      I bought a tablet from Amazon online. The Amazon delivery driver delivered it to the wrong address. The picture the delivery person sent showed the package on the porch of the wrong address. I called Amazon customer service told them this. I was transferred to a different department then I was told I would not be getting a refund nor replacement and that this was based on their policy.

      I ordered a mattress from Amazon and before the month was over it had started leaning and it started puckering. I called several times to ask for a refund I was told several times that I would get one. I never did hear it is three months later I still have the puckering mattress. I also canceled my prime membership and prime music I am still being charge for both of them and no one will talk to me because they keep sending messages to a number here a number there and I still am being charged today for the prime membership and the prime music. I would like a solution to my problem because this is ridiculous. Eventually I will cancel my Amazon credit card.

      I have ordered from Amazon for 3 years from this address and no problems. Then from September ***** I have had 12 orders marked UNDELIVERABLE. I have called several times trying to get this resolved been on the phone with them for hours. All they keep saying is the package has been damaged. NO WAY 12 packages in a 16 day timeframe can this happen. All they will say is lets go through your orders and each one they say you will be refunded. I have told them Ill keep an eye on that even tho its annoying. All I want is for them to fix this problem. I even reorder some of these orders as they have asked me to do and those are marked UNDELIVERABLEIve even asked for a manager to speak to and nope no manager has yet to talk to me.

      Now, I have been hacked on my Amazon Account on numerous occasions for the past five years. An in the past two weeks of September 2022, been hacked twice. Now I've called Amazon to complain about this situation! It has to be an employee of Amazon and I've requested their name, address and phone number. In order to *** them personally! Which their customer reps refuse to do.Besides they owe me two which are:1. Top ************ ordered in June of 2022 and paid for.2. A glass tubular ordered in May of 2022 and paid for.Which as of yet I have not received. But meanwhile some of their employees hack account of customers to buy items and deliver to them.Amazon is a big company but lousy customer service, when reporting bad or hacking is***s to their freaking attention!I mean why not post phone numbers to call them to resolve any is***s? They have a whole list of c*** is***s boxes but no phone numbers why??? CHICKEN S**** I GUESS!! HIRE AMERICAN PEOPLE NOT THES INDIANS FROM ASIA TO ANSWER QUESTIONS!!

      I returned an item a day after it was delivered because the item is not working. I returned it at *** drop off at 9/11/22. Website tells me to wait for two weeks for a refund. Two weeks later, I still haven't received my refund so I called their customer service about this. **************** says that he will credit it to my Amazon gift card balance and I just need to wait for 2 - 3 hours to be credited. 24 hours have passed, still no refund. I called again their customer service and I got the same response. Same thing, no refund. For the third time, I called their customer service and says that they just received the item and says I need to wait for another week or two. I'm starting to get frustrated with this company and considering to cancel our prime membership.

      Amazon has been holding my $400 refund, they claim it can take up to 45 days to receive a refund and its been 17 days since they received my purchase in the Amazon Warehouse, however Amazon still has not refunded my money to my Bank. This practice should be against the consumer law.

      I tried to contact a representative from Amazon to correct a situation. When the phone was finally answered, the woman could hardly speak English. She stated she was in ******, so I requested to speak to a ****** representative. She explained to me that although Amazon is a ****** based company, the call centers we worldwide. I have decided that this company does not meet MY requirements to do business with me. I revoke Amazons privilege.

      I had a $4 credit to buy or rent a movie. I clicked on a movie and it said $1.99 and $4 credit will be applied. I thought the movie would be free. When I got charged $1.99 I reached out to Amazon to see why because it should have been free. Well they said that the movie was $5.99. It never said anything about it being $5.99 because I never would have paid for a movie rental. They did not care. They have lost a customer over $4. It's just not good customer service. I spent a lot of money with them and this is how they treat me. No thank you!! Goodbye to amazon!

      Amazon is taking too much control over the reviews process, not allowing penalized reviewers who have been unable to review on Amazon's platform for 4 years to even ask questions about products they are buying. Instead, this leads me to buy products for myself, try them, and return them, at an expense to the environment. Amazon barred me in 2018 from reviewing on their platform, making false accusations of incentivized reviews, despite similar reviewing activity on other non-incentivized platforms, including ******* When asking for proof and furnishing said proof, the ban was not revoked. It has been 4 years. Even prison sentences from true offenders are shorter. Because Amazon owns about 90% of the reviewer market at this time (statistic made up by me), this causes significant friction, not to mention I am an author of several books for sale on ************************** have no ability to respond to reviews. Amazon has shadowbanned me entirely, no longer answering emails about this, so if their representative decides to engage me and tell me they're going to swoop in and save the day, newsflash to you, BBB rep: you're not. Unless you can in good faith trust that I engage on the platform in good faith, you're just a cog in the machine that can't make decisions. Moving and escalating to the same platform that has me forever on a ban list is not going to make any movement. Furthermore, the only reason I got banned in the first place was because I saw a review I had written wasn't visible so I contacted support to ask if there was a bug in the system. They responded by banning me. My own good faith attempt to alert Amazon to a potential issue resulted in a 4 year ban that has not yet been overturned, because I can't prove that I haven't been incentivized.I'm sorry I spent time trying to review products obsessively in 2018 to join your Vine program. I thought it was a fast track way to do things for something fun. Instead, I'm forever punished. Not cool, Amazon. So here I am.

      Hello, I am grateful that Amazon listened and fixed this issue. However, my older reviews which I spent so much time investing in (again, with the goal of getting into Vine) are still gone. Is it possible for someone at Amazon to restore them, please? I know I will probably never ever be invited to Vine, but I want to at least show that I'm trying. That's why I invested so many hours to begin with. Thank you.

      Got all my movies taken when I closed my account never got a refund. I called and talked to four different people. The first person told me no problem we will refund your money as it was a mistake on our behalf. They told me it should be refunded within 3-5 days. Then 5 days later still no refund I called and was told by a very rude lady I might add that they wouldnt be able to refund me unless I could provide the ** number of the movies I purchased. Ok great I got all those and called back and then the next two people told me unfortunately they didnt know the policy and they cant refund me because my account is already closed and they cant see the purchases. Even though I can send them the emails and all documentation showing I made them. So now Im out my movies and the $200+ that I spent in purchasing them. Yay Amazon and literally the worst customer service ever. And Ive never ever had issues with yall but wow!!!!!
