come with pants that the seller would reply " we can make them here for you". QUESTION BLOCKED! I don't know what the problem is but those people are out of control. I have always have posted positive reviews except once. I bought 1 food item and was charge for and shipped 2. I posted a negative but polite review that I wasn't happy being charged for something I didn't order and cant send one back and get a refund as it is non returnable. (Talk about running a scam) REVIEW BLOCKED! I bought something for my wife. I posted a review stating " this is beautiful. My wife loves it" REVIEW BLOCKED! I bought a sword, posted review " beautiful *********** made and worth the money. Good company to buy from." REVIEW BLOCKED! Tonight my question was blocked and I am no longer permitted to give reviews or even ask a question about products. I don't know what the problem is but these people are out of control. I was given no explanation for this decision. I don't understand how amazon can get away with this dictatorial policy and not have the respect to give a explanation. Now if I'm interested in an item I cannot ask the seller a question. Amazon is not only hurting the customers by this dictatorial policy but they're hurting the sellers also. Obviously the person who wrote the review policy doesn't have an ounce of business sense about him. So to Amazon I say *****************!!!

      amazon refuses to refund or replace mp3 purchases that dont work any longer. **************** passed me off SEVEN times in what is the chat version of hanging up on me. They took my money and then destroyed the links to my mp3s and they refuse to do anything. Avoid amazon. Use any other service that you can. I have the transcripts and receipta as proof.

      Amazon.com have 3rd party sellers listed under there prime catorgy making you think this is a amazon product. I ordered a food saver back in July but did not open it until this week. When I opened it I realized it did not work.. I called Amazon through their chat through their chat to see what can be done. They told me nothing because it was past the return date. I explained that I just opened the Box and all the seals and stickers and Box were still all intact and that I had not used it. But when I was trying to use it I realized it does not. Does not vacuum seal. After doing some research the name of the product Is not a real company. There is no website and there is no phone number. Amazon chat sent me a screen shot of the company And when you look at the company name, All it is is a bunch of random numbers and letters. It is not a legit company so they are doing illegal business with companies that are not real. The name of the vacuum sealer was HAUXHEL. Amazon refused to give me a refund or replace the item. Which at this point, I would just like a refund due to the fact that this vacuum sealer is not From a real company. When I tried to make a post for the review Amazon denied me and Would not allow me to post the review because I showed the screenshot of what Amazon sent me showing that the company is not real. So because of that I'm not allowed to share my review. They did nothing whatsoever to try to help me get my money back. I have been an Amazon prime member for years and I have never once experienced Such a terrible situation with this company. I want to warn others to please make sure they are paying attention to the fine print, Make sure they are ordering products that come from real companies. Amazon should not be selling anything from a 3rd party company that is not legit. So not only will they not allow me to leave seller feedback, There is also no way you can contact the seller from Amazon. The product says 1 year warranty but no website or #

      Amazon's website is misleading. Items are listed as "Prime" and prime members expect free 1-2 day shipping as described under Prime Membership Benefits as quoted below:Delivery benefits FREE Two-Day Delivery: Millions of items delivered fast and free.FREE One-Day Delivery: Available on more than 15 million items with no minimum purchase."I placed an order today (Oct. 15, 2022) for an item marked as "Prime" and when I went to check out, the expected delivery date was between October *****. I contacted Amazon and was told that it was sold by a third party who determined the delivery date. I asked why the item wasn't listed as "Third Party," rather than "Prime." I would like the BBB to pursue Amazon's practice of identifying third-party items as Prime which is much (if not the same) as false advertisement.

      Ordered "Bose QuietComfort 45 Bluetooth Wireless NoiseCancelling Headphones - Triple Black" on Amzon.com on Oct 12,2022. It said it is delivered on Oct 13.("Your package was left inthe mail room."). But I cannot find my package at all. Because allthe package should be put in a locker and I will get a code toopen the locker. There is no mail room at all for a package to beleft. I called the Amazon custom service on Oct 14. Amazoncustomer service ask to me to file a police report in order torefund me the money. This is so ridiculous. 1: There is no criminalevent involved. If Amazon said package is delivered, then itshould show evidence. They cannot prove they delivery thepackage to me. And now even ask customer(me) to file a policereport. 2: ********************** should investigate on their side why thepackage is not delivered/lost! Not kick the ball to policedepartment. Their customer service is so bad and not helpful atall. 3: Amazon customer service induce me to treat this as astolen event rather than their carrier issue. Amazon simplydeduce the package is stolen rather than they fail to delivery it.Again, it is ridiculous and wrong to ask customer to file a police report for a lost package!!! There is no crime involved! Why does a customer need to file a police report? ********************** simply push theirresponsibility to their customer and police department.

      Alredy few months I am suspended from leaving review for suspicious activity while I reviewed 2-3 times during the year. I called the customer service they didn't help I send multiple emails no response I feel like my opinion is not valid. I am really disappointed

      Amazon foreign associates are Discriminatory and rude. Amazon needs to higher from the country they reside. Instead of cheap labor that is ruining their reputation. Had a sales associate in *** not attempted after many attempts in a day to resolve my matter I would have not only canceled all memberships and subscriptions with amazon as I have. I would have likely also canceled my my prime account of many years. Literally saved by a thread by the few associates who reside within the country they serve and recognize what customer service means. I think moving forth the women and men of ******* will be demanding that Amazon make the appropriate choice and respect customers and the service they pay for or be out of business .. Dollar cheap is ********************************************************************************************************************************************************* respect its own members that pay a fee to be part of their organization. This is about respecting and values vs being verbally mistreated and ignored. It seems that foreign associates have forgotten what provides their paycheck. If amazon has no customers they will be left with no job.. So one way or another Amazon can learn the right way or the hard way when all business goes elsewhere to receive better service from businesses who values their customers.. At the end of the day I may save dollar here or not but I rather have service and the respect and pay more for a product from a business that understand at core customer service than what ******************** currently is providing through foreign associates/ represenatives!

      Got to love that AMZ **************** and by the way I think Indian customer service is the worst. They will try to troll you while giving bad service.10/14- Attorney Genral Business complaint filed on AMZ (I don't care I have grown to hate them.)Cancelled B019DL5KCO Your delivery has been cancelled. We will issue a refund within 3 - 5 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.On 10/13/2022 I used AMZ fresh to order some local grocery store items. I forgot to add some cold medicine on the first set up or the order. Their system will allow you to add items to your order as long as it is not in the packing stage, it shows it on their website. My order was set to be delivered on 10/14. I want back in to my order a couple of hours later that same night, attempted to add the medicine it did not allow me to, even though it was not in the packing stage. A almost personal message came up said it could not be added after the page loaded a little, said due to high orders demand in fresh. Okay, so I reordered the item as a shipment by itself and paid for same day. My food was delivered waiting all day a message came through the item was being delivered tomorrow. I then went online to their customer service chat requested a refund for the faster shipping that they decided not to do. The chat agent not paying attention just refunded the entire order. This type of stuff happens of and on all the time, the issue is upper management does not care if the representatives that work on orders just do whatever they want to do. And said they will do nothing about it after requesting a supervisor and expressing this has been going on for years. I fully understand I could just use a different business, but they have literally ruined the local stores that used to be in my area. I can not afford a car, so am stuck using them in my food desert. It adds about $100 using uber in the like for groceries. They are making too much money to treat ppl like this. #needtogodown
