      I placed an order for a large dog kennel and I found there was a crack . The return was dropped off and delivered to return center 5 days later. A week later, the return wasn't showing, I was told the retuen was canceled after you had it & to wait 30 days but there was no return to process it against. Multiple Amazon associates advised that the refund could be processed once the 30 days has passed. After waiting 30 days I was told to file an incident report for review. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled that Amazon has not only taken possession of the return but kept my money. Less than 2 weeks after Amazon received my return, they confirmed they saw the return received. There is nowhere that states that once Amazon fails to check in and refund a return that was received that I'm obligated to provide an incident report and take additional steps to prove I returned it. I used the return label that your company provided, and was forced to fill out an incident report in a specific format with information you'd validate against what's in the system so why am I doing your job for you? I haven't experienced issues in the past but this was very eye-opening as to how Amazon treats its customers. You've absolutely lost a customer.

      Items often arrive damaged due to lack of proper packaging. I have had to return 4 damaged orders this month and still have not received a refund. The customer service is appalling and clearly not based in this country, Returns often go "missing" and I was told I have to wait a month to file a claim.

      I returned the item on July 23. Its been more than two weeks. I have talked with Amazon chat agent named ****** He took more than five minutes to reply. His response was repeated about 7 days refund policy. I clarified that it has been more than two weeks for that refund. He said he will send emails and transfer me to different department for this issue. Then he ended the chat. I never got either one. I was surprisingly disappointed with that attitude.

      Getting a call 5 times in (1 hour) from Amazon about purchasing a Phone 11 for $999.99 when you contact them about stopping it they want you to log on to all access Web site and give them control of you computer DON'T, DON"T, DON'T this may very well be a SCAM to hold you hostage!

      I ordered a product that I didnt want with in 24 hours and they changed me anyway, I cancelled the same day and they still charged my account and wouldnt let me cancel, I want my refund and I dont want the product.

      I have experienced so many issues with my online account! Money has been stolen from my online account, from my gift card amount from returns or money I have reloaded myself. When I try to get help through chat, I usually end up with more issues than solutions. I will tell them exactly the issue I am having only to have them come back with a response that is not relevant to my issue. Like they are not even listening. I'm told that the problem will be fixed and then it is not. Sometimes they are able to fix the issue and sometimes I am just ignored!! I do not receive emails that show refunded in the invoice but not refunded in the order. So, in the order section, the item still shows as on the way back to Amazon. How is something refunded, no email sent to let me know and then still show open in my orders? Yesterday, I had a lot of money just taken from my online account that was in my gift card amount!! I tried talking to someone through chat and they informed me that I would hear from someone in 72 hours. I asked them to send me an email reg. the chat and they said they could not. I tried to find out how to report it in my account and it took me through the process only to tell me that I needed to talk to someone through Chat!! This is far from the first time this has happened. It's just the most recent.

      Prime Days is a scam! Every company could have great deals on their prime days but then fail to fulfill the orders and provide no customer support after.

      **************** is slipping lately. Seller provided a counterfeit item via US shipping and wanted me to pay out of my own pocket to ship all the way back to *****! The absurdity! Then Amazon support was even less helpful and took them 45+ minutes to eventually say nothing we can do. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card,

      An amazon delivery driver showed up with several very large boxes, we told him that we were refusing delivery. The driver was extremely rude and refused to take them back. Instead he just dropped them in the middle of everything and ran off. When I tried to talk to him he almost ran me over with his van while speeding away. Amazon need to train their drivers, and needs to discipline this unacceptable behavior.
