I scanned and paid for the parking from the ** code post in the parking lot. Upon return I found a parking violation ticket on my car. So as instructed I contacted them to dispute the ticket via email and phone. No response for my email. However after multiple attempts I was able to get hang of one of the representatives . I explained everything and the representative confirmed verbally that I have no balance due/ out standing balance and not to worry. I just want the company to address my email confirmation no pending dues/ zero balance. And to address this issue internally so that everyone who uses their services leave with a smile and not an extra tasking they need to address once getting home.

This business has been mailing me a parking fee for several months. The fee is actually for my daughter - I just co-signed for the car. My daughter and her friend attended an event in ****** and unknowingly did not pay the fee. She has emailed the company, left several messages, waited on hold for hours, left a message for a call back but this company has never responded. I dont feel she should have to pay all the additional fees when this company is so unresponsive.

I recently parked at ****** Point and received a parking ticket #********** There was no signage in the parking spot or facing ahead in my stall or surrounding stalls when I pulled in the stalls appeared to be merchant free parking spots for patrons visiting the local restaurants and shopping in the complex. I'm very unhappy to receive $59 ticket required to be mailed in 15 days. The ticket should be adjusted to $0 as the signage is not sufficient and needs to be reflected on pavement it is a pay stall for visiting customers to be aware street parking is owned by Diamond and requires payment. Sincerely, HL

We parked in a lot for a lunch out on 4/14/23. I paid to park in the lot. Diamond Services is charging me for 2 spots since I had a trailer attached to my vehicle. No signs noted a maximum length of a vehicle to park. The lot was also nearly empty, so we weren't taking up space from another paying customer. I have tried contacting the company but can't get a call back or anyone on the phone. Reference number is **********

On May 27th in *********, ** I paid for my parking. Attached is proof of payment and the digital parking pass. The pass shows the timeframe I paid for. I returned before time ran out to find a parking ticked for 'no advanced payment' with a notice time of 5:11pm (within the time I purchased). I emailed a dispute as the ticket instructed that same night 5/27/2023 with no response. I emailed again on 6/2/2023 with no response. I emailed again on 6/16/2023 which is now past the 15 days and would be a much higher fee, still no response. I called on 6/22/2023 and held for 8 minutes with no answer. I emailed a fourth time on 6/22/2023, this time including a regional supervisor I located online. Still no response. I've attached a screenshot of these email attempts and an email that my dispute request was received. I want confirmation it was dismissed, that I owe no fine, and would also appreciate a refund for this parking due to: The amount of time I've had to invest in assuring I don't have an outstanding fine for a parking ticked given in error with no response from the company. Thank you.

I paid for parking at Lot A140 - **** *********** in ******* through the Parking Whiz QR code. The only time the app allowed to park was from 11am-1pm the same day. Unfortunately it was already after 5:30pm on the same day. I was not sure why I was being offered a time that had already passed. I paid for parking and returned within 5 minutes. One of Diamond Parking attendants was parked directly behind me, watched me pay for parking, and then gave me a ticket within TWO minutes of my paying. I talked to him and showed him the issue with the app and that it was only allowing timeframes to park that had already expired. He said I had to dispute the ticket via email or over the phone.I called ParkingWhiz and notified them of the issue. They did confirm that I paid for parking at 5:42pm Pacific Time. They also verified that I paid at and was only provided a timeframe to park from 11am-1pm Pacific Time on the same day. A timeframe that had already passed.Parking Dispute Ref# ********** I emailed Diamond Parking to dispute this charge and included:- a picture of my Credit Card receipt at 5:42pm Pacific Time - a picture of my payment time receipt from ParkingWhiz with a 7:42pm Central Time (5:42pm Pacific Time)- a picture of the parking ticket with a Time of Notice of 5:44pm Pacific Time.- a picture of your parking enforcement officer and their car directly behind me. Checker *****.- a picture of the booking through the ParkingWhiz app with the timeframe to park that had already passed. It is highly disappointing that this predatory practice occurred, and I watched it happen to multiple parking customers at the same time. The checker (***** per my receipt) understood the problem and still was giving out tickets.

I am writing in regards to file # ********.

After researching the Parkwhiz transaction, Parkwhiz confirmed that the customer phone was set to another time zone (MST) which is one hour different than our time zone (PST).

As a courtesy, Diamond Parking voided the parking notice and Diamond Parking advise the customer to check that theyre using the correct time zone in the future.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

However, the investigation Diamond Parking conducted with ParkingWhiz is inaccurate or made up. My phone was not set to MST, and instead is set automatically based on my location. I have not left PST in three months and unless there is some time warp I am unaware of. I also just contacted ParkingWhiz and they were very confused about this response too, as they have record of my payment time and the same photo evidence of my payments I shared in my past email. They are going to continue to look into this matter.

      Sincerely,

I parked my ***** Civid on ******************* parking lot (*****************************************************************) at 10 AM. I was out in 20 minutes and were ticketed for no advanced payment for a free parking lot. And all I needed was to register with park mobile for free parking which was not known for us. And to have to download or go to a website for free parking is a bit ridiculous.

Ive always parked in the Elements garage in Bellevue when patronizing the businesses there, and there has been no charge. Apparently Diamond Parking is now requiring patrons/customers of the property to register their vehicle in order to use the lot even during the free period. The signage when when you enter the garage clearly states that there is a free period, however the fine print underneath that states you need to register with the app is very hard to read. I was in the lot for just under 20 minutes and came back to a $66.50 parking notice. The fact that Diamond has signage that easily points out a free period, while making it difficult to read the registration requirements is unprofessional and borderline deceptive business practice.

I received the uploaded notice in the mail 1 month later. I never received a ticket on my vehicle and when reading numerous other reviews about this company it appears this is a common complaint. They take a picture of the ticket on your windshield, but then remove it. I was parked at ***************** in Langley, ** to go shopping in their store. I was parked right under the sign stating for ***** only, 1 hour *** and no walk offs, I was well aware of and abided by the restrictions. I shopped for approx. ***** mins and left for home. I never walked off the lot nor was parked over 1 hour. There was no ticket on my windshield when I returned to my vehicle. They will not consider my dispute request. I purchased fruit at the store and paid cash, I did not keep my receipt as fruit is not something I plan to return. HAD there been a ticket on my windshield I would have dealt with it immediately, but there was no ticket. I have read reviews of people having their receipt and their dispute was still denied with the company then reverting to say "you walked off the lot" even tho the person did not. Diamond shows NO proof of a walk off, yet insists the person pay the fine. This is extortion at it's best. They have no proof of me walking off the lot, and I did not park over 1 hour. After reading many, many other reviews it is certain they are totally dishonest. This company needs to be brought to the Government for investigation. I am forced to pay the ticket or be hounded by a collection agency. I am 100% a victim of this scam, and it most definitely is a scam. I deserve a refund of my fine, I did not violate any rules.

      Hello,

I want to state that this location is private property, and all parking rules have been created by the property owners.  Diamond Parking has been hired to enforce these parking rules as posted on the property due to the unauthorized use on the facility. One of the rules posted is that you are not permitted to leave the property without your vehicle, or you can be ticketed and/or towed. You can park for free while conducting business on the property.  Once you leave the lot you are in violation. You were witnessed by our patroller leaving the lot which put you in violation, and the patroller is contracted to immediately issue a notice. You stated you went to the market.****** for a receipt to show you conducted business was offered as a courtesy as the notice is still valid for leaving. There was no receipt provided so unfortunately without the necessary documentation the notice remained valid and the appeal was upheld.

      Complaint: 20231286

I am rejecting this response because:

This is the THIRD time I am explaining my situation to Diamond Parking.  I DID NOT WALK OFF THE PROPERTY, in fact I parked right under the restricted parking sign AND the one that stated No Walk Offs.  I was well aware of the rules and DID NOT break them.  I purchased perishable groceries at the market, returned to my vehicle and drove home.  I threw out my receipt as I had no intention of returning my groceries and I had no other reason to keep it AS THERE WAS NO TICKET ON MY WINDSHIELD when I returned to my vehicle.  HAD there been a ticket I would have kept the receipt and contacted the company the very next day, but instead I receive an overdue notice ticket from Diamond ONE month later.  After reading hundreds of 1 star reviews on Diamond Parking it is apparent that many other people also complained about the fact that there was no ticket on their windshield (they take the pix of it there and then remove it)  and that the company then stated they walked off or parked overtime when they did not.  If I am expected to pay an $86.50 ticket in return I EXPECT TO SEE VIDEO PROOF of what you say.  Your officer is lying or very seriously mistaken.  You state in my previous dispute that he is reputable, well so am I and I am NOT lying.  How can you just "say" I walked off with no proof of such a thing.   You have $86.50 to your benefit by saying your officer is telling the truth but I have $86.50 to lose by telling the truth.  This is extortion and fraud and it needs to be exposed.  Your hundreds of 1 star reviews reveal many similar stories, being a victim now myself I also am compelled to leave a 1 star review if my ticket which I paid because I do not want to be hounded by collection agency is not refunded.  And with all the many complaints on this company on the BBB site alone, it's time something was done.

      Sincerely,

      Hello,

Again, you were ticketed by our patroller for leaving the lot which put you in violation, and the patroller is contracted to immediately issue a notice. He has nothing to gain for issuing an erroneous ticket.  No quota or bonuses.  You stated you went to the market and asking for a receipt to show you conducted business was offered as a courtesy as the notice is still valid for leaving.   There was no receipt provided so unfortunately without the necessary documentation the notice remained valid and the appeal was upheld. You also appealed not getting the original notice that was pictured on your vehicle, however, we then extended the courtesy and gave you the opportunity to pay the original amount. Which is now paid.  This matter is considered closed on our end. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:

Your response is more than frustrating.   I DID NOT, I REPEAT I DID NOT WALK OFF THE PARKING LOT.  Your officer does have something to gain by issuing me a ticket, and so does Diamond Parking (that is obvious)... I paid the fine ONLY because I am not wanting to be harassed by a collection agency, obviously that is how you coerce your victims into paying when they are innocent.   I DO want a refund! There was NO ticket on my vehicle when I returned to it, I have NO reason to keep a shopping receipt for perishable groceries so your "very kind" offer of giving me that as an option does not wash as your accusation is that I "walked off the lot" so it's just a way of you trying to make yourself look decent.  If I did have a receipt you would say to bad, you walked off the lot.  I have read this VERY same story in hundreds of 1 star reviews on your company.  THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM, I really hope BBB does expose you.

I want to see video footage of me walking off the parking lot.  This must be a mandatory procedure in order to issue a ticket and I do want a refund.
