1 starOn 7/27/2022 amazon had closed my account because their "records" show that they "previously closed an account of yours for violating the terms of our Conditions of Use agreement. When we close your account for violating the terms of an agreement, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders on our site." I responded back to them saying that I did not violate any terms of services and that I did not own any other account. This is ridiculous because I had bought 1 year worth of amazon prime and they suddenly close my account when I had done nothing wrong but buy products on their website. I kept replying back to their "account specialist" that they have made a mistake, but they assured me that they were correct and they would not be reversing their decision of closing my account. I had recently even order thousands of dollars worth of items on their website and I had rightfully paid for them. This just doesn't make any sense and when I try to find out the "other accounts" I apparently have because they "thoroughly" looked into it, they wouldn't list the accounts that they found have violated the terms of service. How are you going to not share the information of other amazon accounts that they apparently think that are connected to my amazon account? I keep arguing back with the specialist and they are no help at all because they keep replying back to me with the same email saying that "another account of yours has violated the terms of agreement."Review fromWilliam S

1 starDon't ever order with Amazon and then try to cancel something a couple hours later. They play with your money and tell you that they can't cancel it even though it's still sitting in the warehouse. They make you either send it back take it to one of their things or refuse the delivery which makes you take more time to cancel something and just get your money back for something that was only ordered a couple hours ago. Their policies are not customer service based their policies are solely there to line ******************* pockets they do not care about their customers and they only are there to take your money and make it difficult for you to return anything. I don't even want to give them one star because even though they're one rep was nice all their policies are geared to keep their pockets lined instead of customer service and keeping the customer happy. They might happily issue you a $10 promotional credit to continue to spend money with their company if it's sold and fulfilled by Amazon but they can't give you back your money because the item is still sitting in the warehouse they have to wait till it's delivered and spend all your extra time trying to get your money back for something that you canceled within 2 hours of ordering because it was the wrong product.ZERO STARSReview fromSalene K

1 starI ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered the same day. The map in the app shows me Im the next stop then screen goes away. I called and called Amazon they kept saying it was deylayed, how if I was just the next stop! Then they kept telling me it would be delivered at 8pm at 10pm and I never got it! Called the next day and they canceled my order and they couldnt send out a refund!!! This is bad business I paid for same day shipping not next day, not two days later!!!! I see the truck in my neighborhood everyday and as a customer a this was unacceptable!Review fromClarissa N

1 starI am so tired of not getting my packages and the pictures the take are not of my porch, this is the third time and now they wont refund or reship there calling me a liar saying GPS shows it was delivered both deliveries and the pics were not close to being my porch. I had to go look for my granddaughters . i even gave delivery directions... maybe a IQ test is needed for delivery driversReview fromJess B

1 starI gave them a 1 but I want to give them a 0 at this point Amazon has become a scam you pay for prime but dont get the packages until days later Ive had them so call deliver packages but all of sudden the package gone Ive ordered stuff never received them and get promised I wont have to pay when they come then I see an invoice my favorite is when they being lazy or backed up and will change your package from arriving today to the customer has rescheduled and you have never called to do that such liars another I can go on and out with receipts about Amazon if you really want to find scammers go to Amazon and start with the primeReview fromNadia R

1 starBought a pool cleaner a year ago, took it out for pool season and it is not charging. Tried to contact the seller because it was under warranty, I was unable to reach them. Contacted Amazon to let them know of the issues, they reach out to the seller and was also unable to get ahold of them. Customer service keeps telling me that they are going to file a A-Z claim and someone should get back to me. For the last 2 months I have been calling to check and each rep is saying the person before didnt file the claim although I have emails saying they did. Now after they first said the claim wasnt filed, all of a sudden the claim is denied. They have to escalate it to another investigation department. They should not allow vendors to sell on their site if they dont properly vet them. A pool vacuum is not cheap. It might just be time to close this Amazon prime account.Review fromGail E.

1 starWe own property that has approx 18 homes, time and time again I have called and called **** Amazon, Federal Express. Last year they ran over my grandson's dog and killed it. The speed is posted and they pay no attention to it at all. I have children playing and it will pe to late when one of them is hit. You call and get someone you can bearly understand and they promise someone will get in touch and never do. This is awful furstrating. I have asked one woman just last week to please slow down. She was super nice and took right off after talking to me as if I had never spoke. What do you suggest. We are going to have to put speed bumps every 50 feet if they wont slow down. But we have had them hit the ones we have so fast it sounds like the whole truck files apart. Any help would be appreciated.Review fromErika G.

1 starMy account was closed due misuse! This company takes no responsibility for their drivers stealing packages, delivering to the wrong address, their reps lying on their customers or not understanding the customers problem. I ordered graduation decorations for my son in May and something was missing. I contacted them at 3am because I was decorating and noticed something was missing. I contacted them through a chat and the rep insisted on telling me it was packaged with everything else and I told her my box was empty and nothing else was there. I never asked for a refund, all I wanted to know was where it was and when I was going to receive it. Next thing I know is my account was closed due to misuse! Ive spent thousands of dollars with this company and because the rep was having a bad day they stand behind the account closure. The issue is my graduation decoration showed up 5 days later so I was correct when I said I didnt get it and they arent taking responsibility for their actions and have not reopened my account. Ive been a customer for over 20 years and this is how Im being treated when their rep lied??? This is wrong and its ridiculous!!!
