      Lost a customer! I have been dealing for a few months with customer service due to a *************************** transaction on my credit card. I called on the day it was done, April 7th to inform them. They canceled my card and issued me a new one. But apparently not removing the fraudulent charge. I have called customer service 5 times since April 7th, each time be assured that the fraud team is working on it and the charges will be removed. I even asked to talk to the mom manager, *******, on May 13th and he assured me the charges would be removed by June 3. I called on June 2nd to get an update. **** sent thru a ticket for the fraudulent charges, unbeknown to me this was the first ticket opened and I had already called 4 times talking to customer service. I called again on June 5th since the charges are still on my card and they informed me that the ticket was just opened on June 2. What about all the calls I made before regarding this charge being assured all will be taken care of. All these people lied to me. I have now completely closed my Kohls account after being a MVP customer for over 20 years. I will no longer shop at Kohls or even step foot in another Kohls store. They lost a customer for life. You cant treat your customers like this. This is unacceptable. As I told the customer Service lady today, I have no more words. How frustrating.

      ****** charged me twice for one order. Once I was able to speak with someone in customer service they explained they could see the double charge but my bank would have to do the work to get the money back. The customer service rep informed me they are unable to refund my money without all my bank info. However, they were able to withdraw the money from my bank and when I took the **** socks back for my money, the store was able to do a refund how the heck can customer service not help? Is this how the company is making their money? They double charge people and know most will not fight for the money back? That explains how they are keeping the doors open because they definitely are not busy. It's getting bad in this world when department stores are having to take from the customer who does pay!

      I tried to return items that I had bought online. The store was instant that I should get $10 less than my purchase price because kohls cash that had been earned on that purchase had been redeemed. I was instant that I did not redeem any kohls cash after that purchase but the store manager didn’t care and I was only offered the return value less the $10. After calling the customer service, I learned that the kohls cash had been redeemed by someone not me (a known scam occurring with kohls cash) and after the second call to kohls customer service, I was finally told that I would be credited back my $10. Their whole kohls cash is a ponzu scheme where they will not credit you back actually money paid for an item of kohls cash has been redeemed at a later time. Then if the item that was purchased with the kohls cash is returned, they will just issue kohls cash. Ultimately, there were taking $10 or my money and trying to give me $10 is kohls cash and wanted to call it even.

      I'm only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option.. Feb '23 I paid my payment,,less than $25, since then they put it back in to my bank account, took it out,put it back in took it back out put it back in..as the $25 was paid I had no balance. Then in April '23 ,I got a notice saying I owe a late fee cause the payment in Feb was never paid ..BS I filed a complaint and they took the late fee off but messed up my credit score,I was trying to buy a house and it dropped 85 points ,it took me years to build it up .they said that everything they did was correct and they weren't going to admit fault, I will not shop in kohl's ever again..

      this company used to have great customer service. It is now the worst customer service ever. I even called corporate to ask for assistance and never got a return call. 1) worse website to use. 2) in person is beyond awful, reported to the mgr multiple times and still worst service, 3) trying to pay the bill is awful. I had a return and got socked $19.50 for the return. No one could explain the reason. 4) i cancelled the credit card and every time I speak with Kohls they send email but cancelling the credit card I have to wait 7-10 business days for snail mail, I had to listen to a huge bunch of reason that I should keep the card . I gave each of my grandkids permission to use kohls and I regret even trying to deal with Kohls. Your loss ,my gain

      Website banner said free shipping over $49. Shipping charge never showed on the payment screen, but it was clearly on my receipt. Classic bait and switch. Then I received an email indicating my order had shipped on a Tuesday. On Saturday, **** said it was still awaiting the item. Customer service claims it’s in transit but has no evidence to support that. So I was overcharged and under delivered.

      I may never buy from Kohl's again. I have been ill and looking for a place to move and forgot to use my Kohl's cash from returned items. I remembered the day after they expired. It was about $120 that is now gone. I have been purchasing from Kohl's as an MVP for years and this is not the type of service that I expect to receive for my loyalty. I earned that Kohl's cash from spending a large sum of money with the company. It is a scam to lure you in by giving Kohl's cash but then taking it away from you if something is occurring in your life that prevents you from shopping for a short period of time.

      Giving a one star because there is no option for zero. I have been in touch with Kohls for four months, trying to resolve a mistake they made. They sent my monthly statement to the wrong, address, wrong state, that I have NEVER changed my address with them. I received a notification from my credit. monitoring company that a payment was 60 days late. ( I didn't even know I had a balance, since they sent the statement to *********, I live in **, This caused a huge drop in my credit score (84 points). I called immediately and was refunded all late fees, was told it was their error and he agreed there is no record of me changing my address and he had no idea what had happened. For some reason they linked my card with my adult daughter who moved to **, without my knowledge. I was told by numerous people on numerous phone calls, ( to I have no idea what country), that they would send a letter to the credit agency and let them know this was their error. This still has not been done and now I am being told they got that address from the post office- but could not tell me how, or why- and they did not feel they are at fault. I have been a Kohls card holder for 20 years, I have never had a late payment on my credit report, for any creditors, until this episode. Regardless if they believe they are at fault or not, they clearly sent 2 statements to the wrong address, wrong state, and that caused me a significant issue, that alone should prompt someone in charge to do something to help the situation. I will NEVER to to Kohls again. Bad enough the customer service people barely are understandable and do not know how to answer any questions that do not have a scripted answer for, sad company, sad way of doing business.

      I was ln Kohl's and I did not have my card with me. I was told that my Kohl's card needed to be updated, after giving my drivers license to an associate I was told I had a new card coming. I asked if this was going to go affect my credit and was told it was just to confirm information. Same day I get notices from my credit monitors that a new application for credit card was on my report. Not only did Kohl's misrepresent themselves but the act affected my credit.

      On March 6,2024 I was double charged for $318.80 I visited kohls on March 19,2024. I looked at my kohls account before I visited and seen that my account had a current balance of $637.60. I called kohls to ask why is this the agent informed me that we received 2 payments from you I explained to him he should only have received 1 payment and I would like a refund check of my extra payment “I supposedly made” she issued a refund check. I called March 19th my check said on inform delivery that it was delivered on March 22nd. I waited 2 days before I called back and told them I didn’t receive it but in my mail it said it was delivered. My check was lost in the mail and I been fighting with kohls for 2 months now trying to get my check. One agent is telling me my check is reissued than another agent is telling me I have to wait 30 days before they can reissue than another person is telling me that my check was supposed to come May 3,2024 today is May 3,2024 and I received my mail and my check has not been delivered. I tried to explain that to them they want to say it hasn’t been the 10 days but it has been the 10-14 days. I just want my money. Like I told their agents you all was quick to double charge me and take my money I need you to have that same urgency to give me an check. I asked to speak to supervisor they can’t transfer me, I asked for corporate information the agent says we don’t give that information you have to find it on your own. Like lady what. I said okay I’ll just file an complaint with the BBB.
