      I ordered a product on line was told it would have to be pick up at the ********* location.i called to get an extension date for pick up and was told I had already requested an extension time and could not extend that time again.I did not request an extension.If I could not get the product in the given time I would have to rebuy it losing my 30% discount. As a customer I am very unhappy that I had to go to the ********* store when I live in *** ****** and there are stores much closer where it could have been delivered.I am very unhappy the way this transaction was handled.I feel there was no customer service extended.

      Been with kohls since ****. First time I ever had an issue. First representative made it sound like I was lying about having 100 dollars kohls cash last night and its missing this morning on my app. I have an email from yesterday morning from kohls saying that I have 100 dollars to use by 11/22/23. I have nothing further with a barcode as I usually **** online. I was told by a supervisor to disregard that email. Um, what??? Wheres my kohls cash? This was never an issue before and because I dont have a barcode, they cant help me.i **** online why would I have a paper barcode?

      I think Kohls is horrific. I've been shopping there for several years and spend a lot of money there. I'm wondering if they have recently been bought out by China. Complete communism. I needed to return something. There was one person in line in front of me waiting near the service desks. There are 2 lines. Not well marked unless you are looking up at the ceiling. I walked up the customer service line and realizing this, I then stood in between the two lines at the top because like I said, there was one other person up very close to the customer service desk, I stood behind her. Well someone else walks up through the line and when it's my turn, the lady at the counter see I have a return, and asks the other customer ( who arrive several minutes 5+ minutes after me) if she is a pick up and then says ok, come on up, I'll take you first. The customer says, no that's ok, take the other women first. The the customer service lady says to me, well you were in the wrong line. So I said, I'm standing in between lines so if I take a half step sideways, is that better for you? And she proceeds to tell me how she has to inform me of being in the wrong line and also that she is instructed to take the paying customer first, not the one returning the item. WOW. Then don't get me started on the self check out and the women "helping" out there. There is no live check now, only self service and another customer says she prefers a live check out. Of course, we want to see people employed, not more machines. She the nasty check out old haggered looking lady says, in a nasty demeaning voice, " What, do I look dead?" Kohls is going down the tubes faster than this country in general. Very sad state of affairs.

      Better check the price you're charged vs. the price on the tag/website. My wife and I were shopping online this morning and added a few things to our cart. Checked the cart total and then decided to add a few more items. The second visit to the cart revealed all the items in it had increased by a few dollars each. This was also after adding $20 in Kohl's cash. Add a coupon and they subtract it from the total telling you how much you saved, all while jacking up the prices on your items to more than the coupon is worth. Nice. Real nice Kohl's. Right up there with Dollar General ringing up items higher than the price tag. All because most people just don't notice. I'll be filing a complaint with the FTC and I hope others do as well.

      Horrible business practices. I made a purchase with a gift card and have to wait 14 to 24 days to get a new gift card sent to me. Seriously, they are a rip.off and try to keep your money anyway they can. They are worse than Walmart.

      Kohls has the absolute worst customer service ever. I ordered something online and its been at the post office for months because the shipping label address is illegible. Ive called kohls three times and they do nothing for you. You have to wait until they get the package back and then in up to thirty days you will get a refund. They wont send me out a replacement for the product that I ordered either. Just ridiculous. Im paying off my card and canceling it and wont be shopping there anymore.

      I ordered a Veterans Christmas ornament in honor of my husband. It is a glass ornament. They packed it in a BAG with thin bubble wrap! It arrived broken of course! Absolutely poor shipping! It wasnt available in store! I returned it to the store and they gave me a phone number to call which was completely unhelpful. Now I cant reorder it! Terrible experience!

      I use to enjoy shopping at kohl's but the more heavily I shopped there the less and less I liked it. I work retail so I see the b.s. that corporate is pushing on the stores. I've been flustered and frustrated with online returns. I often order duplicates to try them on for size and every now and then I'll do a large order only to end up returning 95% of it. The return exchanges can be hit or miss for customer service. It doesn't work well when the reps dump your organized order into one big pile then complain about it. Where as if they just take it out one at a time they would of been fine. I've had more than one online order be a long return process. Secondly, when I go back to the customer service counter the metal roof blocks cell phone data so I can not access my digital receipt if they question it. Some items show up online but not at store level so it confuses them. Third, I order online so I don't have to come into the store. During covid yrs they opened up that option a bit but the annoying part is you still have to pay for damn shipping. A large 500k corporation making people pay for shipping. Returns are very much a huge aff hassle. Third non gender changing rooms. Am I the only one uncomfortable trying on cloths only to hear a husband talking to his wife further down about how hot that out fit makes her but look? You can't not tell me I'm the only one that doesn't notice stuff like this. (not funny serious.) Fourth: Bra sizes max out at size C dd's. I am much higher than that and this is discrimination for heftier women to have to resort to buying them online or else where. Considering you tailor your clothing for the plus side of society I'm surprised you don't have larger bras. Sadly khol's use to be my go-to store for clothing but I've branched out to other areas. During covid product became much more scares and they recovered some but only by a little. No wonder I have branched out my clothing stores to other companies.

      Order 4 things online and received 2 of them and everytime I checked my tracking number it said they were shipped. Called customer service to find out that the 2 items were no longer available. They never emailed or called to let me know that but ofcourse they took my money from my account . Done with this place!

      I am sick, so I did an online order on November 3rd. I've made two trips to the store for only some of my order. I was charged more than my items were when I put them in mycart. A taxes and fees amount of $8.80 came out separately 3 times from my bank account. I wasted time twice on online chats. A call to customer service was unsuccessful also. Kohls used to take such good care of customer concerns and make them feel valued!! I definitely don't feel valued!! I was told over the phone and online that nothing could be done. Just what a customer wants to hear!!
