      This company had gone downhill! I have had nothing but problems with several orders for months now and everytime you talk to customer service, they give you the same answer everytime. None of which solve the problem. This time I had to cancel an order because they didn't get it to me in the time they were supposed too and I told them I wanted it refunded. He said he would as soon as they were notified by the carrier. That was 2 days ago and still nothing. In the past once it showed either canceled or returning you got the refund asap,now I'm being told not until they receive it. So basically if the carrier facility loses it then im ot of my money even though it wouldnt be my fault. It was canceled and never in my possession at any point, it has been at the carrier facility.

      Amazon has the worst customer service! They actually hang up on me when they dont want to hear what I have to say. Or if my explanation is too complicated for them. I was trying to get package delivered through Amazon hub at their suggestion. Unfortunately that location was not prepared to except deliveries yet so The delivery was attempted three times. After the second time I called customer service and they said if it cant get delivered another time that they will simply deliver it to my home. I followed up with a phone call the next day to confirm that and they indeed said the same thing and took my address and said it would be delivered by tomorrow. The next day I got an email saying my order was canceled and I will be refunded the money. And to complicate matters I bought it with a gift card. Now I have to wait till it actually gets refunded before I can purchase it again because I have to get the gift card back. Meantime this whole process is well over one week and now its going to last another week to actually get the product and at that point I probably wont even need it anymore. When I told them that there has to be something they can do to help me they actually hung up on me. I called back and a different person hung up on me again. THE WORST!!!!!

      I have cancelled my account because they are selling white privilege cards. This is racist. Furthermore, I was told me to just not buy them. However, I cannot do business with a company that is going to promote this. I have done a lot of business with them. However, I will take my business somewhere else.

      I ordered a laptop on Amazon, it was free return. The current pixel is very low and hurt vision. I asked for return, the website gave me a label need me to pay the postage. And the laptop seller want me to return by signed shipping. I am student and I couldn't ****** $50 to return the laptop. I called customer server three times all I was told they will let the seller issue a prepaid label to me, and if the seller refused to do that I will get my refund. Now I didn't get a prepaid return label and Amazon didn't refund me too.

      On july 13th, I ordered (HP Chromebase ****" All-in-One ************** Pentium Gold 6405U Processor, 4 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD, Rotating Full HD IPS Touchscreen, Chrome OS, Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse Combo (22-aa0022, 2021)) for ****** USD. On July 23rd I requested a refund. On July 24th I delivered item to *** store per Amazon instructions. On July 26th *** had already delivered the item back to Amazon. After waiting more than 7 business days with no refund in process, I reached out to your customer service team and was told no item had been received. I asked to show them proof as I already had the tracking number from *** and confirmation from them that they had delivered the item back. I was told there was nothing I could do until 30 days later which would be August 24th. I reached out again as 28 days had now passed with no refund or progress in the tracking section on Amazon in my orders. I was once again told no item had been received and that I would need to wait 2 more days before I could file an inquiry. I pleaded again to show them or provide them the proof that said item was already returned and was denied. Then August 24th arrives and I file an official inquiry. ***************************************************************************************** my Amazon account that the item had been received. So of course at this point I then filed a dispute with my credit card company as my funds were still unavailable to me. Then I was emailed by Amazon that I did not even need to return the item that I started this entire return process for and that they would finally be issuing me a refund and I could keep the item. Now 32 days had passed and I finally received a refund from Amazon a day after being credited by ***** for the disputed charge. Now I am being told I need to provide immediate action and pay for the item that I was told I could KEEP after pleading for over a month to your customer service that I had already RETURNED the item.

      I'm having an issue in that my app that is on the phone shows one thing whereas when I log in on my laptop it shows another. I called and was hung up on twice! The second time it was because their system could not authenticate me and instead of escalating it she hung up. They have lost a Prime member customer. They need to do a much better job of supervising their customer service Representatives. Horrible horrible rude people!

      I had to be wise enough and actually go to my account and see exactly what was being done about my money being returned to me. I've been told at least four to five times that someone would contact me before actually talking to a gentleman who put me on hold and then a lady came back to the phone and I found out that my request for refund has been canceled. Initially on August the 2nd when I ordered a product I accidentally ordered two instead of one. So I immediately contact Amazon told them the situation and the third party seller was contact immediately however they sent the product out anyway. So now I'm stuck with two products and don't know what to do with them because I want my money back nobody's telling me what to do they are trying to charge me half price for one of the products and they're also trying to charge me shipping. The product is $58 and some change and I have two of them and I want my money back. The fact that they sent two after I requested only one and we told them in enough time myself and Amazon told them in enough time however when I realized that my request for a refund was canceled I'm just baffled I mean like why is my request for a refund cancel and they've done it again Right now at this very moment it's saying that it's canceled and that was August the 2nd today is September the 7th so they're just not being forthcoming about it I need a total refund and I can't seem to get through to a reliable source over at Amazon. I even contact Amazon *** by email and got a response and that I had to go back to Amazon that the *** didn't handle that so please help me.

      I ordered a tv and it came broken. I returned it the next day and have spoken with two reps regarding my refund since the tv has been received at the return center over a week ago. One apologized and said theyd process the refund, then I got an email saying they wont issue refund. The next rep says wait for 30days and we can investigate. *** ID provided by ********************** had the package delivered. So why do they get to hold my all my money mean while make me have to pay interest on it! Im beyond over ordering from Amazon. Been a prime member since 2012 and this is how they treat you!

      This company is a nightmare to deal with. They lose your items and you get nothing. Their site tells you oh were so sorry your package is so late you may now request a refund. This takes you to a page of no where. I truly wish I had gone and looked for my things in person. Amazon is unreliable, they have horrible customer service and packages are always late. Theyre so big they dont care if they lose a couple of customers and show you that to your face.

      Their customer service is not helpful at all. During these times of fraud they freely verify your card information however, will not remove your card information because it is not you. Makes no sense. While they continue to freely charge for prime and services you requested to stop. *** their manager at night shift is extremely rude, never in my life hace I come across worst customer service and they refused to provide any of their names and refused to remove my card information. This I would consider fraud. Please be careful before trusting this site with your card information and while their customer service agents, specially manager *** support fraudulent activities. Its my card, my information, if I am the customer and confining my past purchase and information, I should not be hung up while Im simply asking to have my card information removed.
