      I Purchased a 10x10 canopy tent. I received the wrong item. I was told to send wrong item back with shipping label. Did what I was told. Amazon continued to email me stating to send the correct item back which I never received and I explained that to them. I have been trying to call and reply to emails to get this taken care of. No one is willing to help. All I want is my money back it this point. No one has helped me get the correct item or give me my refund back. So at this point I spent $184 for nothing at all. Not the correct item,wrong item or money back. Empty handed. All I want is my money back and at this point , I dont want to do business with Amazon after this. Amazon customer service said my account has a lot of activity and returns,which shouldnt matter at all. I have spent thousands of dollars with my account. I do almost all my Christmas shopping on my app plus daily purchases. I am frustrated at this point.

      I ordered a package of maple cream cookies as a gift. It was packaged in a soft sided bag which gave no protection to the cookies, so they were crushed in route. I talked to an Amazon employee, asking how to request another order of the same cookies to be packaged in a stiff cardboard box for protection. This employee had no idea how to relay the request and just told me to go back to my order page. Well, there's no place in the ordering process to place requests. Amazon did refund my money for the first package and immediately sent a replacement. Same story: crushed cookies in a soft envelop. What a crock company!

      I have emailed and used the online chat to question why I have been blocked from leaving reviews and get no reply or response.We apologize but Amazon has noticed some unusual reviewing activity on this account.       I am filing a complaint against *******************************, technical manager at Amazon Web Services LLC. He committed fraud when he told me someone was hacking into my computer. He directed me to purchase two Apple Id cards for $500 each, give him the code nos and he would definitely reimburse me. He never reimbursed me and never performed the service he offered. I am out $1,000 due to the fraud this man committed. I need your help, BBB!

      I ordered a subscription product for our Blink Security Device for our security cameras at our office and charged our business credit card. Our business credit card account flagged the transaction as fraudulent, and instead of Amazon declining the payment, they charged the next credit card on file, an employee's credit card. We never okayed this service- if a payment is declined, please charge a different card on the account. I believe this to be fraudulent activity and want to let others know to be careful of this.

      I PURCHASED AN **** FROM AMAZON FOR 100 DOLLARS. THE **** WAS DEFECTIVE. I RETURNED IT TO AMAZON, AND A FEW DAYS LATER WAS NOTIFIED THAT THE PURCHASE PRICE HAD BEEN REFUNDED. THE CREDIT NEVER SHOWED UP ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. I CONTACTED AMAZON, AND WAS TOLD THAT THE MONEY HAD NOT ACTUALLY BEEN REFUNDED, BUT WAS CREDITED TO MY AMAZON ACCOUNT, AND I COULD USE IT ON MY NEXT PURCHASE. IN OTHER WORDS, THE ONLY WAY TO GET THE MONEY IS TO SPEND IT AT AMAZON. IF I CHOOSE NOT TO MAKE ANYMORE PURCHASES FROM AMAZON, THEN THAT MONEY IS LOST FOREVER. THAT PRACTICE MAY NOT BE ILLEGAL, BUT IT IS SLEEZY, AND UNETHICAL.

      **************** was reluctant regarding a item returned on 09/01/2022 via *** and called again today on 10/03/2022 because I was told to call this day to finally get the refund and laughing at me as being a prime member they have all information they needed yet still asking questions and my prime membership was canceled ??

      Amazon business has my phone number hooked up to another account with someone elses name on it and they would not give me the information that I need to verify a report to the Better Business Bureau and file claim they have a People call and say $1000 have been added to their account and they know that thing ***

      Ordered 12 cases of minestrone soup and 1 case was incorrect, got 1 case of lentil soup. Called Amazon customer service and had me on the phone for 1 hour. Finally spoke to supervisor whom told me to upload picture of soup and label, now they send me an email stating they can't verify the mistake! What a crock from such a big company!
