Very sad and disappointed in our experience and I think everyone should know what my family went through. We went to the sale they had with the flyers saying we won even though we didnt that wasnt our problem. We needed a vehicle that was bigger I was pregnant only a few months away from giving birth and a baby under one with me and my boyfriend. We agreed on an 2020 equinox with damage for $15,000 and traded in our 2018 Toyota(that was almost paid off..) mind you we stayed there until 8:00 at night no dinner with an upset baby to get paperwork done . We decided to send the equinox back to the bank because we couldnt afford it and it took about a year for them to auction it off for $15,000. We called to see what our balance was and KUNES sold ** this car for almost $30,000 this isnt with interest this is the loan amount. We were fatigued and taken advantage of and now have to pay a loan balance of $9,000 for a car we do not have. They stole from my family and everyone should know what happened Im still sick thinking about it, if you guys can fix this my family would greatly appreciate it

I applied for a loan through my bank and was approved to get a vehicle, I went to look at a vehicle,I was told that the vehicle I want was at a different location and they will call me when they get it in, good bye, they also asked if I have a trade in or vehicle that I bought from them in the past based on my file, i said NO, that s all. I went home, never signed any paper or gave authorization for anything, got a notification that kunes country run my credit. I never authorized or signed any paperwork, why would they run people credit without their approval?

Been lied to since day one! Bought a car September 2022 didn’t even make it home and the engine light came on. Took it back it was the O2 sensor and catalytic converter. In our contract it stated we had 5 days or 500 miles to return the car. That’s what we tried to do. The manager Royce told us it doesn’t work that way. Said they would fix it. They tried we didn’t even make it out of macomb and it was stalling out. Went back Royce then admitted they only did the O2 sensor. So we left it again. A month later called they said it was done. Again didn’t even make it a day and the light was on car stalling. Took it back for the 3rd time claimed to it fixed it. Still does the same thing with the light on. They have now had the car for a month again since April 1. They never reached out to let us know anything. We finally called and they told us come get it. They only fixed the O2 sensor again. So this is the 4th time the car is still not fixed. And they just want us to come get it. I would not go to this dealership unless you like being lied to and taken advantage of. The management is absolutely terrible. We were told Monday by Royce we could get a loaner car. And then on Wednesday when we called because they didn’t call back like usual they told us we couldn’t. This is pretty typical. Been lying like this for the past 8 months. Avoid this dealership at all cost!! Also their service guy told us this week. It runs good now because he deleted the codes! It makes us think that’s all they’ve been doing this whole time is just deleting the codes and saying it’s fixed. Because it never makes it more than 100 miles and the light is back on. Been that way everytime they have claimed to of fixed the problem! Again this has been a problem since we drove it 34 miles home the day we bought it. They have never fixed the car to this day!

Bought a car in October from them. 20 grand for a grand jeep Cherokee used. I was only able to drive it for 3 months. Its needed a tune up, new breaks, new thermostat, new radiator and all new head gaskets. They sell bad cars. They do not inspect vehicles like they say they do. And the service department is way over priced and scammers. Do not trust them! Very difficult place to work with when issues.

They argue with customers. They don't inspect the cars before selling them to you and if you bring up SAFTY concerns they will bully you with "it's within legal limits" and shrug you off even if you prove to them the issue they will shrug you off. They will argue with you even when you're right. And their customer service skills are absolutely lack luster. I'm highly considering taking actions against kunes for me and my boyfriend's inconveniences and being argued with on safety. We have both been experiencing safety issues while driving our brand new cars. And we have been shrugged off mind you I pay for special extra warranties as well.

horrible dealership bought a truck from them and paid to have a certain lift put on it. Took them over 2 months of them lying to me and having to reach out to them all the time to finally get the lift installed. They put a cheap lift on it that i would have never allowed tried to get a hold of the sales manager i was working with never heard anything from him or anyone from the dealership until i wrote something negative about them. The only person to reach out was the service manager he said he understood my frustrations and would pass the information on but still have not heard anything from them. Now i have a truck with a cheap lift that makes noise all the time and no one from the dealership cares enough to reach out and make this right. Stay away from them go somewhere else and buy a vehicle do not believe anything they say to you they are not honest.

I could only give them a 1 star is the only reason they got one at all. 5 months after buying a vehicle they are still withholding title after doing every little thing they asked regarding the issue. They have completely cut contact with me, will not return any form of communication

I frequently work on my on vehicle and only take it to shops when time is short or a computer related issue requires more diagnostic equipment, I can say that you should run away from Kunes service department. I originally dropped my truck off for a computer issue and asked them to look at the death wobble (F250). After two days of diagnosis, ******* called me and stated numerous issues. Not only were all four brakes shot, but the drag link was gushing metal and the transfer case control module needed replacement (there isnt a transfer case control module on the F250, only an ECM) Since all four pads and rotors had been recently replaced by me, I called her on her BS, paid the diagnosis fee, and took my truck back. Today I pulled the drag link and found no measurable wear. I also checked the brake pads. Both the front and rear pads had over 50% of the pad remaining. I will never be taking my vehicles back to Kunes and recommend you do the same. Ill have to find a reputable shop for my computer issue
