      So Amazon cant control the sellers on their website-that I understand but when Amazon is sending you an email they should honor that email. I did an invitation request to get invited to purchase a *** (limited availability). This I understand but when you get an email that says you have 72 hours to purchase but less than 10 hours later I cant make the purchase because they gave it to someone else, is just wrong. Amazon has standards to uphold and if the seller cant comply with these terms than Amazon needs to use better terminology. And dont get me started on the their customer service both chat and phone, I had to repeat my issues more than twice and I was still getting questions that I already gave the answer to. My questions were being ignored and instead they would give me answers to questions I never asked (this also happened with their Supervisor. Are they not training for communication skills or sensitivity for when an irate customer reaches out! Beyond disappointed!

      On august 2022 I placed a order to Amazon payment went through and everything just to find out my packages were delivered to the wrong address after going to that address a man with his mom came to the door saying they had not seen any package they looked in the mailbox which was just an open box to find nothing there I phoned Amazon for the mistake only for them to say wait 48hours ok I waited just to phone them back for Amazon to say I get no refund or my packages Ill never use them again then sometime in the past they send wrong item because of their false advertising or third party vendor its humiliating one way or the other Ill get mines

      We purchased a portable basketball hoop on June 15 2022 from Amazon along with the assembly and after several delays the item was delivered on July 20th. However the assembly was also delayed until August 4th. The assembly needed 2 people however on August 4th one guy shows up. He unpacks the boxes and tries to put the item together after MAYBE FIFTEEN MINUTES of an assembly attempt he tells my wife that this is a two person job and they will need to reschedule. He leaves all the items on the ground that he unpacked. A couple of hours later a strong storm comes through and blows all of these unpacked items all over the place. Now not only do our kids not have a basketball hoop to play with all summer when we call Amazon to try and get this situation resolved we end up getting disconnected (hung up on) over and over again. I could not imagine worse customer service. I will try and put this account on as many platforms as possible so hopefully someone can avoid this nightmare that our family has experienced. There is no customer service being offered here.

      I used to brag on how great the customer service was, but somewhere along the lines the customer service department stopped caring and just recite their scripting with no intention of resolving the issue. In the past 4 weeks alone I have had 3 lost packages, and two delivered to the wrong address. One, thank goodness, they took a picture so I was able to find it two buildings over. This particular instance involved a package full of items I ordered on Prime day, a discount day I ultimately already paid for with my membership. They lost the package. When I called in they replaced all items except two echo dots I got on sale. So:1. The first rep(5 total) tried to refund me and told me to reorder it. Being it was bought on sale I instisted on it being replaced. So he quotes me a 3 and 1/2 week turn around. It was unacceptable and all he had to say was, "I understand your frustration". So I asked to see if I can get it expadited and to do so he had to transfer me, and ended up hanging up.2. Called back and was told the same thing, so I hung up with him with the expectation I was waiting 3 weeks and was told someone would call me when it goes out. No call 3. They mail them **** to my mailbox. Of course, 2 dots are not going to fit into a mailbox. So it is returned.4. I try to chat with someone and get disconnected, then when I call back I speak with ***, who once again gives me the runaround, and tells me...it looks like they tried to refund..like that was a solution. I insist he get me to a supervisor, and NOT transfer me.5. Supervisor gets on and seems to go above and beyond and tells me she is calling **** for me on the other line to get them shipped to my door. I am assured it would be there the next day. NOTHING in 2 days.It's pretty awful when you spend as much as I have with them and get treated like it makes no difference. Can't cancel what I already paid for.Amazon has gone downhill. Going to start shopping with *****

      ***BEWARE***Customer service has gone downhill tremendously over the years to the point I no longer feel comfortable buying from them. As an exclusive online shore, Amazon needs to be willing to take that higher chance of returns due to not seeing the item, misleading information, wrong item(s) getting sent, etc.. Which does happen often. When I returned the last item they said could take up to two weeks I called after two weeks they said have to wait 30 days, waited 32 days and now they said I have to fill out an incident report. There is definitely a language disconnect in customer service. I could never get a hold of anyone domestically even when requested

      I hope there's a "0" star option to rate amazon and their customer service!! **********************'s customer service team is a nightmare!!I'm a prime member and bought an Apple Watch Series 7 [GPS 45mm] as a birthday gift on prime day, 07/13. The birthday party was scheduled for the end of July, so I have enough time to prepare for it. The original delivery date is 07/18-07/20, which is reasonable, cause I understand that amazon needs to process tons of orders during that time, I'm ok with a little bit delivery delay. However, since that, amazon postponed my delivery date three times, 07/25, 07/30, and now 08/12, without any explanation! I contacted customer service to check my order status, but they never feedback with any useful info, only repeating "based on the system's information, your next expected delivery date is 08/12". One of the customer service reps even told me that there's a problem with my address, that's why they cannot deliver my order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? All of my online orders from amazon can be delivered, now you told me my address has a problem????? Does it make any sense??????? Did you ever use your brain to think about it????? DO NOT perfunctory your customer OK???? WE ARE NOT FOOL!!!!!!! If you're short of inventory, just tell me the truth!!!!! But I don't think short of inventory is the real reason, a lot of people who placed orders later than me have already received the order!!!!!!! SO, AMAZON, SHAME ON YOU!!!!! PLEASE EXPLAIN!!!!!DISGUSTING!!!!!

      I bought a item for $14.13 It was in my paid orders. When I went to use it they said the payment was declined. I was never told me this or I would of reordered it. I had the paid invoice and it was in my paid orders. I wasn't charged for it but they never told me even though they said they sent me a letter. So now the Nortons is $64.99 and all I was suppose to pay was $14.13 on a special. After chatting for 2 hours she said all they can do is give me a $10 gift card to put toward a new one. They never did. They sent me a invoice saying I have to pay this or they will cancel the order. This letter was suppose to be sent to me 6/23 and never was. I'm so upset with their lies. I'm a senior and was very happy with the special now they won't honor it for that price.

      I am retired disabled 67 yrs old on a small income on ss every month. taking money from poor people , and lying calling it a free trial but taking money from my account 2 times without my permission is a crime,you should be ashamed of yourself Amazon free trial but it's really a scam. its just a matter of time before you caught and jailed. money taken from my bank account without permission is a crime period.

      I'm a player of their game called Lost Ark. I have reported them performance issues with the game and explained them that my computer, being a high end gaming laptop it's not possible that the game doesn't run below 60 *** like on so may AAA games I've player on this laptop with the highest graphics quality possible.I was expecting from Amazon games to at least:1- A Public Apology for the terrible assistance I have received from your agents who has ignored this issue, saying that theiy will escalate the case and never reply back with a solution.2- At least double check with Seagate what may be causing the *** drops during gameplay, optimize the game and fix it.3- A compensantion to my account due to the terrible experience I'm having while playing the game.

      Beware of what you purchase during Amazon Prime days! Amazon sold me a defective product and won't replace the product with a new one. I bought an iRobot Roomba and Brava in a package deal during Amazon Prime days. I received the order and after only two weeks, the Roomba stopped working. I called iRobot customer support and was told the item needed to be replaced and that Amazon should replace it. When I contacted Amazon customer support they said they would not replace it but I could return the product and get my money back and buy a new one for the regular price. I paid $499 for the Roomba. A new one at the regular price is $749. So for an additional $250 I can get one that works. What a rip off!
