I've purchased some item from Amazon. I checked twice to make sure the food items I purchased had free shipping and handling. I was notified bye the credit card Co. That I was charged $118.00 for shipping by Amazon. I called and they constantly lied about the charges, because I went back to the site and it still say free shipping. How are they able to get away with fraud or false advertisements.

Amazon Prime and Whole Foods Items not purchased show up in "Your Past Purchases" I have never used the Amazon app to place an order for delivery or pick up at Whole Foods. Amazon Prime is used in-store only. I wanted to try it out and place an order. While looking through the Past Purchases section there are items that I did not or would not purchase. I called Whole Foods who referred me to Amazon who refer you back to Whole Foods. Whole Foods refers you back to Amazon which disconnected the call during the phone prompts. I just checked the section again and some of the items now show up as replacement suggestions. All I wanted to do was delete the items. The representatives were pleasant to speak to, but am surprised there isn't option to delete or question items in your prior purchase list.

Purchased several items that were marked as delivered, but I never received my packages. I had to go through several customer service agents for resolve, and the customer service was horrible. The experience makes me not want to shop with Amazon anymore, which is unfortunate.

Numerous times, my packages reported as "hand delivered" were not received. The most recent was an item ordered on 8/21/2022, reported as delivered on 8/22/2022 but not received. On 8/23/2022, a far away neighbor shoed up at my door with the missing package. He found it in a pile of randomly dumped Amazon packages (at least a dozen) in a nearby empty lot. He kindly collected them all and hand delivered them around our rural neighborhood where we are separated by acres and in some cases, miles. He took a photo of the pile of randomly dumped packages. I contacted Amazon to file a formal complaint. You cannot reach them in person. The live chat agent told me that he would have "someone in that department that handles those things" reach out to me within 3 minutes. That was over an hour ago. Amazon needs to be held accountable and/or hold their delivery drivers accountable, for this negligence, and for filing false reports of items being delivered that were actually dumped, nowhere near the intended address.

The buy and subscribe service discount is misleading after the first shipment. When reviewing the subscription for second shipment, there is a blurb on the right side of review order page that states add 3 items and receive up to a 15% discount. It doesnt say add 3 different items which is apparently their policy to receive ****************. The wording of their ad misleads customer to think they can increase the quantity of the item they ordered by 3 and receive the greater percentage off.

I will be looking elsewhere to get my products. Their delivery is abysmal. Waited all day for delivery, kept getting messages that it would still be here on that day, it wasn't until **** pm that the message finally changed to say the next day at 10pm! They are getting worse and worse. Certainly the increase in Prime is a rip off, service is worse than ever. I guess ******************* needs more space travel, I hope he goes up and stays there.

Prime is getting to be a waste of money, not as good as it used to be, products are not delivered on time as advertised, very hard and time consuming to contact customer service. Prices for the most part at Amazon are fair, on most things, but not all things. When you do get through to customer service they are helpful and polite. At this point I can only imagine Prime will continue to get worse and the price will continue increase.

I am tired of placing an order and then amazon waiting until the items ship to try to take the money and by that time the money is no longer there because it's been DAYS since the order was placed then they keep trying to take the money out and each time they do try they try to take it twice at the same time. Pretty much trying to take double what the order cost. If you ask me that is attempted theft. And the time they actually take double or my bank starts charging fees for each one is when I will contact a lawyer and law enforcement. It is complete bs.
