I parked in the ************* to go to the bakery in the building. I was told that parking was free for two hours. Then I receive a ticket demanding $66.50 because registration is required. This is fully unfair. 1. There were insufficient signs to the points. 2. The businesses in the ************* marketed the parking as free for 2 hours. No stipulations were given. 3. Everything about the parking process is misleading and directs you to park for free. When they fully plan to pinch you for a fine. The parking business operates with a goal to harm the very people that are patronizing the businesses in the *************. I now choose not to spend my money in that building and have let the businesses know. For sure the bakery has lost more than that amount already.Business Response

This company is a complete scam meant to solely take your money. I had parked in a stall, took a picture of the method for payment, but due to not having an LTE connection, went into the place of business to ask for their wifi connection to finalize the payment. As I made my attempt, I noticed the parking agent ticketing my car no less than 5 MINUTES LATER. I've filed a dispute as it's absurd to expect someone to file payment so quickly without knowing each person's circumstance. All other companies in the city at least allow for a small grace ********** dispute was denied, and the person replying claimed there were multiple ways to make payment which was incorrect, there was only a "scan QR and pay" option. STAY. AWAY. FROM. THIS. COMPANY.Business Response

Hello,
Thank you for your email. Our goal with any customer, is to provide the reason the notice was issued, find a resolution and to prevent it from happening again in the future.
Please note that this location is private property and all parking rules have been created by the property owner(s). Diamond Parking has been hired to enforce these parking rules as posted on the property due to the unauthorized use on the facility.
The lot in which you were ticketed is a pay parking. This means before leaving the lot you must be able to show parking is paid for. Once that patroller runs his reports from the payment vendors, he is contracted to issue a ticket to all unpaid plates. You stated you were attempting to pay when you noticed the patroller. If you did follow through with your intentions there would be documentation to submit to show you purchased parking, moments after parking. If so,please submit for review. If that is not the case, unfortunately the notice would be valid. Thank you. Have a great day!
Regards,

I parked outside of the nail salon I went to, without a notice, warning or anything, they gave me a ticket for parking overtime, "exceeding their time limit", without showing proof when and how long I have parked there. These businesses around here open from 10am to 8pm, what do they mean by exceeding time limit, I don't even work there, why would I park there whole day? Without any evidence, they already issued me a notice asking for 66$ for exceeding their limit, which they have no proof for.Business Response

On 3/13 I parked near the ******* county court hose in a diamond parking lot and paid using the Kiosk for on hour.Upon returning in 43 minutes I noticed a ticket and another person that paid by mobile app also had a ticket.I paid ***** cents and provided proof via bank statement as the Kiosk did not provide a paper receipt on the fact that the charge went through.I email diamond parking back and forth this morning providing proof but they kept raising the bar or burden of proof on **** am wondering if this is an attempt to get people to just pay the 65 dollar fine by giving up. I want this arbitrary ticket immediately canceled with an apology for wasting my time.Business Response

Dear *****,
I hope this email finds you well. I want to address the concerns you raised regarding your recent parking notice from Diamond Parking #A749 Located at **************************************. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you.
Upon reviewing your case, it appears that there was an issue with the license plate number you entered in our system ( CAS8356 ) doesnt match the Vehicles license Plate Number *********. This led to the notice being issued, despite your payment through the KIOSK.
I want to assure you that we take customer feedback seriously and are committed to rectifying any misunderstandings. As a gesture of goodwill, I have personally voided the notice.
I understand the frustration you experienced, and I want to emphasize that it is never our intention to create any inconvenience or confusion for our valued customers. Your feedback is invaluable to us, as it helps us identify areas for improvement and ensures a better experience for everyone.
Once again, I apologize for any frustration this incident may have caused you. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly.

Dispute Regarding Ticket Number ********** I am writing to formally dispute the parking ticket I received with the reference number **********. According to the ticket, my vehicle was allegedly "improperly parked," yet no specific details regarding the violation were provided. Additionally, the accompanying photo only displays my license plate without any evidence of improper parking.I want to emphasize that my vehicle was parked in a regular spot and was in full compliance with all parking regulations at the time the ticket was issued. Therefore, I believe this ticket to be unjust and erroneous.I kindly request a thorough review of this matter, including a detailed examination of any relevant records, camera footage, or officer notes associated with the incident, and share the investigation details.Business Response

Just received a letter in the mail detailing a parking violation that I supposedly made on January 27th, 2023. This letter informed me that I had parked on *********************, in an unauthorized parking spot, and had not paid the initial "Parking Notice Fee" of $41.50. The letter informed me that because I have not paid the initial fee, I am now charged an initial "Handling Fee" of $6.50, and an "Additional Late Charge" of $30.00.This letter came as a complete surprise to me, first because I never parked in an unauthorized spot at any time that I can recall, and I was never given a ticket or "Parking Notice Fee" on my car. I looked up the address, and I haven't parked in that lot in at least a year. I have no idea where this parking violation is coming from and never had any notice that I parked in an inappropriate location. I feel that the lack of notification and excessive fees are extremely predatory, and I would like this business to remove any supposed charges to me and my vehicle. The billing charge listed on the invoice is $78.00 The invoice number is ******** The Reference Number is ******** The license plate in question is *********Business Response

This grey ****** Sequoia was parked along a red-curb fire lane in the Box Factory parking lot, and the attached photo was taken at the time that the parking notice was issued. The parking notice was placed under the windshield wiper on the drivers side. The signs in the Box Factory parking lot state that if you improperly park your vehicle in any manner, you agree that the parking lot operator may assess the parking notice fees. Those fees are listed in detail on the signs. The *********** in **** works with Diamond Parking to ensure that parking rules are being followed, for the benefit of the customers and the businesses.
Diamond Parking always strives to consider our customers situations, and to show grace ******** possible. We are happy to take care of this parking notice since it was the first violation for this vehicle. The parking notice has been voided.

I was given a ticket for supposably parking more than two hours on 3/3/2024 at 12:47pm at *************************************************** . This is not true because I arrived at the location at 11:05am. I was constantly going outside every 15 minutes to check on my car because I wanted to be considerate of the parking service company so I would not get a ticket and be able to kindly speak to them to see If I should move my car so I would not be ticketed. With no warning they just came and started handing out tickets without ever putting a timer on cars to see if anyone was parked there longer than they needed to be. I asked the employee to show me evidence that I was parked there for more than two hours and they didn't have any evidence of me parking there for more two than hours. As an American citizen, I feel discriminated by how inhumane they delt with the issue. They didn't even bother to wait outside and watch cars to see who was parked there for more than two hours. They just walked on the site and started handing out tickets. It is just wrong how they handle the situation and they are clearly abusing their power. Please investigate this company. Not only am I standing up for myself but also the countless victims that were also ticketed by their unjust actions. They deserve to be investigated for all the pain and suffering that they have caused by inhumane, careless, and unprofessional actions. Thank you for listening to my voice and for those who can't speak up for themselves.Business Response
