      DO NOT USE BROWN PAPER TICKETS FOR ONLINE TICKET SALES. You will not get your money from the event. Brown Paper Tickets collected funds for our nonprofit benefit concert on March 18, 2023. Today is May 21, 2023 and we have not received our funds yet. After many emails and phone calls, there is not a way to talk to a human at Brown Paper Tickets. The emails generate an auto-response with no helpful information. We are a free health clinic offering health and dental services to the uninsured. The funds from the benefit concert go directly to helping our patients. The owners of this company should be ashamed.

      I have been using BPT for purchasing tickets and I didnt have any problems at all. The platform is user-friendly and provides comprehensive information about various events and concerts.

      I used Brown Paper Tickets to sell and collect funds for two events. They have not paid me the ticket sale funds or the state sales tax they collected. I have contacted them, and they will not respond. It was after using them I became aware of their problems of not paying event promoters. I used them several years ago and didn't have any problems. Now I realize I should have checked them before using them this time. I see where the ******************* sued them for failing to pay funds to the event promoters and they have a F rating with the BBB. Also, I see from the postings on this site they are still not paying funds to the event promoters. My question is why does the ******************* let this place continue in business? I wish I could give them a grade below one star!

      Great website for purchasing tickets. It was easy to use and I received an email with my tickets right after purchasing. They have a wider selection and more local events than other ticketing sites, so I always like to browse here first.

      My event which was ticketed through Brown Paper Tickets was held on 3/15/23. Their site says they transfer funds from ticket sales in 10 business days but it has been twice that at this point and I have not received the sales proceeds. Their phone number only has an automated recording asking to email their support team because they have suspended 24/7 due to "covid pandemic" (ridiculous reason in 2023). I have sent 3 emails to support and received automated responses that someone will reach out within 24 hours. Nothing. Still waiting for my money and not sure where to go next.

      The site was user-friendly and straightforward, which made finding and purchasing tickets a breeze. Additionally, the ticket prices were very reasonable compared to other services, which made attending the event affordable.

      I thought since Brown Paper tickets was now back listing performances they would be paying producers in the promised ten day period. That is not correct and when you question this you get the run around with any actual period of time. March 2023 They should not be allowed to continue listing as a ticket venue if they still aren't able to pay the producers that depend on payments for their own creditors etc.

      It took me only a few minutes to purchase my initial tickets. No snags and no hassles, had my tickets in minutes. Since I started using this app, I have stopped purchasing tickets from other ticket sites.
