1 starAmazons delivery service is horrible. Staff is disrespectful when I call to see where my orders are . Someone steals freight out the box and then recoup it . Packages are stolen of the porch do to not knocking on the door . Changing order numbers , Jeopardizing and, compromising private account numbers ,Last . Who said it was ok to drop my shipments off at the *********** when I pay to be a Prime member ? Lets get it together Amazon I am a paying customer and the customer is always right. 1 starAmazon **************** is not only a complete joke, it doesn't even exist. My account was locked and I cannot get it unlocked. No explanation was given for this action. When you call ****************, they must complete "a form" and forward it to an Account Specialist for review. They claim that they will respond within 1 - 3 business days. NOTHING AFTER A WEEK. I called again and worked my way to a Supervisor, who said the same thing. My ***** devices are disabled, I cannot access Prime for purchases, returns or Prime TV. I thought that Amazon was the best of the best.......it is actually the worst of the worst!!!!!!Review fromLydia P

1 starI am beyond disgusted with Amazon. I have had an extreme amount of problems lately. I have been lied to repeatedly by both entry level agents and supervisors. I have had entry level agents insult me and refuse to escalate me despite repeated requests to do so. I have had my packages broken and damaged, or not at all delivered and marked 'undeliverable', or go missing, and fighting for a refund is like pulling teeth out of dozens of people. I am disgusted and angry with the way this company is conducting itself, though it made me laugh hard to find that they have a **** star rating with the BBB. It's what they deserve, given that there's ******* start option. Most recently, they broke a large piece of exercise equipment and wouldn't deliver it because of its damage, refused to issue a replacement, and I still haven't gotten a refund though I haven't even received the equipment. A representative named ****** was SO RUDE IT WAS INCREDIBLE, and I hope to God he loses his job, all while refusing to escalate my concern at all.Review fromTracy C

1 starThis is the second time this company has told me that something had shipped over a month ago, and I never received it all the while they charged my account. The tracking numbers even stop with them shipping it...no other destinations. When you go to try to get a hold of someone or through the website, they make your experience as miserable as possible, if you are lucky enough to get through. 1 starIm so disappointed with supervisor for Amazon customer service, for over a month , Ive been waiting for my shipping cost refund of $212.91, that customer service guaranteed to pay me back after shipping it and explained that 3rd seller didnt provide a prepaid label . I sent them the email of their customer service that I dont need to worry about my shipping refund however all I received after several ph calls is SORRY of having received wrong information from their customer service. They dont want to be accountable of what wrong information they told me , THEY cant pay me back my shipping cost of $212.91. No respect at all of customers money ! 1 starI rec'd (2) $25.00 Amazon gift cards for my June 16th birthday. In July I decided to load the cards on my Amazon account. Each cards showed on the screen showing a $50.00 balance. Since that made me believe the cards posted I tossed them. August 7, 2022 I went online to make a purchase and my gift card balance now showed $0.00. I spent 1 hour on the phone explaining the situation and getting upset, I asked the phone gal to talk to a Supervisor since I was tired on repeating. At that point she hung up and I had to call back. Asking for a Supervisor upfront I got nowhere. Anther 45 minutes on the phone said there was nothing that could be done. No I'm MAD. I'm not a scammer! I even said I'd close my account and that didn't mean anything. I know Amazon is a large company and I'm only one in a billion. But I felt my word should have been enough. The 2 parties who bought the cards paid with cash so they couldn't help me either and they felt bad that I was out the gifts.Review fromFelisia G.

1 starLearning that it is Impossible for this company to issue refunds, whether ship and sold by Amazon or another seller. It shows refunded on their website, but it never appears back into bank account. When ask bank attendant, they never see a pending refund or any refund from Amazon. I have not been issued a refund on an item I purchased on May 14, which Amazon shows it was refunded back into bank acct on June 10 and it never was. I recently purchased a bottle of vitamins and the expiration date on bottle is 02/18. I couldn't return vitamins when I clicked on the return button, so i called. The Amazon rep was very nice, she told me the item could not be returned but they would issue a refund. Once again, it shows refunded on August 1, but no refund has been issued back into bank account.Review fromLiz B

1 starI used my cashback rewards from two credit cards to purchase 2 separate items on Amazon last month. I had to pay approximately $5 after the cashback rewards were deducted. The items did not meet expectations so I returned both to Amazon for a refund. I realized I was only refunded $5 and my cashback rewards were not returned to my credit cards. I contacted Amazon customer service who confirmed **********************'s policy to NOT refund cashback rewards and I was also advised to not use cashback rewards on future Amazon purchases in the event I have to return the items. I think this is theft and Amazon should be returning customers' cashback rewards not dictate whether it's refunded or not - it belongs to the customer.Review fromKendra B

1 starBeware of Amazon Online Wholesale Pallet that was provided through Evagle. This a COMPLETE SCAM! All of the reviews and everything associated with them, is a SCAM! I am so hurt that I referred people to what I thought was a legitimate offer only to have lost their money as well.I should have known this was a scam due to the previous prime day reviews but for EVERYONE I referred to receive the same thing... Ridiculous. 1 starI have had the Prime membership for some time now. Instead of contacting me when they were unable to use the card that I have designated for those monthly payments, they decided to randomly go down the line and start charging multiple cards that had been used on my account for purchases in the past. This resulted in them charging a card I used ONCE on their site for the purchase of an adapter piece for my laptop and throwing the account into overdraft. That wasn't the only one they tried but I normally keep my cards locked. When I realized they had attempted to charge 3 cards and overdrafted my account, I spoke with customer service and was told how I need to COOPERATE with her as if she was law enforcement. This statement was made after she gave the unacceptable reason for them charging multiple cards for something I didn't give them permission to do and I told her that was not a valid reason to just go down the line charging any card a customer used in the past. She wanted to talk over me and when I pointed that out, that's when I was told I'm going to have to cooperate. Like, seriously?!? What kind of customer service is this company providing? I asked for a supervisor at that point and was refused the opportunity to speak with one! I stated how unhappy I was and that I'd complain on the BBB and anywhere else that I can be heard if she didn't get her supervisor on the line. Her response was "Okay, was there anything else I could assist you with today?" I immediately disconnected because I was too furious to continue listening to her smug, disrespectful voice. Amazon Prime is a monthly prepaid service. There is no contract. Why is it even legal for these companies to charge cards without permission and then talk to customers as if they have no right to ask why their card was charged? They have definitely ruined their relationship with me.
