      I AM STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY EVERDAY THEY TEXT ME THEY STATED I COULD HAVE A REFUND SAYING IT WILL ARRIVE THE NEXT.DAY..THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WEAK INCOMPETENT. I WANT MY 6 DAY LATE DELIVERY FREE BY THE WAY I AM A AMAZON PRIME MEMBER IN WHICH I ALWAYS HAVE BEEN GIVEN NEXT DAY DELIVERY UNTIL NOW. NO COMPALINT DEPARTMENT.....WORLD WIDE BUSINESS HAS NO COMPLAINT **** THIS IS 2022...HOW CAN YOU GET AWAY WITH BEHAVIOR?

      They don't refund when you don't get your oafer, just because it says it got delivered does not mean the customer got their oader.

      I ordered a sniper scope the scope was defective it had something inside the scope I could not remove Amazon would no replace it. I also bought a scope mount for a m1a1 rifle. I sent the item back by *** this was on September 2 2022. On September 3 2022 I received by email if they did not get the item back Amazon would charge me again. The items were picked up by *** and I have tracking numbers to prove it. Why is there no one zen that can speak English

      I could not sign into amazon due to 2 step verification process (I had a new phone number). I called to get help with updating new cell number. Spent hours on the phone and talked with more than one customer service rep. I was being switched from department to department. After several attempts, I was told that the number could not be changed. All I wanted was to access my account to access the kindle books that I had purchased and needed for a class. I was told to create a new account with same email and to call the ***************** once completed. The rep also sent the instructions on how to accomplish this. I followed all instructions. When I called back, the rep looked into my issue and after talking to a number of other reps, told me that I could not access the old info because of the creation of the new account. I explained what the rep from the previous day had instructed me on what to do and that I had evidence from the email that was sent with the instructions. The rep also asked who had instructed me to create another account and that she was in a department that could have changed the cell number which was my original question. I was told that ****** could reimburse me for so many books but the rep said that she received errors on her computer and to call back the following day. All I wanted was access to materials that I had purchased. I wrote a letter explaining all the details and no matter which email that I used to send my complaint, I received a return saying that the account did accept external emails. I called customer service to find the correct email and I never received one. The rep said that the complaint would be pushed farther up the chain. I asked how would I know if the complaint was received and he commented, I will make sure. I asked for management to email me for confirmation and he said that they would not. Since that time, I have had to re purchase the books. Being an educator, I know my complaint was most likely not filed.

      They make it impossible to change the phone number. I keep having to sign in and then it shoots me back out to the sign in page

      I ordered joint pills online for my mom and the third party sent the wrong item. After speaking to multiple reps, you all gave me different responses and it wasn't until I got mad that one of the reps said they would reimburse me and also have a replacement sent to me. The seller is saying I have to send the item back in order to get the product but my mom already threw it away and I'm not there. They received a photo showing it was the wrong item but refuse to send what I ordered. Your representatives have be so frustrating, rude and unprofessional. One dismissed my frustrations, another gave me a bogus email address to file a complaint and the most recent one, the manager I spoke to hung up on me. After I was hung up on I was banned from leaving a review about it because I tried and got a message saying "Amazon has noticed unusual reviewing activity on this product. Due to this activity, we have limited this product to verified purchase reviews."I am so annoyed by the customer service and need whoever is in charge to know about the service being provided.

      Amazon is a fraud company & very misleading when it comes to returning items or just not receiving items paid for! I created a baby registry because I was thinking it would be easy for me to return items and receive a credit in a timely time frame. Due to the return items, they confirmed I would be receiving a merchandise credit within 2-4 hours of the return date. At first, didn't think it was an issue because that is not long at all! one 24 hours passed of me returning the items I didn't see a credit on my account. I called customer service and they said I would have to wait 2 weeks from the date that was shipped out from **** when reading the return policy that was misleading information because it said 2/4 hours NOT 2 weeks from the date it got shipped out on. Once I got in contact with the customer service rep she confirmed if I didn't receive credit by Friday, 09/2/22, they would be able to manually issue me a refund for all the items I have returned! I called this morning per the registry customer service rep I spoke to earlier this week because it has been 2 weeks from the date I shipped the items back to Amazon from **** The registry Rep I spoke to said I would have to wait another week to receive credit and she wouldn't let me speak to her manager to escalate the issue! All the reps I spoke with during this entire process kept giving me false information and it was very misleading. all I wanted to do was order my baby car seat because I'm due any moment. I am a high-risk pregnancy patient and I can tell you how much creating and returning items from a baby registry has been stressing me out! If I would have known it would cause so many problems I would have never credited a registry with Amazon at all! I would have rather used Target, buy buy baby, or a store I am physically able to return items to rather than waiting to see if they ever refund me! I also ordered a mini refrigerator that confirmed delivery but I never received it & didn't get a refund.

      I placed a order with Amazon and never received it. I tried contacting them three times and never could get through. I finally got ahold of them the fourth time only to be told they could do anything for me. So now I havent received my order and lost the money I spent on it. I tried to leave a review on the product I ordered and it will not give me the option but will on every other thing I have ordered the past two years. Very poor on Amazons part.

      I've ordered an item from Amazon that was IN STOCK and said was sold and shipped by Amazon.com Services LLC. When I made my purchase, Amazon said it would be delivered by said date. Said date came and the item did not make it out to shipping. Got on Chat with an associate and the person told me that the item is in stock and will be delivered by the end of month, due to the facility being further than the destination its taking longer to fulfill. So I checked with other retailers and determined that if I ordered elsewhere, it would also be delivered by the end of month. Being a longtime Amazon customer, I kept my order. The day before delivery I checked on the item again, it still has not made it out to shipping. So I got on Chat again to find out what was the deal. Again, the associate told me not to worry, the item would be shipped and it is in stock. I asked if they guaranteed it and I received a solid YES and I took a screen shot of that. The day came and went, Amazon changed my delivery date to 68 days out.What is sad about Amazon is that it is too big to fail, maybe in the far future but not today. You don't order from them, you pay the price plus shipping. You order from them 95% of the time everything is fine. But when it comes to a situation like this, it is extremely poorly handled. Their customer service is sterile with no checks or balances from departments and facilities. I felt misled and lied to this time, but what can I do except order this item from elsewhere and continue to do my shopping with Amazon. Like I said too big to fail.
