      My wife purchased a Keurig K select coffee maker. We were not satisfied with the unit. My wife called and asked if we could return it. She was told yes no problem, if you don’t have the receipt just bring it in the original box. So we did. We wanted to upgrade to a better model. She purchased this February 13 about 6:30 pm paying $160.49. She used a Kohl’s gift card $50.00 and $110.49 for a total of $160.49. We returned the coffee maker Saturday evening at 5:14 pm, she was given a store credit card with no explanation until she questioned the amount of $85.59. At that time the clerk and manager on duty told us that was all they would refund. I asked for a higher up manager and was told Emily would be in the morning and she should be able to fix it. We spoke with Emily who told us the transaction was closed last night sorry. I refuse to accept this.

      ZERO Stars!! Had to select at least one star unfortunately. WARNING to consumers!! If you purchase any items with your Kohl's credit card, you will not get a cash back refund if/when returning items with an original receipt. I was just informed of this by local Kohl's store (and the HQ Rep that I complained to) that after spending over $100 on items, using my Kohl's Credit Card (after being influenced to do so by the Kohl's check out person to save $) that they would not be providing me with cash back despite what the back of the receipt states: "Yes, Returns are Easy! Your satisfaction is our priority. With an original receipt, you'll get a refund or even exchange." I presented original receipt, and wasn't exchanging anything, it's been less than a week since purchase, had immediately paid off the Kohl's card balance right after the initial credit card transaction but was denied cash back when returning items & told the only refund options as 1) return $ to my Kohl's card (which has a zero balance) or 2) a merchandise credit. Told me if I had used my debit card to make original purchase, they could do it, but not when a Kohl's credit card is used. Kohl's doesn't honor their return policy AND doesn't fully disclose return policy when using Kohl's credit card returns, even on their website, it doesn't tell you the above. Seriously SHADY business practices. So I closed my Kohl's card. I prefer to shop brick & mortar, and despite shopping at Kohl's for a long time, I'll be doing more online shopping elsewhere. BABI Kohl's!! I'll also be contacting the state AGs office to file a consumer complaint.

      On 2/7/2024 I got a call from a Kohls bill collector. I was told that my payment was late.The payment was due on 1/20/2024.I researched and learned that my payment was made and posted to my checking account on 1/9/2024. I was told I needed a cancelled check. I went to my ***** bank and learned that there was an electronic deposit of my check which was posted to my account on 1/9/2024. I recontacted Kohls the same day. I was assured that my account would be corrected. I spoke to call takers identified as 16qf, 1kyj, 1c48, and 15j4. Also 1m06. Each assured me that the account would be corrected.In addition I had another payment due on Feb20,2024. Realizing I should not mail a check, due to the lack of professionalism. I made an additional $100. Payment at the ********** **. store.To my shock these unprofessional people called my home around 8am on 2/14/2024. It is now1:46pm in ********. After another lengthy call with these idiots at around 12:00pm. I was told that a supervisor would return my call shortly.I would suggest if anyone deals with Kohls. Make your payments at the store. They absolutely cannot be trusted

      I am handicapped and dont have a checking account I am being told by Kohls they no longer accept debit cards for payment over the phone. I feel this discriminatory as having to go into the store just to make a payment is extremely hard. When I ask to speak to a manager on the phone I was told they also would do nothing for me. I would like to have this matter to be resolved but they refused to help me wont be charging at Kohls anymore

      I purchased some sheets and pillowcases from Kohls. I wanted good quality and felt sure Kohls would deliver. I received the sheets and paid $199.99 with discounts. I was please with the purchase. Wanting another set, I searched for the exact brand for a cheaper price as $200 was a bit much. I did find the exact same sheet for $57.79 at ******. That was quite a difference in price. I called Kohls without any luck. They stated that they do not match prices with ****** purchases. It was the exact same sheet. That is a total of $142.20 extra that Kohls charged. I find this is definitely not good business policy and the increase in price is exorbitant! No, I will not shop Kohls again and will close my account.

      Do not open a Kohls account! I had someone use my Kohls card in **********, **. I am in *****, *******. The person who used my Kohls card charged 178 dollar and bought perfume. They picked up the merchandise at the store and used my name and account. Nobody asked for any identification.I was notified of the charges by my credit monitoring service. I called Kohls and they said it takes 60 days to investigate the fraudulent charge. I would have to pay the late fees if they decide that I made the purchase.Never again! I closed the card. I never want this to happen again. *****, ******** card, and others have never taken 60 days to investigate!

      Fraudulent company! My kohls account was hacked. Called immediately after a fraudulent order was placed. Was told it was cancelled and my card refunded. For whatever reason they shipped the order out to a different state and I am still being charged for it. Every time I call they tell me it has to be reviewed and could take 60 days. They refuse to transfer me to someone who can help and tell me there is NO corporate number.

      Let me start by expressing the disgrace that is this kohls . Not only are they extremely rude but they all dont speak English . The managers there walk around like their nose are high ! The only good manager there is one of the guys and even he got an attitude . The store manager is just as bad but Im sure she flirts with corporate thats the only reason she has her job If u wanna go to Kohls go to ******************* . This is the most ghetto , nasty store Ive been to and on top of that they got HORRIBLE SECURITY ! Point blank that place needs to be closed down or reevaluated cause those people working there for X amount of years still dont know nothing about customer service !! Worst kohls I’ve ever been in to ! Horrible system horrible service get these managers OUT they are horrible for your business !

      I will never again purchase anything from Kohls. I have been a customer for many years and I have always paid my credit card on time. Kohls reported me to the credit bureau for being more than 30 days late on a $16 bill that I owed that I had no idea I owed, because I never received a statement, I never received anything in the mail or online to notify me that I had a payment. Once I found out that I owed it, I paid it but the very next day they reported me to the credit bureau and dropped my credit score I am extremely disappointed, and I will never ever ever step foot into Kohls store again , this is the appreciation I get for giving them business for so many years. Had I received a statement I would have promptly paid it. So maybe better communication with your customers would prevent this from happening in the future
