      The sign on the lot said from **** stall. I parked there 40 mins and the sign said 2 hours limit Disputed and took 8 days to respond back with no reasonable, asked me the receipt where go take a look jn the jewerly and one of them is in this parking lot 2 hour limit .       My name is *** and I am an Area Manager for Diamond Parking and manage this location. I wanted to take a moment to respond to you regarding your notice from January 11, 2024.   

      Diamond Parking monitors this parking lot to ensure that the rules of the parking lot, that are set by the property owner, are being followed.

      For reference, this parking lot has a lot of unauthorized parking, which in turn hurts the approved businesses from having available parking for their customers.  We often have the tenants contact us regarding people parking and walking to other businesses in the area.  

      On this date, our checker saw your vehicle park and then watched you leave the location, to go elsewhere in the area. This is very common for this location, and it was the reason for the notice.

      You stated that you went to the approved jewelry store, but visiting other businesses before going to one of the approved businesses is not allowed. The owner of this store will regularly reach out to me regarding any notices that she would like us to take a second look at or request a void.

      For clarification, we did not cite this vehicle for improper parking, although it was over the line and impeding the stall next to it.





      I do see that this is your first notice with our ******* Office, as a courtesy, I am going to waive the notice.

      If you are in the area in the future and need pubic parking to visit local businesses, please know that we have paid public parking right across the street in the *************** garage.

      On 1/11/24 I parked my car at a Diamond Service Parking lot, lot location WU72-University Plaza. I parked the car at 11:00, the parking signs noted, the parking is allowed for 90 min for the customers of University Plaza. This is a small Plaza with a few shops and a large bank. I went out of the my car to search for the entrance to building I was planning to enter. I went the wrong way. At 11:01, exactly 1 min later when I passed by my car again, there was ticket for $65.50 left on my car. When I called the Diamond Service Parking number, they explain that bank customers are not allowed to use the parking lot, not even for 5 seconds. when I asked how should I know that the Plaza visitors do not include the bank, and how I as a customer could have prevented this ticket, they said they are not obligated to share information on which business are included in the parking permit. This business is trying to make people pay for ticket without informing them of the rules.

      I parked at the Diamond Parking lot at ******************************************************************** at approximately 8:55am on January 4, ****. I walked into the lobby to get a parking ticket. At 8:57am my parking ticket was issued, a copy of which is attached. Later that day I found a ticket on my windscreen, which states that it was issued at 8:55am, a copy of which is attached.I proceeded to their website to file a notice of dispute, as I consider ticketing someone who had just parked and not has not had time to purchase a ticket to be a predatory practice. I filed my dispute and took note of my number. I had an option to print that page, and it suggested I do that, but the printed page did not include the dispute number. There is also no way to recover that dispute number.I was not contacted within a few days so I opted to check the status of the dispute. The login requires an alpha numeric number, but the number I was provided has a symbol in it, so it does not work. I contacted thee company outlining all these problems and have not received a response. As you can see, the above paints a picture of a predatory company which is seeking to defraud customers by: (a) issuing bogus parking fines; (b) forcing them to engage in a illegitimate dispute notice which does not result in any active dispute resolution as the company simply ignores the complaints; (c) the system is designed to prohibit and discourage engagement from those disputing the notice. Further, the fine increases at the end of the 10 days when the dispute notice ends.

      I am sorry to hear about your frustrations and experience with us.  Please note that when patroller enters a pay location, they run the reports from all pertinent payment vendors and then proceed with issuing notices to unpaid plates.  There are sometimes a couple minutes from when a report is run, and a customer paying for **********************, which could result in a ticket issued, as the payment just missed the patrollers paid report.  This is easily rectified.  I see that your notice has already been cancelled from your online dispute.  ********************** did respond to the email address your provided.       On 1/9/23 at around 12:05 PM, I parked my car in parking lot (location ****-*******) which is run by Diamond Parking Services. When I was looking for a parking, there was only one lot empty in the middle of two parked cars and it was a tight space as-is. The car on my left was crossing yellow line so I had park in a way to avoid any future damage to my car. There was no business representative present on site to help navigate. When I returned, there was a parking ticket on my car stating "improperly parked" and I owe $65.50. I disagree with this claim and business practice by Diamond Parking Services-I've attached picture of how my car was parked-while it's it's on yellow line- it is not into other lot.This is a fraud and unkind business strategy considering (1) the company has no representative on site-who can assist with parking/help navigate (2) no clearly stated notice listed where customers can understand company policy to avoid any penalty or improper parking fees (3) a bad customer ********************** agents whose job is to disagree with any claim you make. This parking lot is also next Amazon corporate campus where they will have future opportunities to rip off Amazon employees with their standard business practice.

      After my telephone call to Diamond Parking Services, I was asked to generate and therefore sent this summary email which explains my complaint:Within 5 minutes of arriving at our condo rental at *****************************, *********, ****, which cost ** over $4,000 for four nights, enforcer/checker #***** issued a citation without any grace ****** that would allow us to retrieve the parking pass from inside the rented condo four floors up.       Hello,So I parked my car in the parking lot, which I didnt t see any sign showing its a private parking or any machine to pay, if Ill see Ill be happy to pay or movie my car to other place.So when I came back, there was a ticket with the amount $86.50 to pay in 10 days or after that will turn $126.50.Ok, I called the Company named Diamon and a Woman answerI asked how can I appeal and if the Company could send me a picture of the machine or some sign showing its a payed parking lot.The staff just told me very rude: its your responsibility to see this, ****** it and find it yourself.I lost what I was going to ask because she was so rude, why to treat costumers like that?       This location is private property and has the parking rules posted.  It is to be monitored at the request of the property manager, and Diamond Parking is provided a list of specific rules and is contracted to enforce by ticketing and/or towing based on the challenges the location faces due to unauthorized use.  I have reviewed your ticket and see it was issued for unauthorized parking as you were parked and left to go to /towards Costco.  This is not permitted.  Attached is a photo of one of the signs stating this clearly. Unfortunately the notice is valid.

      Last December ******* i went to dynalife medical lab with *** friend who is new here in ****** just to show where he needs to go for his bloodworks since am always coming choosing this location for my bloodwork and Im comfortable with the location. I park at mall parking since we are are technically going in there (even they check we didnt do business at Dynalife that day. (FOR ***********************) that is my friends name. After I show it to him we went to the mall straight up. And suddenly I saw a ticket on my windshield. Without knowing why.i always park in here ever since. Second time when my family doctor advice me to get my blood work done Nit even a week I been ticketed out of my surprised I got a ticked again even I am a mall goer and am legally can park at the mall premises I do have a receipt that I do business in the mall still got a ticket fr ************* If they want to implement something like this they should atleast let the client of the building about this changes and not only fr themselves just to get a money fr the client of the building. Because this is very in appropriate. Today I called tere office just to ask if they got or despite email and what should we do since this is new to us that they need to give ticked to the client of the BUILDING as well as a MALL goer. But the lady was a bit upset and telling me that she dont have time to argue which I exactly explained her that I didnt call to argue but to get some information she is SO VERY RUDE. even my ******************************************************** mom that was so rude of her.. Im not even done yet and she hung the phone. With a complete RUDE manners.( I understand maybe a lot of people complaining about how sketchy they are giving the ticket away to the client. And I feel sorry about her she needs to deal with it.       This location is private property and has the parking rules posted all throughout the lot. Diamond Parking is contracted to enforce by ticketing and/or towing based on the challenges the location faces due to unauthorized use.  I have reviewed your tickets and see both were issued for unauthorized parking/leaving the lot.  As per the signage (see attached for one of many signs), you are allowed to park only while conducting business on the property.  At no point are you permitted to leave the lot without your vehicle, for any reason or any amount of time.  You received the first notice and then returned a week later and did the same thing which resulted in the second notice issued.  Unfortunately the tickets are valid.  I will, as a one-time courtesy, reduce both notices to $50 each, if paid by end of business day Jan 16th, 2024.  To proceed with the billing adjustment please log into the website at  *************************************************

A lot of people is complaining how this business is being unfair issuance of the ticket. There is no both or ticket machine we can pay on the said lot they are pertaining about. Yes I will pay but I am not satisfied with the response Fr this sneaky business.

      Parked at a parking lot with clear signs to pay for parking via ParkMobile. At no place does it indicate that it is a Diamond Parking Service lot. There is no pay station, the only way to pay to park is through the ParkMobile app. I parked in Zone ***** in ********** with ** license plate ******* for a total of $11.93 and was given session ID# SJ78503919423365M within the emailed copy of my receipt. Within the receipt, the parking was vaild from 12/30 /23 at 7:14PM until 12/31/23 at 6:00AM. At 8:54PM on 12/30/23 I was ticketed by Diamond Parking Services for No Advance Payment within lot WN029 by Checker #***** with Reference# **********. The ticket issued by Diamond Parking Service incorrectly lists my license plate number as *******. When I go to Diamond Parking Services website (diamond.paymynotice.com) they are unable to locate my ticket since they not only recorded incorrect information, I was falsely ticketed despite paying for parking.

      December 28, 2023 - 12:24 pm - *************** Reference number ******** - unauthorized parking - walked off towards plaza. The sign directly in front of where we parked stated - no shoppers drug mart parking - we did not go to Shoppers drug mart. - There was a sandwich board sign south of where we parked with an arrow pointing away from where we parked indicating Diamond parking - no other signage available to me as a passenger. If there was it was not clearly marked by diamond, I have photos of what was visible to me. - Was there less than 20 mins to pickup a sandwich. Received a $86.50 ticket - called in to the number provided and was blown away by the lack of assistance they provided, the agent was combative in response, passive, agressive, dismissive, challenging and rude. The agent escalated my frustration 100%, I have never been talked to like that by anyone, I was talked over, told to shut up or shut my partner up, pay the ticket or don't go to collections and get my car towed. When I asked for their name they would not tell me, they would not assist in anyway than to make the situation worse.
