We buy a lot from Amazon. A LOT! Amazon is seriously at our house 5/7 days of the week, often bringing multiple packages each day. We've been a Prime Member since they started. However, the Amazon employees are clueless, from people behind the scenes (chat, reviews, etc) to people actually delivering/throwing the packages.1. My reviews are never accepted. My reviews are honest, never include cussing. Yet, my reviews never get submitted because of "community standards". Often times, we get damaged products that were clearly damaged BEFORE the items were even placed in the packaging, so shipping isn't to blame, but Amazon rejects it because it mentioned "shipping" which proves they either don't read the entire review or lack comprehension altogether!2. Amazon also rejects bad reviews to the sellers if the order was fulfilled by Amazon, so crooked sellers continue putting already damaged products in the boxes and envelopes.3. However, they will accept reviews that clearly mention a product WAS damaged when it was received. So I can't post an honest review ON the product because they don't want me to mention how it WASN'T damaged during shipping, yet other people have complained how something arrived broken and that's perfectly fine, even though it hasn't nothing to do with the product. Complete nonsense!4. SO MANY reviews on Amazon are bought! Why Amazon continues to let crooked sellers BUY reviews by promising a 'free' item whenever someone leaves a 5-star review is insane!!5. They've started charging on returns, $8, if the return is under a certain amount. So if a $5 item is delivered damaged, then Amazon wants to charge me $8 for *** to pick it back up.

Delivery issues:We are prime members and have not had delivery issues before now! Product ordered on line 9/2/22 with Amazon indicating delivery by 10 p.m. that night for Prime Member. Stays update sent you'd via email saying 4 stops away from my home around 9 p.m or so . No delivery!!! yet tracking showed driver in my neighborhood (street names shown ). Called customer service (outsourcing to India) ,hard to understand representative due his accent . Said possible delivery Saturday ,9/3/22 by 10p.m. Not delivered so had to call back on the 5th(4th holiday) and was advised by nice logical comprehensive U.S. rep delivery by 9/6/22. Still have nothing yet so far. The weird thing is tracking details reflect Amazon Chino processing at 9:50 p.m. then tracking reflects City of industry processing. Well Chino is 20 minutes from me and City of industry is 35 minutes away so don't know if product will be delivered today night or not. Why go further away from destination in the first place? Not logical in my mind. Someone above reps need to explain to me ,customer as reps can only give company standard playbook. Duh????

Offer delivery date they couldnt deliver on, waited the next day for delivery which was pushed back another date. Long story short , never received package, my money to purchase is still held up. Then they put in my notes for cancellation (Customer refused delivery because it was previous cancelled). Very very disappointed and lost money over Labor Day holiday.

This review is specifically about amazon return policy. For years an option for return was to print your own label and give it to **** They removed that option several months ago so now, as a homebound disabled senior the ************ for me to return something. is to find a way to get it to whole foods, Kohls or **** Again, I am housebound, do not drive and have no help. they once sent me the wrong product and still wanted me to pay to return it. I emailed ******************* office expecting some acknowledgement of my problem and it seemed that whoever replied ****** picked what he wanted and then just came back and repeated the same stuff I already knew and completely ignored my problem. They are discriminating against the disabled. Shame on them. Let me print my own label. It still costs you nothing and I can then shop at amazon. Otherwise I'm done.

Amazon.com does nothing to back the purchase of their gift cards. I purchased a gift card that would not load indicating it already had been loaded to another account. After 5 phone calls and sending in proof of purchase amazon admitted that the card had been loaded to a fraudulent account that had been frozen however said they were still unable to refund the card amount to me even though I have the receipt. 150 dollars is a lot to some people. I have been a loyal amazon customer and ********************** member for years with no suspicious activity on my account. I certainly will not be doing business with them in the future.

Warning to all elderly customers- my husband was attacked 9-3-22 in the early evening by an Amazon driver - he was not in an official Amazon truck he was using his personal vehicle. He was parked in a no parking zone in our townhouse community- he was asked to move his vehicle and was apparently offended got out of his car and was arguing with my husband- my husband got to close and the driver proceeded to punch him several times in the head - I saw what was going on from my kitchen window and ran out to stop it. The driver yelled he was going to call the police and left the property. My husband has a very black eye and scratches on his arms This was an unnecessary outcome and Amazon needs to screen their drivers better.

As a person who has licensed electricians putting in my lighting...I had to return ALL of the bootleg, non UL lights. They can't by law put them in. Apparently, Amazon has had numerous talks with officials and Amazon has turned deaf ears to legal, safety concerns ??

Amazon returns want to charge me, a disabled senior, more to pick up a return that was damaged or the wrong item/size was sent than the item cost in the first place. Im in a very rural area and there is no official *** store within a 40 minute drive for an able bodied person. The local mail store only accepts Amazon prepaid labels and not a QR code. Policy change and return cost without notification. Prime guarantees, not any more. Then they wanted me to pay to chat with a computer!! Calling only frustrating to the customer service reps because they have no viable answer even for prime members. Amazon is not the good reliable purchasing with a good customer service Avenue.

They sent me a used *** toy. The box was opened. The toy was shoved in crooked. The box was bent and best of all... it's covered with smears and fingerprints. I touched someone's used lube fingerprints. They sent me a used *** toy. A used *** toy. They offered me a refund and $5 on an Amazon gift card for my trouble. I touched some stranger's after masturation smeary fingerprints. A stranger that has the audacity to use a *** toy then mail it to a customer. Omg. Omg.

Amazon has really gone downhill in the past year or so. Ive had issues with 3 different orders in a month and a half. I have been a prime member for 4+ years and the 2 day shipping is definitely not happening! Theyve lost more of my packages than Ive received.
