      I'm so frustrated with Amazon and there BS. All you get is the run around with them, all there reps state different information, they don't help at all. All they do is talk over you and hang up. The return policy is a bunch of bull. I'm really at the point that I don't want to do any business with Amazon

      order was damaged TWICE in shipping,. Amaazon will not refund until the items are received back, it could take up to 2 weeks and then 3-5 days later before refund is issued . i didnt receive the product i purchased and i didnt receive it in the promised time. -TWICE! and now wait weeks to be refunded? beware,amazon is going down hill and doesnt seem to care if they take loyal customers with them. uh-ex-loyal

      I think amazon is a scam they take people money and when it's time for a refund the customers having a lot of trouble getting their money back especially right away. I give amazon a BIG FAT O rating. I would advise people not to do business and services with amazon.

      I am a prime member of Amazon and I am supposed to get free shipping and returns. When I try to return an item they asked me to drop it off at the *** drop off. I live in a very rural area and the *** drop off is more than 60 miles away. For the last few years, when I want to return something, I call Amazon and they have *** come pick it up. A few months ago, they began charging me $7.99 for every return. I do not think it is fair that I have to drive two hours to return something or pay $7.99 to return something. I dont understand the point of paying for a Prime Membership. Amazon has changed immensely over the last couple of years, and sell some items that are very poor quality.

      This company used to try to provide a service that was exceptional. That day has passed and now they have become complacent and just another marketing platform with no idea how to support the customer. I placed an order and it was shipped ***** Due to errors at ***** the package is now lost in the shipping process and no one knows where it is. Amazon has provided horrible customer support with the issue.

      Had a great experience with ***** in the customer service ***** He went above and beyond to resolve the problem with a GE product we purchased when GE didnt want to help us. I hope Amazon can keep this guy. He is a great ambassador for the company. *********************, ******

      I put my small, hand made business up on Amazon and have had the worst experience! The entire year my products were on, they were HIDDEN. I tried everything, that's just the way they run business. You need thousands of sales and reviews for your products to show up, but how would I get that if they are hidden?? Amazon takes a huge cut, has tons of fees and ended up steeling my products to probably resell! I am heart broken. My products were liquidated without my consent and I was given pennies for each item me and my team worked hard to make. I had it set up to send my products back to me, but it was changed some how and now its all gone. I will avoid supporting this criminal company as much as I possibly can. Theres only one way a company get take over like they did. Taking advantage, steeling, and making it literally impossible to get ahead.

      I purchased two 18v batteries not even a day in to receiving I requested to return because the first one didnt work correctly for my kids car I requested it but they dont allow returns on batteries!!! Because its dangerous to ship. You just shipped it to me!!!! How is that possible??????? Im out of $$ and got paper weight.. I want to return it and get my refund!!!!

      I ordered 2 DVDs from this company on Amazon. They both were bought from this seller. I printed out the receipt. I only received 1 DVD. When I checked what was going on, I found that the seller removed the missing DVD from my order and did not notify me. There is no way to leave a review on Amazon on how lousy this is. I'm not renewing Prime anymore. It is not the same. Hardly any 1 or 2 day deliveries like the promised when I signed up. All they are doing is squeezing every ***** they can out of us.

      Worst company ever. They constantly represent that my orders will be delivered by a certain time - usually a day - and they are inevitably late every single time. Last night I tracked my order, due to the tracking Amazon provides, and it was less than 1 mile from my house. Rather than deliver it, the driver arrived BACK at the Amazon facility which is 30 minutes away 15 minutes before the deadline was to deliver the package. Basically, the driver quit work an hour before he should have. Called Amazon, and it was difficult to get anyone who I was able to understand, and after about 5 calls, I got ******, and she said that maybe the driver had a flat tire or some issue, and that is all the explanation I am entitled to receive (my order was $400). I guess $400 only buys conjecture and unprofessionalism, nothing more. She said she would not investigate it. What was supposed to be delivered by 10 p.m. on 9.20.22 , according to Amazon now has a deadline of 9.22.22. I based my purchase on the date of delivery which was 9.20.22. Amazon and their employees are despicable. By promising delivery within hours to one day (WHICH THEY NEVER LIVE UP TO) they have run most retail stores out of business giving itself a monopoly, which they consider a license to abuse their customers. Just despicable. Guess they played their cards right, offer something they do not deliver to get the business. Just despicable.
