      Amazon doesn't care if you get your fingers sliced up.I ordered some socks in August and didn't start using them until recently.I thought I had one pair left and reached my hand into the tubular plastic thing that held the socks. Nope, no socks left, but there were shards of broken glass. Had I grabbed them all to wash them like I normally have done. I would have had my fingers sliced open.I contacted Amazon and spoke with a rude person. The customer service there has gone down so much. I tried to explain to csr that I wanted to warn other people that there could be shards of glass in other packages. I wasn't asking for a refund. She said that there was nothing that she could do for me since package was delivered 2 months ago. I wasn't asking her to do anything for me. Just investigate why there are glass shards in a package!Luckily I wasn't injured but some people might be!

      Ordered 2 Apple Airpods ******* the flash sale and about 30 minutes later i noticed i didnt get the flash sale price. I tried to cancel the order but it wouldn't let me. I spoke with the ** customer service and they made it sound like i could recoup the price difference once it had an order number. I tried again later and customer service told me they do not do price matching and basically "screw you". Mind you, this was being sold and shipped by amazon. I tried to order 2 more at the sale price and couldnt because there was a limit to how many i could order and since i ****** ordered 2, I could only order 1 more. In the next day they both shipped and I started the cancellation of 1 of the 2 I paid the higher price for. Amazon in Washington shipped to Amazon in **** and all the sudden, the one I ordered at the reduced price is now having handling issues at the Amazon store in ****. Not a coincidence.

      Amazon gives you the run around when it comes to their third party seller. Ended u losing my money on a product I never got. What a joke. Cmon Amazon do better then this

      If I could give zero stars I would. So I ordered an item but never received it. It was my wifes birthday gift. Since 10-2-2022 I've been on chat and phone with Amazon trying to receive a refund. So chatting with these people everyday, by the way they are so rude. Amazon has fought with me and you get NO REFUND back. Not even a replacement. So that's $60 down the hatch. I will never order from Amazon again.

      I have been an Amazon customer for over a decade and have been very happy. Suddenly out of no where with no warning I went to write a review and got a red message saying there was suspicious activity on my account and I could not review anything and all my reviews were deleted. I reached out to the email I was directed to use for disputes. Amazon simply sent a copy and paste response back. In the email they won't even tell you specifically what you have been excused of. Instead I get a whole list of things that could have happened. I reached back out letting them know there is no way any of the offenses apply to my account. I also sent a screen shot of a message amazon sent showing that someone had been trying to access my account. This would be the only explanation behind what ever they were expecting. A day later I got under copy and paste response. Basically saying that they would not restore my account and all my reviews I had written over the decade. Here I am someone who has been loyal to this business for over a decade-- and they cannot even give me real help with this issue. Just copy and paste messages in responses a very obvious mistake on their part.

      Opened a prime acct. ordered some cloths. Was shipped to wrong address with picture showing its not my address. Contacted customer service if thats what you can call it.They told me to check the neighborhood. Another supervisor said i need to make a police report. Told them you cant make a police report on something that delivered to the wrong address, they didnt care , said i had to fill out a report for every item not delivered and a police report. Spent a total of 5 hours dealing with them with no results. It would have been cheaper and easier to just have went to a store and buy it. Done with them, closed my account, sold my Amazon stock. They can keep the $300.00 they got from me. They will never get another dollar from and i highly recommend they dont from you either. Not a trustworthy company.

      As far as deliveries the service is good. Customer relations is not so good. Have been a good customer for years and also a ********************** customer. Always have given positive and honest reviews. A few months ago my reviews were removed and I was not permitted to give reviews or even ask a question about products. After several phone calls and emails nothing has been resolved. I was given no explanation for this decision. I don't understand how a company can get away with this and not give a decent explanation. No response to my emails or phone calls. Now when I'm interested in an item I cannot even ask the seller a question. Amazon is willing to accept my money but will not communicate on this matter.

      Amazon customer service uses lies and deception to rectify service or products when its clearly their fault. I called to find out where my products were because they never arrived when i told them about the time and money it cost me because of their system mismanagement they told me it would be there soon and to compensate me offered full refund. So, I agreed and that was that, come to find out a few days later product still never comes and now I have a gift card credit that I can only use at Amazon. Tricky they are and deceitful, I hope karma catches up to their unethical business practices!

      All I wanted to do was cancel my Amazon Prime Account and get that in writing. I spent over an hour, first with ****** on chat line finding out that Amazon had my old email and when I asked hime to change it so I could log in he couldn't. Then after ********* exchanges I asked him to give me a number to call and get this straightened out. I called and they asked me at least 5 securtiy question which I answered all except the last one which was what was the bank code for my last order, I didn't have it because my bank statements have not come yet for Sept. order. ******* said he could not make changes if I couldn't answer all the security questions. This run around went on for over an hour. I finally asked if he could cancel my prime account and he said yes and it was canceled but I do not have anything in writing. This has been the most frustrating experience for a 76 year old woman. I will never use Amazon again. ***********************

      I had to create an account to use their fire tablet , I had ordered stuff but yesterday they closed my account cause of suspicious activity , I called that bs , I now can't use their tablet or anything , ill sue ********************
