      Was falsely accused of shoplifting and I am still very upset about how my teenage daughter and I were singled out for no reason. We visited Kohls in Seal Beach today at approximately 7:30pm. Upon entering we decided to head up to the second floor to use the restroom prior to looking around their store. Upon heading to the restroom we walked by customer service as an employee walking out of their breakroom followed us into the restroom and confronted us about shoplifting. We were already in the stall and the employee by the name of “Ginger” was yelling accusing us about the merchandise the customer service rep said we had taken. She startled us as she stormed in yelling. We exited the stall and advised the employee, we had no shopping bags or any merchandise with us. She then looked at us from head to toe to see if we had anything. All we had were our small crossbody bags not big enough to possibly fit anything and my daughter’s sweater. She realized we had nothing with us then started yelling from inside the restroom to the employee by the name of “Heather” in customer service working at the front desk saying they don’t have anything, they don’t have anything, it’s just her sweater. Before we could say anything else she ran out of the restroom. This is extremely embarrassing as all other customers in and out of the restroom could hear these employees yelling. After exiting the restroom we headed downstairs to ask to speak to management. The manager on the floor “Carlos” asked what the situation was and what employees were involved. We explained what had happened with Ginger and Heather and he asked to give him a few minutes. About five minutes later he came back down with another manager named “Hayden” who proceeded to ask again what the situation was. We explained once again what happened and what employees were involved. He apologized and explained that the employees did not follow protocol and should not have approached us and followed us into the restroom.

      I dont even want to leave a one star review they dont deserve that. Called number on my elderly, hearing impaired mothers kohls card. I knew they would want to verify with her if allowing me to talk to them which was fine until she decided to ask her several different questions that werent needed. She was a very rude person so I asked to speak to her manager and he was just as rude. I ask him what was put into place for the elderly hearing impaired so they can communicate with them. He then proceeded to start yelling at me. I have never come across people so rude. I am sure we arent the only ones who have encountered this problem. Kohls needs to retrain their employees on customer relations and putting a plan into effect for the elderly who have impairments. Thank you for your time. Manager of the above female employee said name was Tommy with a bade number of OONNH no idea if knowing if that is his ID or not.

      I purchased kitchen appliances and sent in for the rebates that you offered during your sale in November, 2023. I sent in the receipt, the form and the UPC code. That is required to file to get the rebate. I have received notification that receipts or UPC code are missing. Which isn't true. I made sure that each item I purchased had all the items required. How do you lose receipts or UPC codes?? I want my money back for the rebates.

      I made a purchase from Kohls online and now I can't STOP the ads that are coming daily on my email. Everytime I get them, I click on "unsubscribe" and then the next day, there they are again! I've been "unsubsctibing" for well over a month now. If Kohls can't handle a simple thing like "unsubscribe", I don't trust that they could handle anything else either. I will never order from Kohl's again and fully attend to warn people about the relentless harassment of Kohls emeail ads.

      Horrible resolution from their billing department. I had a fraudulent charge on my kohls credit card and was told it takes 60 days for them to resolve it. Also I am responsible for the monthly payment until it is resolved! This is ludicrous that I should pay for fraudulent charges. The customer should not be responsible or have to go through so much hassle. No one could offer a solution and there is no upper manager to discuss with. I will never buy from Kohls again. If you have a Kohls card I would cancel it, you are responsible for all fraud until they sort things out for 60 days!!!

      I purchased a pair of pants online they sent a pair of pants with a different SKU number than the pants I purchased. Went to return pants and they would not except pants. So I called customer service to settle matter. After several phone calls and trips to store. I had to call customer service while in line at the store so customer service could tell store how to do refund. But store could not refund so customer service told the store to keep pants and they would issue refund on there end. 25 days later no refund called customer service today they said it shows they issued a refund 2 days before I even returned pants and there nothing I can do about it. So Kohls has stolen my money. Please don't let this happen to you. I don't know how they stay in business after reading all the bad reviews.

      Kohls is running a scam. I purchased two items for a total of $87.98 (one item $59.99 and other item $27.99). I received discounts and Kohls cash in the amount of $38.38 and my charge card paid $49.60. I needed to return the $27.99 item and knew some of it was covered by discounts and Kohls Cash. I determined that it was ****% of the order so I expected my charge card would receive a credit of $15.77 for the item (even though all the Kohls cash would have been applied to the first item if that was the only item I bought). The associate told me my card would receive a credit of $3.48 for the return and I could have the rest in Kohls cash which I don't need. Then another associate said go buy something with it then. I said I expect the Kohls cash to be pro-rated and should get a credit of $15.77 - it was not happening. I said basically you are stealing the shirt - you get the shirt and I get $3.48 yet I paid $15.77 for it. She said but you are getting Kohls Cash that I don't need. Kohls does not really accept returns - keep my money until I spend it on something else. I won't be spending any more at Kohls from now on.

      I order some baby gifts for a shower in one order. First they shipped the order in 3 different packages. All had the same address but only 2 got delivered. The 3rd said incomplete address. Contact customer care, and they said I had to wait until they received it back to get a refund; which could take **** days. I end up reordering the item, which is now going to be late for the event. Contact customer service again because the tracking said returned since December 14th. Here we are 14 days later and I still haven't received my refund. Rep ********** ** tells me it can take up to 30 days now and gets her supervisor ***** to say the same thing. It didn't take them 30 days to take my money but I have to wait 30 days after you received back the item to get money back. No compensation for my inconvenience, no expedited refund as the tracking said you received, NOTHING. ****** customer service is horrible and the 1 star is still too high to give them

      I buy the majority of my Christmas gifts at kohls every year and have always been satisfied but this year has been very disappointing. I had an issue with almost every order I've received since November. I ordered a expresso machine and the box looked like it was dropped before packing did work when I received and yes I got a replacement but there have been other issues with other orders. I ordered womens pjs and it looked like it was thrown in bag and had a footprint on it. These are just examples, ive had other issues. Just want to make you aware with things being packaged.I am not as satisfied with my orders lately as I have been previously.And when I return something that can't be corrected my kohls cash gets taken. I had to finish my Christmas shopping with *** and ************

      Extremely horrible customer service! I ordered a gift card online and it was never received electronically. I spoke to a total of 3 customer service reps and 3 supervisors. Each time, I got a different response and each acted as if options were not available. The last customer service rep and supervisor, ****** changed their story at least 5 times until I shared I was recording the conversation. I was in a ****** store on Wednesday and I saw a total of 5 people complaining in the short amount of time I was in the store. Then to have to start calling customer service on the following day and receiving totally unacceptable service! I will be spreading the word continually not to shop at ******! They have no respect for their customers at all! The ****************** do not care about the customer & clearly say, "no current" option are available and you will have to wait! UNACCEPTABLE! Do NOT order a gift card online!
