  If your looking to get a car do not go here unless you want to get li** to and told there's nothing that can do to help. They said they would fix the car and did no such thing. There district manager ** couldn't give me a straight answer and actually rais** his voice at me over the phone and then hung up on me. DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERS IF YOU NEED A WE OWE AGREEMENT AS THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THERE END OF THE CONTRACT. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have video evidence and bills of the car not working correctly after they had suppos**ly fix** it 4 times.

  If zero stars were an option its what I tried to pick. First, they picked me up in a car they knew I wanted but couldn't afford, a ***** Civic, because I had no other way to get there. Then after telling me my second choice, a ***** HRV, I needed a higher down payment for, I decided nothing would work and expected they'd take me home but they wouldn't. And mind you I live over an hour away. Then after trying to sell me a cheap piece of c*** *********** they said they now can get me in the ***** HRV but it wasn't ready for sale or detailed. They charged me a price higher than advertised and told me to not leave a review if it was any less than 5 stars. They knew it took every last ***** I had, in addition had to call my son for more and left me an almost empty tank knowing I'd barely make it home on that amount of gas. They are corrupt, inhumane criminals and I will bring them down!!!

  Since the hiring of *********************, the Kunes Autogroup in ******** is becoming a reputable dealership that has places the customer first. This was NOT the case a year ago, If ****** was involved in the purchase of your next vehicle, new, or used, you will be taken care of.

  They changed my price up to $20k more that advertised, doubling the monthly payment and I am still waiting for them to fix it.

  Getting the car I asked for took 2 weeks, when I was told it would take a day. Finally got the car, it had the crash light coming on when I left the parking lot. I told them that. They sent me to Nissan. Then proceed to give me the runaround. I told them they could put a luggage rack on since they couldn’t get that fix. They had to find the best price. 3 weeks later I told them to just tell me that they were not going to make good on the problems so I can stop trying to get a car that I am paying over $20,000 for to run right. Now they were supposed to get back to me about the part that finally came in for the crash light last Monday. I bout this car last November!!! Be 1000% happy with the car u drive of the lot and know that if anything comes up they will not fix it. Then u will be happy with this company.

  Purchased extended warranty and now they say its void. The truck had a tuner in when purchased and warranty doesn't cover when tuners are in the truck. They have admitted to knowing this and still won't make it right.

  Run, they lie and deceive you into coming in no matter how far Away you live!I applied at some car credit thing online. Next thing I know Kunes is texting me. I told them flat out no I have low credit and a repo on my history, all dealerships have turned me down.Next thing 2 managers, managers not regular sales staff but actually managers!Called me, I told them the same thing as in my texts. Noooo we will and can get you a vehicle, I'm like you sure before I waste time and gas from ******** ** to ********* **?Yup come on in etc. Waste 3 plus hours and probably $20 $30 in gas, oooooooo sorry we can't help you we lied.You ran my social security number, you saw my credit score and problems, I demanded you not waste my time. Why what did you gain a good laugh. Negative 5 stars ??

  I recently tried to buy a car from Kunes Hyundai in Sycamore on June 23rd. I got the temporary plates put on after I put the down payment and got insurance for the vehicle. On June 29th I got the plates put on and given the registration. I was told multiple times you are approved, the car is yours, you have nothing to worry about. I got a call 7/31 in the morning that I was not approved and wanted to work something out with me. Its has been a whole month that Ive had the car, why did I have to wait so long for me to get the call Im not approved.

  Where do I begin I purchased a vehicle from Kunes country in ****** !! And started out nothing but problems to where the regional manager *********************** had to get involved along with the ** ***** ( sorry I dont remember his last name ) mind you this is all happening now at the Sterling location we got paired up with ******************!! And from literally beginning to end even with the bumps in the road they stayed true to every SINGLE WORD !!! To say that I am great full is such an understatement its unbelievable what these men have done for us and was able to get us into a newer safer vehicle that I am totally in love with !!???????????????? to say thank you is such and understatement for what these gentlemen have done for us and for that we will be forever great full to Regional Manager *********************** General Manager ***** !!! **************** ** and **** our finance manager !!! Thank you For all that you have done !!!! You are AMAZING olllo HELLO JEEP LIFE !!!!!
