      I purchased an electric blanket from Kohls. It burnt my bedding four layers of it. The company of the blanket is no longer in business. Kohls says its past 180 days policy. And Kohls say they have no email address that I can send a pictures to. Ive been told I would get a phone call back two times through chat. An email address that had to do with investors, only email address I could find iMessage and sent pictures and Ive got nothing.

      Ordered from Kohls.com and one of the items was bath towels on clearance for .62. Well they had 17 of them so I bought them all. Now I knew they had 17 and it may be a few short but they only shipped me 2. That's 2 of 17 and says partially shipped. Well 2 weeks after delivery was supposed to be made I called to see what was going on as I don't mind waiting for that price but I was given no communication from kohls about the remainder of order which I had been charged for completely. When I called they said I never paid for order until I gave them the order number and told them it's on my Kohl's card. Well after all this they said we won't replace them we will only issue a refund cause they did not believe the price on their own website. My main problem with Kohl's is that they did not have the product but yet for 2 weeks after delivery was supposed to be made I was not contacted by Kohl's to rectify whether they will refund or ship. So I believe Kohl's was going to say nothing and keep my money. I call that FRAUD

      I am very disappointed and very disgusted with the kohl's credit card. I made a minimum payment, then later, I noticed they took the remaining balance from my checking account. I never set up an automatic payment. Therefore, I became very upset and I cancelled the kohl's credit card.

      They changed their website for login purposes. I have tried to log in for several days. I cannot login! They claim I hit one of their "BOT"S. for over a week? So I shopped at ******, ******* and other stores. I cannot shop on line at all. My son lives in ********. He has an authorized use on my credit card. He too could not login to shop on line. Here is a young man in grad school trying to use his spare time wisely and order his jeans online. I could not do it for him and he could not do it for himself. I will never shop at Kohls again. This is insanity.

      Do not open a Kohls account! Like everyone is saying below, they are charging Exorbitant late fees even when you pay on time. They come up with random excuses as to why you still owe the late fee and only pretend to take off the late fee. Not sure how long ******* *** has been taking payments for Kohl's, but this did not use to happen. Have been a loyal Kohl's customer for over 25 years and today, no more! The customer service representative tried to rush me off the phone and I told him to close my account and he claims to he did it. I doubt it as it only took him 2 seconds to do so - not even possible. I am so frustrated and plan to continue to fight this as it is highway robbery - corporate greed!

      DO NOT OPEN A KOHLS ACCOUNT, It ruined my credit score. I kept trying logging in to my account to pay and the next thing I know I have a late fee, I am also enrolled in auto pay. I called kohls and they told me that they sent me a new card with new number and that's why I can't log in. I did not call or ask them to send me a new card. I called to pay collection and ask them to waive the late fees incurred as it was not my fault and the agent was so condescending "Well we have tried to call you multiple times" Take note I tried to call several times and they said that they couldn't open my account with my phone number I even offered my full social. I told the agent is it ironic that you cant see my account with my phone number but then told me that you tried to call me multiple times? Is this a scam that they do all the time to profit from late fees??

      I have been a loyal customer for 37 years and this is my first time asking them to add on an authorize user to my account. It has been 34 days and it has not been completed yet. The customer service representative is sending me another letter to add my granddaughter to the account because the other one has been 34 days ago. I am very unhappy and don't appreciate being treating like this. I contacted kohls 5 times and no satisfaction.Ms. P.

      1. I was told when I got my kohls card that all purchases would earn kohls cash. I found out today they lied.2. I had $80 in kohls cash available from 2/23-3/10. I went to use it today and it says $0. I even showed my daughter They couldn't help me in store so I called customer service they 1. Don't have Americans, go figure and 2 they couldn't help either.They literally STOLE $80. I will be canceling my card.
