      Racial discrimination, profiling, and 100% very rude . In ********* near ***********. Wouldnt give me a name of whom I was talking to they literally profiled me while I choose self checkout because I didnt bring my wallet I have my phone with my credentials on there app. While checking out they lied and asked me if I would like an additional 15% off well who wouldnt but it turned into a racial profiling argument because I didnt have my I.d with me oh but I keep a picture of my I.d on my phone but that wasnt good enough they embarrassed me and this isnt the first time this has happened. I went there to buy some clothes only to leave with the embarrassed thought like I was doing something wrong it was ridiculous they wouldnt even let me go back thru self checkout why do they have that and a tap to pay if you get harassed to a level that she shouldve just called me the n word for real thats how ugly it got she wouldnt even give me her name all she said was Im loss prevention my day went from pretty good to very very upset violated embarrassed and the sad thing is nothing will happen to those worthless employees I literally hate kohls now

      I ordered online some clothing for my 82 yr old mother. I used my name & address because she’s living w/me & I used her card to pay for them. She needs to turn in the receipt, having her name on the full receipt. My complaint is first of all, it is extremely difficult to get a live person to talk to, because there is no prompt for this. I made several different calls looking for this. Secondly, the reason I called, was I needed them to send me a receipt w/her name on it (to be turned in) & the total. I spoke to several people & no one could resolve this, although they took her credit card as payment w/her name on it! Seems like an easy ask, but noooo. The customer service (all the way up to corporate) really is quite disappointing & we are long standing Kohls customers that will no longer shop at this business. Really  *******

      Never received clothes in mailbox, but says it's been delivered to our house. It was supposed to be delivered today.They did the same thing with a gift to my mother in law in January earlier this year.They have no problem taking the money, but don't deliver!

      I went to Kohls in **********, **** circle. I waited in line while one cashier was helping a customer. There was a woman ahead of me. Two women walked up after me and after waiting a few minutes motioned to the cashier at customer service ( who did not have any customers) and said we want to check out. The customer service person took them and started ringing their things. Im still in line with the woman that was ahead of me. Next, a new cashier came over and took the woman ahead of me. When the first cashier finished with the woman she was ringing up, she left the register went to the customer service desk. Came out on the other side and walked off. At this point I was done with being invisible in Kohls. This is not the first time something similar has happened in this store. They are rude and inconsiderate. I respect my time and that of others. Be warned about the passive aggressiveness displayed by Kohls workers. No service is bad service!

      They didnt pay my bill after I called in to pay it and I had to call back multiple times. They continue to send bills with added late fees. As soon as this is resolved Im closing my account with them. Not worth all the time its taking away from taking care of my children to do something that they didnt do right the first few times !

      From my personal cell phone, I called Kohls customer service on 4/22/22 and made a payment on behalf of the account holder.Note: I AM NOT THE ACCOUNT HOLDER Shortly after making the payment, I received an email that came through my work email address, thanking me for the call and to complete a survey. How did Kohls obtain my personal information?.I contacted Kohls and after being on the call for about an hour with an associate and 2 supervisors, they were of no help. Called back in and spoke with another associate and she informed me that they gathered my information based on me calling from my cell phone, although I did not provide them any of my personal information.I believe the company fraudulently gathered my personal information for their benefit. This should be illegal. What protocol should be taken and how do I protect my identity?

      Due to the fact that I was away from home when my Kohl's bill arrived, my payment ($36.51) was received by the company 5 days after the payment due date. The following month's bill showed a "Previous Balance" of $36.51 and a late fee of $1. I called the company to inform them that they had received my payment of $36.51 and so I only owed them the $1 late fee. Two different agents told me that the "Late Fee" was now my entire balance of $36.51 plus the $1 charge, even though I had paid them the previous balance of $36.51. When I complained that this had to violate the state's usury laws, they replied that this was the way their system worked. They eventually waived the $36.51 part of the "late fee" but, if this is the way they typically handle late payments, I think it must violate some laws. Be careful!

      I placed an online order to be delivered to the store. I did not realize that online orders are placed in numbered slots on shelves in an unsecured room. My order was not in the slot that corresponded to the number I was given. I made employees aware, but they were unable to assist me. Within minutes, I received an email that stated my item had been picked up. I contacted Kohl's corporate and was told to dispute it with my credit card company. I did, and a few weeks later received a notice from my credit card company that Kohl's had provided documentation that I did pick up the order, and the credit to my account was reversed. I called Kohl's again and was told to dispute it again. I couldn't believe how shady this company was being. I will NEVER give Kohl's my business again. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

      my daughters wheelchair got damaged at the Kohl department store in ********* *********. We have been dealing with the headquarters of calls department store trying to get her wheelchair repaired since March. I have left multiple phone calls and multiple emails with no response. It is now April and we have told them that we are going on a family vacation the end of April need it fixed. I gave them the dollar amount from the vendor and it is only a $220 fix. I would fix it myself, but it is the matter of the fact that the closed department store in ********* had all of the handicap fitting rooms completely blocked which is not ADA acceptable and I have turned them in. I am also going to be filing a complaint with the ********* Department law Center, because I cannot get a response from the headquarters. I will also be getting a hold of the ADA American disability act and filing a claim with them not only did it affect my daughter I’m sure it will would have affected the elderly who needed to try on clothing when I asked if there was a fitting room I was told yes there’s a fitting room back in the men’s area, I said excuse me that’s not appropriate. I have a daughter who is 22 almost 23 years of age she is not going back into the men’s area to try on clothing. We finally got her back to the fitting rooms after she maneuvered it back into the fitting room with obstacles from clothing racks that were in the way and damaged her power wheelchair. I’ve submitted pictures at least probably 8 to 10 pictures to the corporation of what needed to be fixed. I was told to contact a lady at the headquarters. I’ve contacted her multiple times the last conversation I was told it was out of her hands , however she left me no number no email of who I could contact so here I am left sitting not knowing what the statuses so I’ve left no choice but to pursue it further with the ********* Department of law center and file a complaint with a Better Business Bureau.

      They have misleading and fasley marked sales all over the store! I have one picture I took of the sign saying additional 50% off the already reduced price up to 85% off! They will not honor it they say it is not for the rack of clothes it is directly sitting at the end of and and is also another sign sitting at the end of the next rack that says the same thing! the entire area is a clearance area! I tried to post a picture on here. Oh and they asked me to not take any more pictures because the entire store has stuff marked like that, that they are not honoring, lady had **********, dishes and a set of pans she told them they were marked additional 50% of they would not honor hers either! When I told them it was false advertisement and illegal she and I quote said our district manager was just here a few hours ago and said the signs were fine! ( i dont believe that) i am a manager any good manager would have had them move the signs that were where the sale was not included from those shelves and racks, marked the same additional 50% off. And i was under her breath cursed at, she thought i couldn't hear her!
