1 starI have been an Amazon customer for many many years and over the years I have dealt with my share and maybe a few other people share of problems. Ive had items never show up, items late by multiple weeks Ive been scammed by third-party vendors and the customer service is awful they are not out to help the people that keep them in business they are in it to nickel and dime you for everything including returns now which is ridiculous. They want you to ship all items back in boxes, they dont ship items to you in boxes anymore though everything is shipped in plastic or paper bags which you cant return an item in so you now have to come out of pocket to buy shipping supplies for return. Since they feel to make the need everything as difficult as possible we are finally canceling our Amazon membership and will no longer be making any purchases in the future. Our family will shop Local Only from here out, making sure the money spent isnt going to some greedy multi billion dollar corporation. If they are cutting costs on shipping materials, what do they think us little people need to do? Greedy Corporations!Review fromCourtney S

1 starShop Skywalker sent wrong size was sent. We ordered a 7 and received a 7.5 (****). We returned the shoes immediately in perfect condition. I have the tracking for the shipping. A restocking fee of $476.00 was charged. The shoes cost $595 plus $43.14 in tax. Only $162.14 was returned. They will not return $476 now because they claim the shoes were damaged when returned which was not the case when they shipped.Review fromELIZABETH O

1 starScammers. I returned an item to them. After they received the item back in early July, They refunded my money. mind you, this was a large item (a bounce house with a blower and balls). So they sent *** to my business to pick up the item. It is now late August. They went back into my account on 8/25/22 and recharge my account for the item, as they claimed they never received the bounce house. Somehow, they received the ***** only which was in the same box as the bounce house and the blower. That is a big item to lose. They are either lying to me or the *** person stole the bounce house. Either way, I should not be punished for it. When I asked them for the phone number to the *** people and their warehouse where they receive return items, they could not give me any numbers. Both supervisors I spoke with were very rude. When I asked for their boss' name and number, neither was interested in giving me the name and number. No customer service whatsoever. I have been dealing with their c*** for so long and have spent a lot of money with them. Sometimes they claim an item is delivered when it is not. A lot of their items come in damaged. But this was the last straw. I closed my account with them.Review fromNelson C

2 starsMake sure you have the patience of an elephant when order something from Amazon.com, several time I ordered items that either are defective or mostly all the times out of the size ordered, this does applies not only to garments and shoes but tools and decorative items etc. Amazon, the market place, just give the opportunity to request refunds and exchange products, but the nightmare of the request and the wait for the solution of mistakes that companies they work with it is never addressed by Amazon neither its associates.Review fromTina O

1 starPoor customer service disrespectful representatives that hangs up phone in your face because they are paying attention to whats happening in the back ground just happened 5mins ago im a prime member and thats not good for me because im tired of fighting for my refunds....they say deliver the next day but you cant get until 3 days later...im an event planner that pay for better service than what im getting so not choo.....and stop discriminating against races by speaking racial remarks you think I didnt catch in your language 8/28/2022 Sad part its my Birthday and I want my refund on items I didnt receive!!!Review fromElizabeth T.

1 starIve been an Amazon Prime member for years. Amazon products overall are more expensive than those purchased through other retailers. Amazon Prime memberships are up 40% since I joined. Amazon Prime television and music dont justify higher membership fees, because the services are horrible. Recently, my husband found a product he wanted and asked me to order it through my prime account. When I did, we saw the product cost more with the prime membership than without. Apparently, Im paying for a prime membership only to receive expedited and sometimes free shipping. Not worth it.Review fromJeff O

1 starMy minor daughter received a gift card as a bday present nearly a year ago. The credit would not load to my account in order for her to use it. I reached out to Amazon no less than 5 times over the course of several months. No claims or promises to load the credit were satisfied or realized. Every time I reached out to Amazon (not the other way around) I had to go through the same time-consuming process, to no avail. Was even told the information given in all prior communication (ID, Codes, Gift Card numbers, etc.) was entered into notes during previous phone calls and online chat sessions, which was the reason I was asked to repeatedly give all of the same information time and again. A $40 gift card is a lot of $ and an exciting gift to a little girl. To Amazon, it is literally nothing. However, I wonder what this level of incompetence, this level of frustration and this level of dissatisfaction is worth to them? My guess; less than nothing.Review fromKimberly B

1 starI ordered a package from Amazon it was supposed to been here between the 23rd and the 25th I've contacted Amazon chat three or four times due to this problem that I've not got my package one was expected to they proceeded to blow smoke up my **** and told me that it's coming from ***** I must allow *************************************************************************************** that if they haven't reached out to me within 48 hours that I could call and ask for a refund well I may have an attempt today to get a refund and got nothing but more smoke I think it's ridiculous that you don't guarantee when you say something if you give somebody a date to deliver you expect to deliver it on that day or some type of communication as to why it's not been delivered but they can't give none of that I see on this site that many people have complained about packages delivery and not getting them at all and that's what it looks like it's going to happen to me it's upsetting because you know you can buy anything off of any site between Amazon because they're usually pretty good well it's a big thumbs down for me and I definitely will be doing my best to stay away from Amazon so if I was a way to choose no stars I sure as heck would definitely choose a no stars but I gave it oneReview fromWilliam F.

1 starI have been a long time customer of ********************** and it's audible partner site. About 5 weeks ago for no reason given both of my accounts were locked out. When I called the customer service number I get no answers and an given a statement that they must contact a different department but they can only do so by placing a ticket. So this happens the same way every time I've called. Then I get an email that they decided to close my account without reason. I called back and tried to ask to speak with this department that decided to close my accounts directly and not a single person supposedly has a direct contact in any form. The last customer service agent I spoke to was uncaring and very unhelpful. Due to this terrible customer service I lost my gift card on ********************** and around 22 books on audible and 4 credits I paid for that were unused. They didn't offer to pay me back nor did they give any options to fix my account. To say that the Amazon customer service system is broken would be an understatement. If anyone has gone through this and knows a way to fix it I would love to hear it.Review fromJason O

1 starI put in a big order and part of it came in and one item did not fit .. I ordered exactly what the store said order.. the crocks were 2 sizes to small.. I called and spent a hour on the phone with incompetent reps .. got **** up on 3 times and for the size order I put in I don't appreciate it one bit.. I want a size that fits!!!! I ordered the size ot said order and it was to small... called the corporate number and they are just as incompetent as the customer service..
