      This is an email I received from an Amazon employee who told me she got up 5:30am to assist me and that her husband was sleeping in the bed next to her while she was on the phone with me:Dated July 31, 2022:Dear ....You have every right to be upset about your order but you have no rights to interfere in my personal space and talk s*** about my life. I was helping you out with your order. I even got the supervisor on the call but then he disconnected as I was connected to you and you were explaining the situatiuon of your order over and over again.However, sending threatening, abusive, or obscene communications violates our Conditions of Use, which you can view here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=****************.       Amazon is not fulfilling a order I placed in June. It was supposed to arrive on July 28th, now they are saying it will arrive in the middle of august. These are cleats for my son. I called customer service and they were not able to help fix the issue. I am very disappointed with their service. They sent me. Email saying that my conversation was inappropriate but nothing inappropriate was said. Im very unhappy customer!!

      Had an order that show delivered, but I could not find it. It showed it was handed directly to a resident. Come to find out the delivery driver just threw it on the hood of my car I may not have the nicest newest car but I still dont appreciate people putting stuff on it potentially causing scratches, let alone saying it was handed directly to a resident when clearly it wasnt. I got my package so not a huge deal, but it would be nice if this didnt happen and the driver took the few extra steps to set it on the front porch so it wouldnt be as advertised to people driving by. Also, I found no way to file a complaint to prevent this driver continuing to do this.

      I purchased, so I thought return pallets via Amazon through 3rd parties. Only to find out the 1st time, was a scam from *****. I said ok. just a 1st time thing. I ordered a 2nd and 3rd time only to find out that these were scammers too! Amazon should have completely banned these seller from even selling on their website.

      Over the past month, I have repeatedly filtered my searches for "arrives overnight" or "arrive by tomorrow" because I was willing to pay for a more expensive item to get it quickly. In this case, it was a surgical recovery suit for my dog who was neutered and is becoming severely agitated by his cone. The item did not arrive the day it was promised, and the resolution offered by amazon is to cancel the order, which does not resolve the deceptive marketing practice. I can cancel the order, order a different product, but I still don't have the item that I needed. They are never going to care about an individual experience, but I sincerely doubt that this is an isolated incident, and until the BBB and States Attorney Generals become involved, their deceptive practices will continue.

      Zero accountability. As soon as you spend money with them their priorities stop. They will remind you everyday where you left off LOOKING on their website but offer no resolution to late packages. Was told if my package didn't arrive by a certain day I could get a full refund. It didn't come and I wanted said refund but Amazon said that I need to wait 2 more days and if it didn't come by then I could get a full refund. 2 more days went by, no tracking info no nothing and I still can't get a refund it just says to wait longer......... Something ain't right!

      Amazon has charged my bank account $15.89 for 2 months in a row for an account that I don't have. I contacted customer service, and they have put me through so much just to get my money refunded back to my account. The 1st time the rep finally refunded some of my money - NOT ALL OF WHAT THEY PROMISED ME!!! The 2nd time I reached out to them, they switched reps on me in the middle of the conversation, and I got nowhere. The 1st rep said they saw the charge. The 2nd rep said they didn't see anything at first and then he found the charge but couldn't give me any information about it. WHAT THE HELL!!!! They have no problem charging my account but can't give me information about it? What kind of sense does that make?!?!?!? I'm sick of being inconvenienced by Amazon. They have caused me overdraft fees! They have lied to me over and over again about the draft from my account which HELLO I have proof of! I see Amazon in a whole new light now!!!

      Amazon employees INTENTIONALLY DAMAGE ORDERS!!!!!!! There have been countless where I have received deliveries from Amazon Fresh/Whole Foods with products damaged. Ive received potato chip bags that somehow got grease on the paper bags but yet they were closed. Ive received products on several occasions that have odd odors on the packaging which makes no sense. Needless to say Ive received countless boxed items with the boxes crushed, ripped and very damaged. The only reason I have continued to order through Amazon is because of the convenience since Im not fully able to going shopping for myself. Ive reached out to Amazon multiple times about the damage to my orders, sometimes Ive received refunds, but now they respond to me as if Im lying even when I send them proof, then they dont respond. **************** tells me to not worry and the next order wont be the same. Its funny how in the ******* but the customer service is in *****, hmmm??????
