      Kohls cash is a scam spent 100 couple days ago I got $10 kohls cash email, went to checkout an item that cost $16 to be shipped it wouldn't let me place order, when I reloaded page to try again kohls cash was gone, no matter how many times i type the code in it won't put it back in my account, well guess my order was to little and was going to cost them more to ship maybe than making a profit, but that should've been honored regardless kohls charges 25%-75% more on items than any other store.

      One register was open at the store!! I waited in line where sign says line starts here. I waited almost 10 minutes. Out of nowhere another customer comes up walking around me and the line. Walking all around vacant registers. The manager Matt comes up to open a register. The lady customer goes and steps to the new register. I told her that I was next and that was rude. She didn’t like it. She said she didn’t know and I told her she did because she had walked around me clearly in line and it’s disrespectful. She said she didn’t know I said in a regular voice to Matt that she knew and it was just disrespectful and unbelievable. Matt then says he doesn’t like my attitude and tells me I can leave the store. Thankfully I have all of this on video because I mistakenly hit my camera as I was walking. I believe this was discrimination and blatant racism. This is not to be tolerated condoned or to be brushed aside. Discrimination has no place in 2024 this isn’t the 1950s.

      Kohls is going down in caring about their loyal customers. I usually order online and if my order contains items to be shipped i constantly have to check on my orders to make sure there's activity of my order getting to me in the time it states"Estimated" delivery date as told by one of their customer service reps. They don't care when you receive your merchandise which they've already taken my money if you get it or not and especially when. I spend thousands of dollars there and feel not valued even sometimes ripped off. And their solution is to give you$5 kohls cash when ive spend over$50 on every order i place. And id say 3out of 10 times customer service or online help actually helps and resolves your issue. For such a big company i wouldn't recommend this place one bit. Im surprised thst since the pandemic and people trying to get back to normal and businesses trying to get consumers and i would think want to keep repeat consumers coming back that they don't stress to their customer service reps. How important it is to keep those customers happy. Ive never asked for anything ridiculous or outrageous only to get my merchandise they take my money for to get them on time when they say. Enough leeway time is already projected when ordering so therefore anymore time added on someone has dropped the ball. It's happened many times to me and im very frustrated with kohls. If you can't keep up with what you advertise then don't offer to the consumer. Alot of my decision to order from a store is based on time of arrival & kohls doesn't seem to think this is very important of course because they've taken my money already. I no longer have the trust in kohls like i use to and its very disappointing for i am a family of 8. They really need to pay attention to their online customers as much as in store. I have nothing good to say about kohls anymore. Don't shop there anymore people . Do NOT shop here!

      Not sure why the parking lot lights, (that apparently are controlled by the corporate office along with the overhead stereo system and the air conditioning temperature) at the store are not working over a month after they were reportedly struck by lightning. The parking lot at 8:15 pm last night was pitch black. Its dangerous for customers but also for any employee walking to their car, not to mention it appears youre closed. Corporate needs to pay attention and take care of its customers and employees.

      I was recently targeted as a shoplifter. Ive been shopping at Kohls for years. I am very disappointed in Management not getting back with me on the associates name that took my personal pants and the clothing I was buying and trying on out of the dressing room. The rude associate Bitsey that works in customer service claims the associate was doing her job, but that was not the case, she left clothes in the dressing room, but grabbed what I had. This was a horrible experience on so many levels. I am not a theif. They didnt accuse me of anything, they didnt have to. Their actions did. My rights as a shopper was violated on so many levels. I hate this Kohls now.

      I was automatically signed up for the *********** card,  and I was never asked ahead of time. Now I have a new line of credit on my reports, and thats the last thing I want. I called Kohls and the system initially brought me to a rep who told me to call a number ending in 1736 on 9/16 to OPT OUT- I did that this morning and that number is disconnected. When I called Kohls back, now it automatically redirects me to capital one. I closed that account as thats the only option they gave me, there was not an opt out option with them. I called kohls back and the rep on the line was adamant that I should be able to get the automated system on that number to opt out, he stated he called while i was on hold and it worked, but when he went to transfer me, the call disconnected. I was on hold, or on the line about this for over an hour and a half this morning with no resolution. No company should be able to open a line of credit on behalf of someone else without our knowledge and approval. These kinds of things can be a huge issue. What if I was getting ready to purchase a home? This could have tanked the entire purchase.

      I thought I was getting a rewards points card but they signed me up for a credit card!! I have spent the last 5+ years trying to get it canceled. On July 11 2024 I was assured that on September 16th the card would close due to rejection of their new terms. Instead they sent me a new card. I tried to call and get an understanding of the problem but their customer service AI put me in a loop for 30 mins then when I hit "0" multiple times it transferred me to a line on hold for almost another hour. The customer service group was difficult to understand and couldn't resolve my issue.

      Kohls is the worst! You cannot get hold of corporate and you end up talking to call centers manned by people with accents and some hard to understand. I purchased clothes for my grandsons and when I was returning some of them I was penalized $13.24 due to Kohls cash and I never spent it as when I did attempt to Kohls took the order and then canceled it due to not having it in stock. That was 8-08-24, I attempted it again 8-5-24 with a customer service *** who said I could not get my adjusted deduction of $13.24 back. She reorder the items for me and of course I get an email canceling the order again!!! So they offer Kohls cash and I cant use it because they never have stock! All I want is my $13.24 back!!!!!!

      My mother was in town visiting and went to our local khols with my wife. My mother was buying something but did not have her card on her so she asked the cashier to look her card up in the system. Cashier asked for a last name and of course they both had the same last name and the cashier chose to use the address that was local, not the one my mother asked her to. Then the next thing we know khols is saying we owe money and we know we did not order anything. Called customer service got the charge removed and my mother paid her amount. But the negative credit reporting IS STILL ON my credit report. I have spent hundreds of dollars for a credit repair company to help me get this removed and KHOLS keeps telling them it is correct. WRONG this is affecting my ability to strengthen my credit to buy a home. This is just awful lazy behavior from a company I used to hold in high regard. If any real person looked into my situation at all they would realize this was a mistake and I DID NOT AUTHORIZE any purchases on my card. Which is why we didnt look to pay anything because and was ultimately late. Very very sad. I continue to have dispute letters sent and next is attorney general complaint.

      I used to shop at this store for all my clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories and housewares. Quality and prices were great. Now, they have done away with almost all their old brands, and the style, quality, and prices are horrible. The store is crowded, unorganized, and unattractive. Every few months, they move around everything, so it is even more difficult to find merchandise. I hardly ever go to this store now, and after a fruitless shopping experience today for jewelry (bought nothing), I have decided to never darken their doorstep again. I would assume they are going the way ***** and ****** went. Good-bye.
