      Never again. They should get a half star. If you try and return something from Black Friday sales they will refund you the amount minus the discounts they give you for BF item, totally ridiculous, but they will let you go through the department and find an exact value item. I spent over an hour trying to find two **** items and I could not even combine the two items (**** x 2 = $19.98) and find one item for this price (much easier to do if you think about it). Even after the store manager got involved, so I had to take two LT ******* which do not fit regular sized men, but ****** has most of their men's clothes as Tall. Everything on sale at Black Friday was Tall--what a scam.Then on top of it, after I voiced my frustration with the transaction the manager, he gave me the refund ****** dollar speech that someone in the comments experienced. Their policy on returns is a rip-off, and I will not buy anything else from ******. Theses are the rules for returns that are not clear; If Amazon gives me a discount and I return the item they refund me the line item price I paid. ****** takes your refunded amount and takes away the discount from the line item price and refunds the balance----not cool and deceptive marketing. Never again.Here are the reprinted rules:1. The item must be the same price, it cannot be over and cannot be below, it MUST BE THE SAME 2. If you used a discount code then you WILL NOT be able to return the item 3. If all the of above are met then the item needs to be the EXACT SAME BRAND of the clothing item you are exchanging (this is close to impossible).Smarmy management and shady sales practices.Now I'm stuck with 2 jerseys sized LT that do not fit around the torso and can't return except for another Tall size that will not fit the torso of most men who are regular L or XL. Ironically the website infers that you can wear the LT like a regular size. Misleading and not the case.

      STAY FAR AWAY FROM KOHLS ESPECIALLY THE ONE IN NORWALK CT THEY ARE THE WORST EMPLOYEES MANAGEMENT AND JUST NOT WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! STAY AWAY AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND SOME OTHER DECENT STORE THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES WILL BE IN ITS PLACE! EVERYONE SPREAD THE WORD TO BOYCOTT ALL KOHLS! ITS MAKING ME PICK A RATING BUT THE RATING IS MINUS 2 million stars so I have to click 1

      I havent used my Kohls card in years. I got an email tonight saying, thank you for your purchase. I looked into it and it was for a $650 juicer. I obviously did not purchase this online and it was being shipped to my old address (told you I havent shipped there in years). After looking for suspicious things in the email, making sure it wasnt a scam, I logged into my kohls account and sure enough, the charge was there. I was able to cancel it online and promptly canceled both my kohls card and account. I wont be going back there unless its to return amazon purchases.

      I went to kohls ********** ** today to return an item and the line was long. There was only one person in customer service. The only girl that was in CS had to call another one to help her. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You just lost another customer

      Placed online order to ship to me in **** and noticed some items showing to be picked up in store in ****. Called kohls right away to see what could be done. Told some items not available to ship so closest to me is Iowa. Asked if order cant be fulfilled want to cancel. Was told option to cancel not available but I could try to reorder pick up items and supervisor would try then to cancel new order. Told me several times my order cant be cancelled. I said this didnt make sense and I would cancel through my bank. Supervisor said okay and do that. What kind of customer service is this? I have never heard of an order cant be cancelled if company cant fulfill. Bank could not believe this either but they were able to file a claim to cancel. Thankfully employees where I bank have a brain! I have a long Xmas list and have been a loyal kohls shopper for many years. I will not spend another penny at kohls and told many people my experience with them.

      Kohl's should stop allowing payments via PayPal if your stores are incapable of giving refunds back to the original payment. If this isn’t a possible resolution, this type of payment shouldn’t be allowed (or a warning before check out should be given). If I want my money back and I have product in hand: unused, with tags, and receipts, and I want to receive my own money back to my own bank (and not to a Kohl’s gift card where you are forcing me to come back and spend that money with you) is a completely reasonable request. I was told I would have to get help through their online customer service via phone call (while I was standing in the their store talking to a manager). Online Customer service rep tells me “no worries, file a dispute with PayPal and we will refund.” Ridiculous, but whatever fine. So, I do. PayPal makes me jump through THEIR hoops. Kohls demands proof. I submit receipts. PayPal said Kohls denies refund. Wow!!! So again, this only gives me one option for refund which is to go back to the store (which is 20 minutes away and spending more gas money) to receive my refund in a Kohls gift card (I also asked if manager would just cash it out and she said that was not an option). Obviously I’m not happy with Kohls and I don’t WANT to spend anymore money there, but they don’t do “exchanges” and this hoodie for my son doesn’t fit… and this brand doesn’t have the next size up even if they DID do exchanges. So I’m screwed all the way around. Thanks Kohl’s for being completely worthless. I see there’s plenty of people calling out your terrible customer service… If only you cared. BUYERS BEWARE. I’ve never had issues before, but I guess I never used PayPal or they changed their PayPal refund policy without informing their customers. Again, either way you look at it… without informing you that you won’t be able to get that original form of payment back is really ****** customer service!!

      I'm not really a ****** shopper but I seen a couple of items on the web that were priced reasonably and I took a chance and ordered them With free shipping so I place my order I didn't receive a tracking number via email for over 6 days after purchasing my items once I did receive a tracking number it was going to be another 7 days before it was supposedly going to be delivered it actually was delivered 9 days after receiving the tracking number that's a total of over two weeks to receive my items totally unacceptable call ****** to complain and they had no answer for me pretty much that's what you get for ordering online that's how I took it never again very bad customer service

      They would NOT reimburse me the difference in price between when I ordered 11-24 and when I received 11-29. In that matter of time (days) the price had dropped $10.80. I called Customer Service and they said there was nothing they could do. Seriously? Told them they have lost a customer and they said they didn't care.

      I purchased a Christmas gift on 11/22/23 for $495 and on Friday 11/24/23 the price went down to $420.75. I called customer service and I asked for the discounted price, I was told that I have to wait until I receive the item and that she was not able to do the adjustment on Friday because of Thanksgiving. She asked me to call back next week when the item is received to gt the discount. I asked if I should just cancel the original order and re buy it with the discounted price so I do not miss that discount, I was told no and she will notated my order. I called today Monday 11/27/23 and was told no adjustments can be made and I was given the wrong information. Explained that the wrong information was given by a Kohls representative and that they should honor the discounted price. I was told no they can not. I asked for manager and was told he is handling another escalation and as soon as they are off the call they will call me. We'll that was 2 hours ago

      This isnt the first time Ive had an issues with Kohls online. The last time I had an issues with an order being shipped to an incorrect address and received no assistance from Kohls I as a customer was out $200 and no merchandise. I stopped shopping here for a few years. I did go back recently and now Im in the same situation. I placed an order online on thanksgiving day 2023 and thought great things have improved. Only to find out the kohls cash number I was given was stolen and used in a different state. I contacted customer service and got no assistance in recovering the funds coupon. After a long chat with customer service if ended no where, as a customer Im not valued. They failed to correct the situation or help me look for other fraudulent activity on my account. All I can say is Im highly disappointed in this corporation and will no longer be a customer.
