      I bought an inflatable paddle board through them, and it took a few weeks to use. It kept raining so our trips got pushed back for a while. When I finally got it out I lasted an hour before the fin snapped off. I wasnt being rough. I wasnt even standing on the thing. The water was calm and there were no rocks. I was told it would cost $30 to replace the fin (cause they refuse), or $40 to buy a box to send it back. They are full of apologies and manners, but no actual solutions. If the owner has enough money to joy ride into space cause hes sad, Im pretty sure scrimping on the cost of boxes isnt going to break the bank for them.

      I have shopped at Amazon for several years as I am home bound with limited income. Right now I have 7 SEVEN packages I havent received. One I ordered 8/2 & keep getting told to wait. It hasnt even been shipped & they refuse to give me a refund. First its every two days, now two weeks if they decide to return it. This is for Huggie Wipes! Six other packages delayed. On the other six, I used the Thursday delivery for all packages to come on same day. Thats when problem started on these other packages. My packages total &125. I dont have the money to go to other stores. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are ripping me off and probably others.

      I am frequent buyer and ordered huge order. 2 packages delivered at wrong address any one can compare from other package pictures clicked that its different but no resolution. Want me to file police report but I consider it as delivery error not a theft which Amazon should take responsibility but here I am wasting my time to get my refund/ replacement

      We bought a $311 wireless invisible cat fence for our yard from AMAZON. The kind where the cat wears a collar and if he goes out of boundary, the collar buzzes. We got it on August 10th 2022, opened it at 3:30 pm, immediately realized the collar was much too big for a cat, sealed the box shut, submitted the return to AMAZON and it was at the *** Store by 5:30 pm the same day. It is important to note the only item removed from the box was the collar. Which was promptly placed back in the box.Fast-forward....we get an email two days later from AMAZON that we didn't send the fence back, they threw away whatever we supposedly did send them and they aren't going to refund us the $311. They said if we did want a refund, to return the fence.AMAZON said if we wanted to appeal to reply to the email and they would respond within 72 hours. I responded and included all delivery receipts and the *** Store receipt, etc. Invited them to come search my house for this supposed missing fence. SIX DAYS LATER, I send a nudge email. They finally reply saying that they did in fact get the fence but it was now "used" and "in poor condition" and they weren't going to refund the $311. OH and they had to throw it away to protect the safety of their employees.They disregarded all further communication.What do we as consumers do? We'd spend more than $300 getting a lawyer. How are we supposed to get proof the item was "used" when they THREW IT AWAY? Why does AMAZON not have any burden to provide proof as to the supposed poor condition of the returned item? Are consumers just to trust the honesty of a multi billion company which has already been slapped on the wrists for deceitful practices and abhorrent treatment of their employees.We are very angry and want our refund.

      Shipping date scam. They trick you by saying you can receive items the same day or even the next day. Every time I do this fast shipping the package is delayed right after it says the item is 10 stops away. They try to blame Covid and that's just BS, how can it be 10 stops away and then delayed? What does that have to do with covid?So the sameday and next day is more like 2 days, I see no reason why anyone would need a membership.

      I have ordered and paid for a small size white *************************** hat on August 12/2022 at $28.50, with HST $32.21. It was the last item according to Amazon. I felt so lucky that I got it. I love the hat and anxiously waiting for the delivery. On August 18/2022, I received an email from Amazon saying that I have returned the item and refund is on the way. I was totally dumbfounded and thinking HOW CAN I SEND THE **** BACK WITHOUT EVEN RECEIVING IT!Initially, I thought may be the hat had run out of stock. So I search Amazon for the same hat again. To my surprise, the hat is still available but the price went up to $44.99 (before HST)! Then I realized what Amazon had done to me! I wrote a complaint in the customer review, and ********************** referred me to another website for the compliant. But the website is absolutely useless! I was so disgusted by Amazon's unethical business practice! I couldn't believe Amazon can go so low to cancel my order in order to grab a few more bucks!

      Have used Amazon for years, perhaps decades. Always satisfied until past year or so. First problem, I rarely get an invoice inside the box/package I receive; thus, if it isn't a product I ordered, I sometimes can't figure out which order my incorrect item is connected to. (This mostly happens if I place more than one order on a given day, which is sometimes the case.) Secondly, I've had food items packaged so poorly that they arrive crushed, broken, and in one case, actually missing from the product box BEFORE it was packaged for shipping. Maybe someone in shipping needed a light snack? While the company has provided great service in the past, its megalithic stature has resulted in loss of quality control. Amazon really needs to up its game with its definition of "service". I haven't seen much of that lately. Apparently, it's easier for them to issue a refund for missing/lost/stolen items than it is for them to get it right the first time. I live in a small community without much variety in services/choice/availability of products, and while I've taken some of my online shopping to other websites, Amazon still has the widest selection of items I usually purchase, **** it. I'd really appreciate it if the company would consider its definition of "customer service" and up its game in that area, instead of applying a bandage when things go wrong instead of fixing their problems to begin with!

      Amazon in **************************************** misleading advertisement about all bonuses. The *** says they will give you a $1,000 bonus if you work for Amazon for six months, this is false, A.G. has worked there for seven months & only got a $100.00 bonus after seven months of working for Amazon, After 7 months a $ 500 a promised bonus , not a cent given after A.G. working for 7 months at Amazon!Amazon said that working on Mondays was not manditory, but, started working A.G. extra Mondays, on top of a 40-hr. week! They *** also asked A.G. to work 11 a shift instead of a 10-hr. shift! ("slave labor!") this is way to long & hard on any worker! There have been many sexual harassment against A.G. at Amazon & no one was going to do anything until A.G. told them to watch the video proof of being sexually harassed by many men workers !Amazon doesn't let you use the restroom if you have to go potty, they will write u up as time off task& fraud! The management at Amazon in ************** don't have everything organized for the workers when they come in for their ************** it on the workers, & the management do not know how to solve problems , & are way to hard on the employees, & that's not a good way to keep happy, good, workers! 08-20-2022.

      I PURCHASED AN AW FOLDING ELECTRIC TREADMILL FROM 3RD PARTY SELLER THRU AMAZON: AW ***************** ********************************************************************************** NUMBER: XXX-XXX-XXXX LITERALLY THE SAME DAY IT ARRRIVED (AUGUST *******) I REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM THE ***** SOUNDED HORRIBLE AND A FEW SCREWS TO ATTACH THE MERCHANDISE WOULD NOT FIT THE ***** PROVIDED.THEY TOLD ME VIA ***** THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE TO RETURN MY $264.99 I PAID FOR THE ***** I WAS SO UPSET. I REACHED OUT TO AMAZON AND THEY TRIED TO CONTACT THE SELLER THEMSELVES. THE SELLER REPLIED ONCE AGAIN 2 DAYS LATER THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR THIS TREADMILL. AMAZON FILED A A TO Z GUARANTEE CLAIM. ABOUT 3 DAYS LATER THIS CLAIM TELL ME THE BELOW:I MUST PAY FULL SHIPPING FOR THIS **** TO RETURN I MUST INSURE THE **** AND THEN THE ***** FUTHER TELLS ME THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED STOCKING FEES ---MIND YOU I HAVE ALREADY PAID $264.99 FOR THIS AW INTERNATIONAL TREADMILL AND YET AMAZON AND THE SELLER ARE TELLING ME I NEED TO PAY OUT MORE MONEY. WHAT A SCAM, THE COMPANY WOULD NOT EVEN PAY FOR A RETURN AND THEN THE ***** STATES THAT I STILL WOULD NOT GET A REFUND SINCE THE **** WAS CONSIDERED USED BECAUSE I TRIED TO PUT IT TOGETHER!!!! FRAUD / BEWARE OF SELLER!!AMAZON LOST ME AS A PRIME MEMBER!! THIS WAS TRULY A LOST FINANCIALLY!!!THE ***** FAMILY IN GEORGIA!!

      Amazon has the absolute worst customer service. They are of no help whatsoever. They are rude and I am considering canceling my amazon prime membership. I will not continue to give a company with the worst customer service ever 1000's of dollars a year within memberships and purchases. Please please think twice before ordering from such a poorly managed company.
