      I'm am early shopper for Christmas. I ordered some items on November 25th and it is now December 22, 2023 I keep getting updates on delivery so I called three times to find out that some of my items are sold out ( they weren't when I placed my order in November) So they refunded the items and took back my $30 in kohls cash even through I purchased other items in the store. so now I got a message saying the other 3 items will be at my home on December 19th and that they discount the cost of those items showing subtotal $71.99 and it said yes we can discount $71.99 and free shipping total amount due FREE. so I just got my statement and there is no discount and still have to pay for the items I didn't receive because they should be at my home today. I explained about my e-mail that I would be getting the Items for free. Thank you call for hours on the phone and getting nowhere now I have to wait for the Items to come and return them because I am done!!!! never again !!!!

      My Kohls account was hacked, and my bank card was used to place a $375 in store pickup order. I let them know immediately, but they said they could not cancel the order even though they knew it was fraudulent. They said that I had to wait until I received an email saying the pickup was ready before I could cancel it. I waited until I got the email, and then I canceled the order. I got an email confirming that the order had been canceled. There was a pending charge for $375 that I was waiting to fall off, but then it went though. I went back to the chat to ask for a refund for the fraudulent order that was canceled. The lady had the nerve to try to assure me that my private information was safe. Well, then how did someone use my bank card? They said they cant give me a refund that I have to dispute it through the bank. They basically stole $375 from me right before Christmas. What kind of business is okay with this?

      Came into store to purchase items for my wife and was accosted by three police officers telling me lost prevention assumed I was going to steal was questioned and told not to steal very disturbed by the incident. If not for me keeping my composure things could have gone totally wrong. Contacted customer service and no response yet received. Due to the incident I will not be spending another dime with this company. Location ***********************************************.

      I ordered a pair of Nike boots for my son from Kohl’s website, as they didn’t carry them in the store. when I received the boots from delivery I opened up the sealed box, and they were worn and dirty, like they had been worn and put back in stock. I returned the boots to the store instead of sending them back , I was refunded my money in full. I am only sending this to let others know that this has happened. We contacted customer service for Kohl’s and though they apologized they were not interested in making sure the corporate office would know about this, so here I am here. I figured it would not at all get past customer service, and I was right. Whom ever did this should be reprimanded or fired ..

      Took me 5 attempts to cancel my card that I was tricked into signing up for. They have up and end chats instead of cancelling your card. I took screen shots and recorded phone calls to take legal action against these scammers.

      On November 29, 2023, I purchased several Christmas presents online with Kohls. The merchandise left ******* on November 30. It reached **************** on December 4. The package was damaged, so it was sent back to the Sender. On December 8 it was back to Sender, delivered. I called customer service and the said yes it was back in ******* but they were not going to send me new merchandise. On December 13 I called customer service again, they told me it would take 30 days to get a refund. My bill is due on January 3, so I will have to pay for something I dont have until they decided to return my money. They did not hesitate to take my money, yet when the package was damaged it will take them 30 days to refund my money. Somehow that isnt logical. I have to go buy new gifts, happy holidays to me!

      I paid my minimum payment due $95 and received a confirmation for this amount. My account was charged $2789.00. They will not refund any overpayments and stating I need to dispute with my bank which can take 45 days. I have continued to call and ask for a manager, and they keep disconnecting the call. One rep asked if I wanted to speak to someone in the USA. I will be closing my account and will never use Kohl's again. I have never had any issues, but when I called the automated system on 12/11/23, the message kept saying your call cannot be received at this time, please try again later.

      Please KOHL’s don’t employ bad CSRs like Milie who repeat scripts provided to them like AI or old recorders. They don’t know how to talk to frustrated customers or know how to empathise with humans. You employ people who are going to move your business to downhill. You should learn something from Amazon or Target for their great CSRs. It is a pain to talk to your agents. Your BOT chat performances are much better. At least they are not humans.

      My account was hacked and I was charged over $700 for 26 items I did not order. The person tried to change the shipping address but was unsuccessful so all the items shipped to me…in 8 different shipments. I spoke to a representative who told me they’d open a ticket but couldn’t provide any confirmation of when I’d hear back from them. I called back and again the agent was completely unhelpful and told me I could bring the items back for a store credit to use for Christmas….what??? I asked if it was possible to send me shipping labels so I could have UPS pick up the items, and was told NO. At this point I’m still waiting for 4 more packages, then I will have to sort through all items to be sure I have everything so I can return the them and get my card refunding, I hope. This has been a terrible experience, Kohl’s should have picked up on the red flags with this order when the person placed an order over the credit card balance, which Kohls allowed to go through anyway, and then when the person tried to change the shipping address. Beware if you open a kohls card, your account is NOT secure and customer service will be of no help if it’s stolen! I plan to close my account as soon as this nightmare is over.

      They told me if I paid x amount that my account would close in good standing imagine a few months later after paying the amount they told me to pay I was still be charged and the different customer service representative told me it was not the correct information and that I would have pay again scams I really want a lawyer to sue them
