      Bezos the fraud king. Guess whos paying for space missions and a 50 year old weather girl trying to look 30? We are.I bought a sound bar from Amazon Warehouse and it showed up missing the subwoofer the remote every cable and the manual. It was taped up with rotten cardboard. They wont replace it and are making me wait weeks to see if i get a refund. This despite the fact i returned a vacuum a month earlier and the second *** scanned it the refund was initiated. It came in a bot with label that said 62 pounds. I talked to the *** driver who dropped it off and he agreed it didn't weigh no where near that much.Customer Service are scum that will lie to you straigjt to there face and think the are going to still havre any teeth left to go home and eat dinner after im done with them. Ill chase that Bald Bozo to Mars to get my $700 back. I win you bald lazy eyed satan, you hear me I win!

      purchased an item from amazon, it was broken when i got it, sent it back, *** gave me a tracking number, amazon got the item back, but instead of giving the card holder the money back ?..THEY PUT THE REFUND INTO A GIFT CARD ??!!..why or how i do not know ?..but i do know this was never ok by me. fair warning to anyone returning an item ?..you better make sure the refund goes tot he correct card holder that paid for the purchase ?!..otherwise...the card holder will not get the cash back, instead..amazon will put it on a amazon gift card !. I ****** THIS FOR 2 MONTHS !. i finally gave up, paid the balance on the amazon card holder, and will close this account once the card holder receives the amount to pay the balance. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AMAZON !! you have been warned of how they steal your hard earned money !.

      Deceptive business tricks. I wanted to post a poor review for a Blink product, but Amazon wouldn't allow it - message read 'it needs to be a verified purchase'. I purchased the product on the same account where I was trying to make the review; and the order was still showing in my account.

      Worst customer service experience I've ever had. They have people on the phones who are extremely slow and don't know English well enough. If they type your answers in wrong to their system they make you call back and try again with someone else. I changed my phone number and they won't allow me to update it in the system. I delete all of my old emails and for the one simple fact that I don't know the month and date that I started my Prime account (+4 years ago at least) they won't let me change my phone number and are making me delete my account. Deleting my account means I lose all of my data and credits associated with prime video, music, Audible etc. Awful customer service. Supervisors don't do anything and are condescending. I've spent 4 30 minute phone calls with slow operators who don't know what they're doing only to be denied.

      I need my money back for you all not delivering a package when you said you would you have greatly inconvenienced me due to this. I have been contacting you since 12:00 today and have not received any help I need my money back you have wasted my money and inconvenienced me and you dont even care that you have ***** was completely unhelpful and did not even attempt to get it done

      I Cant believe Im even saying this. But Ive recieved the worst customer service from ********************** that Ive never received before. I had a order that I placed, and was having an issue that not even leadership or customer had know Knowledge of resolving. I sat on the with leadership to try to assist with resolving my order for my birthday, and the supervisor ****** told me she couldnt do anything else, denied me any instructions on contacting corporate. And told me if I had any other questions she was going to hang up. I have still havent received and update or my money back for this issue. And its seems as if there agent is giving different information.

      Amazon claims that my package was delivered to my house but they never sent a picture of proof of delivery. I contacted customer service both through the live chat and by speaking with a representative and they claimed that they cannot do anything to help me because of their Risk of Loss policy and because the tracking shows that it was delivered to the correct address although they did not show me any proof from their end. Mind you I've never had an issue when contacting Amazon when using a prime account. This package was ordered on an account that does not have Prime. Basically they told me that it is my loss and not their fault.

      Requested refund to my credit card. Amazon issued a "gift card," i.e. 'store credit.' Has happened twice. When checking this last return, it said, "A refund will appear on your bank account or credit card statement within the next 7 days." While I was on Chat with Amazon ***************** an option suddenly appeared by the refunded item to "track it" and lo and behold, it said a Gift Card was issued for the refund. That notation was NOT on the item before I started the Chat. When I told him in the Chat that we had requested a credit card refund and had no idea we even had a Gift Card, he ended the Chat! Basically, he hung up on me. Which also made the Chat converstaion disappear. We got a refund but only in the form of store credit, which is not what we asked for.

      Everyone check when you are charged/renewal for your Amazon Prime account. Was just overcharged $3.34 for "taxes" on the membership. Spent 53 minutes on chat and 29 minutes on phone and still no resolution . Can't get the overcharge refunded back. I also checked the last few years, and discovered, I was also overcharged for taxes in 2021, 2020, and 2019, but didn't catch it, as it was a flat $10 charge for taxes, which made it $129.00 for those years. However, this year's charge showed up on my credit card as $150.68...and I was even questioning if it was a legit charge. Well it was for the $139.00 + taxes...which they charged me $11.68 for taxes, and it was to be for $8.34 taxes. I have filed a formal complaint for the overcharges in the taxes. Very frustrated.
