      Two packages left at wrong address. Packages left on front steps. I now look to other places to purchase items.

      biggest company around multi trillion since the plandemic no problems until this year now no price matching only store i found that wont free return shipping is a lie they ship out used items as new then charge more then spent to return it when clearly its on them but once ag**n the rich stick it to us double dipping but get huge tax breaks the head people pay nothing in taxes cause how its set up is for their benifit but to clearly double dip on the customers that are old or cant drive 7 hours away to a drop off spot get screwed but after seeing how and what the ceo s**d regarding employees its clear they dont care about anythng but greed because even in illoisnois they proved workers dont matter the customers are just dollar signs and used broken items are new to us down troten h*** even ******* knows to only s**** what made them just a little amazon says f*** em take everything they have who cares let them battle the ******ed ** that clearly has no clue what english is keep it up and no one will work or buy from em

      Amazon Prime is scamming customers into memberships and the recurring fees of Amazon Prime. And setting that same customer up under second email address, with same credit card for a second Amazon Prime Shopping with second fee. Then when I caught it and spoke to agent and cancelled, then I had to repeat this action as first time didn't work , Amazon did not cancel, did not waive fee as said they would, still billed, and charged late fees. Then I sent a letter to address on back of bill for billing errors, I received an email or text that my request was being reviewed, and two weeks later, again received this bill just now, after I had both accts cancelled, they have not cancelled, added interest, and additional fees are charged. I have tried calling, writing, email, and to no avail. I am completely frustrated and making sure to never use any part of Amazon ever again. I will find all kinds of deals thru other venders. I want nothing further to do with any part of Amazon , except recognition of my date of cancelation ,(I won't even go retroactive to before the 30 day trial was up, which I tried to cancel but nothing was under my acct, I should request refund of all the monthly fees I paid on Two Prime Shipping accts, due to the hidden acct under the second email address, which would be approx ******) But just a cancellation date of June-26-2022, when I spoke to the first Amazon agent on the phone, the first time. Not second time on July-22-2022. Or even when I wrote a letter and included copies of both my Amazon Prime bills, copies of call records and my complete story that was mailed on 8-22-2022. After nothing else worked, everytime I get a bill, I get very angry and frustrated that my request have not been filled. Now I turn in hope to the BBB to get resolution.

      Horrible Company. There is no number to call them and you're dealing with emails.Their guidelines aren't helpful and they will terminate your account without letting authors edit or make changes.It's a poor system that doesn't provide opportunities for new content and product creations.

      My accounts got hacked - ***** target, email, amazon, etc. I first realized amazon was compromised when i received a package from them containing things i hadn't ordered. I tried to sign on but my hacker had set up two step verification so i could not get into my account. I called Amazon. They told me it was taken care of and i would hear back in 48 hrs. Never heard back. Called again. They had no record of it, and i could not make them understand what i was telling them. i asked for a supervisor. The supervisor said they escalated the issue and i would hear back in 48 to 72 hours. This has gone on for two weeks. No one has ever called me back, there is no one i can talk to who can fix it because they dont' accept phone calls, and they keep lying to me and giving me different answers. Finally, when my amazon card payment was due, I told them i wasn't paying them when i couldn't access my account and they told me to contact the bank. I did so to find out that they had not closed my account as they said they did two weeks ago and it has been open ever since and another charge made. I called them again to let them know this and they hung up on me. Never using them again. I'm having anxiety attacks from my repeated arguments with them. They left all my information open to a hacker for two weeks.

      My Amazon order was delayed by days. I needed it on time. I asked for a resolution and was only given two choices, which were either a refund or wait. I understand that shipping problems might arise sometimes, but Amazon's policily is not what is best for the customer. For an example, I am a ******* plus member. The last time I had a problem with an order they offered me a $15 promo code and a refund. Amazon has always been my go to for things, but after this experience I am changing that habit and supporting businesses like ******* which actually have a reconcilatory approach to rectify their mistakes. Sorry Amazon, your customer service has been found lacking compared to *******.

      Amazon.ca's is using dirty tactic to make your life miserable when you are not giving them money. I ordered something on Amazon and have to cancel the order the next day. I tried on the app and website and I couldn't do it for a reason I don't understand. I was directed to the help page. I went to the help page looking for a phone # to call but was directed back to the order page, and then back to the help page and order page. I only reached them when I said I wanted to subscribe to prime. They immediately brought me to a page where I can input my phone number and they immediate called me to assist me.

      I found the amazon prime marketing to be deceptive. I cancelled membership but new monthly membership bills continued to be generated. I spoke to customer service at ******************** and at their billing institution, synchrony bank, multiple times. Each referred me to the other, neither seemed to want to help. Multiple promises made by service reps were not carried out.

      Under "Your Orders" for 9/13/2022 delivery there was this statement "Your package was delivered. It was handed directly to a resident" IS A COMPLETE LIE. The packages were left on my front porch which was fine and I did not see the delivery person. For that person to state that lie so easily is utterly annoying to me and I repudiate it. Telling a lie may be a small thing to some but it is a bad seed planted and will grow exponentially in this unfortunate age of fallacious public statements. I rate this delivery as 1 star and would rate it less if there was that option. The products were adequate, but the delivery person lied

      I purchased (2) two items that had a delivery date. One of the items I paid $10 for expedited delivery. As soon as the items shipped the dates moved back multiple days. The item that was expedited will now arrive five days later. Amazon let me know that despite the fact they charge people for expedited shipping; they have nothing to do with shipping therefore you are screwed. There is absolutely no recourse. Even though there will be no one here to receive it, I am out $80. Their delivery dates are completely fraudulent, because how it was explained to me was those delivery dates don't mean anything and YES they can charge you for expedited shipping even though they have no control over that and if it arrives late "sorry". This should be illegal. I can't cancel my orders, but they will not be delivered when it said they would be. I will be out of town for two weeks and now I am out $80. I don't have $80 to give away to Amazon. The $10 expedited delivery fee is maddening, especially when a supervisor tells you on the phone "We have absolutely nothing to do with delivery. We just charge extra for it."
