      Definition of 'bait and switch'. Absolute rip off, and was belittled and guilt tripped after i said no to a car that was incredibly out of my price range. I should have followed my gut and left after i was told the car i was told was there had been 'sold' right before i got there - despite still seeing it on the website. The car salesman kept my so-signer's SSN information up on his computer screen for over 20 minutes. Everyone I've told in person and on social media agree this was a HUGE RIPOFF and waste of my time. I was there for well over 4 hours and regret every second. Never been treated worse in my life (not by the salesperson, but the financial worker) by customer service in the span of five minutes because i said NO. Literally made me feel worthless and idiotic. So glad I didn't go with these people.

      Started out great then went boom! A week after I signed the contracts and left with the car, I get a call from KUNES that they need copies of my social security cards. I tell them, "well, I'm not in the state and won't be back for another two weeks, I'll get it to you when I get back." There response, "we need it now so we can finalize the loan, can someone go to your house and take a photo of your social security card and then you can email it to us?" My answer "No. I don't have anyone to do that and I'm not comfortable with that option. Why was this not taken care of when I was there? If you forgot to do it, why did you wait a whole week later?" So because of there major screw-up, I had to spend 24hrs driving back to their dealership from my vacation so that they could get a copy of my social security card. I didn't get an apology, I didn't get **** from them. They essentially doubled my down payment on the truck because of gas and a hotel stay needed to just get back. Then I still had to turn around and head back to my vacation. Disgusting how they mucked this up. Disgusting that they were just ok with what they did to me and the struggle they put on me to get them what they needed because they screwed up.

      I bought a 2019 Jeep Compass from Kunes at the end of March! The salesman who sold me the truck left me in the dark about everything! Even got a loan thru ******* and didn't tell me!! My truck has been running bad since the first week I contacted them and they told me I was wrong!! Then my truck ended up needing a steering rack! When I put it in gear it makes noises and kicks back like the trans is going out!! I've tried talking to Kunes and got no where so I put up my first bad review! They begged me to take it down saying they would fix my truck AND DIDNT!! I WANT THIS TRUCK LABELED A LEMON AND I WANT OUT OF MY LOAN!

      Three weeks ago I bought a 2024 Yukon from Kunes Greenfield. The truck sat on their lot 5-6 months way in the back by a thickly wooded area. I liked the truck and eventually bought it. The negotiation process was awful. I was told their mechanics would go through it, make sure everything is good and check everything out. I bought the truck and 3 weeks later I have rodent damage. A wire harness was chewed through. They told me the rodent issue was at my house and that in 3 weeks a mouse had eaten through the harness. I’ve lived in my house for 31 years and never had a rodent problem. A couple of my neighbors have exotic cars that are parked 11 months of the year and none of my neighbors had a rodent problem either. They charged me $426 for a 20 minute repair. I tried to get them to fix this for free since their mechanics missed it during the once over they promised. The affected harness was right on top of the engine and they missed it. I don’t think they ever did their so called “once over”, I know the mice came from that field and with the truck sitting for months with nobody interested in it, the mice made a home in the engine compartment. Kunes was having nothing of this. I was also told that a typical oil change is going to cost me $300 or slightly more. “For an oil change?!” If I want to honor my warranty I have to let them do the all maintenance and repairs. Their pricing structure is outrageous! I am not happy with Kunes at all.

      I recently purchase a car with Noah ** I had a great experience!! He was kind, thoughtful, honest and sincere. Noah ** was more interested in helping me find a car that I needed. He was not your typical auto salesman - pushy, commission hungry, overly chummy. Noah ** truly happy that I was happy with my purchase!! Noah **made the purchasing process to easy. He even dropped off my rental car which saved me so much time. He is a role model for all Salesman to learn from!!!

      These people are crooks. Buyer beware. Theres too much to list and Ive wasted enough time on this NIGHTMARE of a NEW RV purchase. Im obtaining legal counsel and this dealership will be sued. Do NOT give this dealership your time or money they lie and are just plain horrible.

      Don t even think about buying a vehicle from this dealership, they are liars and cheats an make promises they can’t keep, they never told me about their 3 day return policy and I would have asked for my Car back after the vehicle I bought from them, when you go to look at a car you expect it to be portered to Look nice for you, when I went to check out the vehicle I was interested in it was was shown to me filthy and dirty, they should be given a no star rating an a f- from the bbb. Buyer beware you will get taken!!!

      OIL CHANGE DISASTER! BEWARE! I bought my car from Kunes, new, earlier this year, 2024. Part of the welcome package was a free oil change through the Kunes Mitsubishi dealership. I had my first oil change and a month later the oil drain plug FELL OUT of my car on the highway on the way to work! Talk about a mess of a morning. It is BEYOND disappointing that the technicians do not know how to simply change oil properly. I can’t imagine what other parts of their service department are lacking. I was fortunate enough to have towing coverage through Mitsubishi. I was forced to miss work, had to waste my morning in the dealership while they checked the engine. They brought my car in, put a new drain plug in, refilled the oil and “ok”ed the engine. There were NO apologies and they did nothing to make the situation right. Had I been driving a few minutes more, or less diligent, my NEW car might have been completely inoperable due to a technicians incompetence.

      We bought a Cherokee black label 18rr from Kunes Lake Mills. Doing the final inspection/walk thru, kunes did acknowledge they owed us a bathroom sink. When asked why, they said "oh yeah, someone forgot to winterize it last year". The sheet was signed and said it would be taken care of. When we called about this issue, they acted as if they had no knowledge of the sink issue. Next, once we got the trailer home, my husband notice the left front jack was not working right. In fact, it was broken. My husband called about that right away and they said they would order it and they would be calling us back. We waited a bit and no return phone calls. So my husband called the service department and that worker said "this is the first I'm hearing about this". Last night my husband hooked up water to the camper to fill it with fresh water for our attempt at camping this weekend. Guess what? The bathroom flooded. No one would answer the phone or help us frome Kunes Lake Mills. When we finally got a hold of someone, no one could look at or fix our camper. They will not void the warranty. Apparently selling trash campers is Kunes idea of making money. How did they miss all this on their inspection, prior to doing a walk thru with us? We have other broken things in that camper but not as big as the issues listed above. (Also important to note that the $500coupon they offer online isn't really valid at all).

      Lon is a wonderful product specialist. He steps back and does not pressure you. Although we didn't find the "perfect" unit, he kept looking for us, which is very helpful. Thank you Lon !
