1 starApplied for an Amazon Prime Rewards card with an 800 credit score for the extra $200 promotional reward. Did not receive the $200 promotional reward, had a conversation with customer support and the supervisor assured me I would have the $200 added to my account through a different team, in writing. The other team denied to add the amount to my account. Billion dollar company making fraudulent promotions without repercussions, absolutely ridiculous.Review fromAndrew U

1 starAmazon fails at shipping and following basic instructions. I requested all packages put inside a gate , when they do this no issue but anaconda uses others that fail and drivers that **** so now Im being told items delivered are here when they are not . Amazon fails . They scam you and pot blame on there bad drivers . I closed my account over this . I suggest not using them as they are horrible . They refuse to help and ***** you .Review fromElena A

1 starI placed an order with two items with free shipping. When it didn't arrive at the expected time, I checked my order online. It indicated that it was undeliverable and being returned to amazon warehouse. It took 2-4 days with several calls and people to tell me why it was undeliverable. Finally, one said the package was damaged and couldn't be delivered. It was in transit returning to Amazon warehouse. I received no communication about this to alert me. I had to beg to please send a replacement for that order. It took 1 hour on the phone for them to agree to send a replacement order prior to the return of the other. As if I was the one returning the items. Longer story short, 3-4 weeks later I received an email stating they received my return. I was charged $5 for return shipping. And now, of course all systems are down due to their overload of the Prime days sales. I can't call or chat or email about the error. And this is only one of the many unfair occurrences. Wow. 1 starAmazon will not allow negative reviews of sellers, even when it has nothing to do with the fulfillment process and has everything to with the item purchased from the seller. Items continue to arrive much later than initially promised. Counterfeit goods are becoming more and more popular on the platform and Amazon is doing their best to cover up the incidents. Service prices are increasing while quality is plummeting.Review fromMaria P

1 starI purchased a coffee machine from amazon and it was originally sent to the wrong address. I called amazon to fix the issue. **************** cancelled the order, refunded the order toward a gift card, then proceeded to order the machine for the correct address. I was told I would receive the machine in two days, fast forward a week later and I still had no machine. The order was lost in transit. I called the customer service again. The lady on the line told me that the order would not process as 'lost in transit' until 9pm and that I needed to call after 9pm. I called after 9pm, another lady told me it would not process until 3am and that I needed to call the next day. The next day rolls around, I call for a refund. The gentleman on the line told me that the refund call lines were busy and that he would have someone call me. No one called. I received an email an hour later that I was being refunded on a gift card when I originally purchased using my debit card. I called Amazon customer service again. Another gentleman answered the phone and I told him everything. He told me that all he can do is give me a gift card. I told him I did not want a gift card. He said "I can only give you a gift card, goodbye and have a good day." I attempted to respond and he hung up on me. I called back. Another lady answered and I told her everything, she said "I need to transfer you because I am just a lovely lady that cannot help you", I told her I do not want to be transferred to the refund department because they just hung up on me. She said I cannot do anything I am transferring you, I asked "where to?" She said I cannot disclose that information, and then transferred me. Surprise, surprise the next person she transfer me to said I cannot do anything and I am stuck with a gift card that I do not want. 1 starI ORDERED A BRAND NEW LAPTOP COMPUTER FOR $619.00, WITH THE DELIVERY SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, JULY 23, 2022. KNOWING THAT AMAZON SOMETIMES DELEIVERS EARLIER THAN STATED, I LEFT A BIG ONE FOOT SIGN WITH BIG LETTERS ON MY ***** DOOR, TO PLEASE LEAVE BOX UNDER BREEZEWAY, NEXT TO THE GARAGE, SO IT WOULDN'T GET STOLEN OR RAINED ON. SO HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED, I SEE ON MY COMPUTER THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. I OPEN MY ***** DOOR, FIGURING AT THE VERY LEAST, THE DRIVER WOULD HAVE LEFT IT ON MY ***** STOOP, BUT THIS **** AMAZON ***, LEFT THE $619.00 COMPUTER, INSIDE MY ***** DRIVEWAY GATE. IT COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY STOLEN BY ANYONE WALKING BY. HE DUMPED IT THERE, ON PURPOSE, SINCE HE COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO WALK UP TO THE ***** STEPS.... AND THEN TO SEE AND READ THE ***** EVERYTHING I DID TO MAKE THIS DELIVERY SMOOTH AND SAFE WAS ALL JUST A BIG EXERCISE IN FUTILITY. THEN NOT ONLY DID THE **** *** DRIVER, NOT REALLY DELIVER THE PACKAGE, HE LIED ON THE DELIVERY. THE WEB****, SAYS "DELIVERED TODAY - YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. IT WAS HANDED DIRECTLY TO THE RESIDENT." ???????????????????????????????? REALLY? WHAT A BUNCH OF HOOEY. THEN YOU GO TO THE **** AND THERE IS REALLY NO EASY WAY TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT TO THEM, EVERYTRHINHG HAS A CANNED ANSWER AND REMEDIES. MY REFLECTIONS NOW ABOUT AMAZON. NOT ONLY IS THEIR AMAZON CREDIT CARD, LACKING ANY REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PACKED WITH ADD ON FEES, YOU HAVE TO CALL AND REMOVE, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WOEFULLY INADEQUATE AND UNACCEPTABLE, SINCE IT IS THE CUSTOMERS WHO REALLY SUFFER. BUT THEN AGAIN, THEY KNOW THAT, BUT SINCE THEY ARE A GIGANTIC COMPANY, THEY DO WHATEVER THE **** THEY PLEASE. BIGGER ISN'T ALWAYS BETTER, AS IS QUITE OBVIOUS WITH THIS GIGANTIC COMPANY. 1 starHad a continuous delivery issue where carrier (Amazon *******) drivers message a delivery but never arrived. No confirming screenshot either lately. Amazon customer service lately uncooperative, denying either replacement, refund or contacting carrier to rectify delivery issues. Told me I would have to find them and contact myself. Very poor customer service . Supply chain and lots of deliveries aside, one should expect a paid for package to arrive. Thank you.Review fromJuheme G

1 starThey never deliver things on time I waited 2 weeks for my item. And I called to ask for a credit when they missed not one but two deliveries set by them. And pushed my delivery back another 5 days. But offered me nothing. Guess Ill cancel my prime membership and stop buying from them. Spoke to 2 reps in chat and both offered me $10 credit but never received and spoke to someone in the heavy item department at customer. And he offered nothing and was rude as well.Review fromPhi D

2 starsI was advised on a delivery that if the item did not arrive on a scheduled date that I could cancel and get a refund.On the day after and item still hasn't arrived, it allowed me to cancel; however, they advised if the item was delivered after the cancellation to deliver it back to them, which means I would have to go out of my way to bring it back and pay for the fees associated on bringing it back.I asked if I'm able to keep it to get a comp for the inconvenience and my question was never answered.The bot answering my question is automated so it doesn't know how to customize the response. A bit unsatisfied with this transaction.
