      Ordered an e-card 9-16-23. After several calls, voiding the e-card and saying they mailed an actual gift card. They now say the e- card was used the day after purchase, which it was not. It has been a nightmare. If it had really been used, (which it was not even received) why would you say you voided it and mailed me a card. They could not tell me what was purchased, were the purchased was mailed. They cannot prove it was used, because it wasnt. DO NOT purchase e-cards from kohls.

      Their customer service is not equipped to provide efficient help. First they cancelled half my order. When I called an hour later (once I saw the email) to cancel the rest of the order they told me they could not because it was already processed. They were able to refund my shipping fee at least. But when I asked for an email confirmation number of the refunded shipping fee they could not provide that bc they did not have access to email. I asked to speak to a supervisor who also stated they did not have access to email to email the number. They also did not have access to work contacts for anyone above them that would have access to email. Kohls emails me 5x a day but they don't provide their customer service representatives access to email to send a confirmation number when requested?? This is ridiculous!

      I PLACED AN ORDER ON 9/7/23 AND NEVER RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. I CALLED AND WASADVISED I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL KOHLS RECEIVED THE PACKAGE BACK, WHICH IF WAS LOST, KOHLS WOULDN'T RECEIVE THE PACKAGE BACK AND I told them my concern. Well, it's now 11/6/23, and after 4 calls I still have not received my credit. Kohl's .com is stating they will refund my account again. and i have to wait another 7 days.

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used to love this store, and it was our primary location to shop for clothes, gifts, etc. spanning several thousand dollars a year. We unfortunately timed our last purchase of $15 on the last day of the billing cycle after we had paid our bill in full. We inadvertently thought we had paid the balance since we didn’t receive the bill via our email. Fast forward 35 days, and I got a call from kohls that our payment for $15 was late, and they had added a $35 late charge. I called them and explained that in over 20 years, I had never had a late payment and never received this bill. They apologized profusely and removed the late charge. However, they reported the late payment which resulted in a 70 point hit to my credit score. I contacted them and again told them I didn’t receive the bill, but they disagreed and refused to make it right. In that 30 day window when the bill supposedly came, we received more than 50 marketing emails from kohls. We didn’t find the bill, but how is the average person supposed to weed through all of that junk? I am going to keep my card because of the length of credit, however, I don’t really intend to give kohls any more of our money (maybe a candy bar on my kohls card every 6 months just to keep it active). They used to be the best for customer service, but that has gone by the wayside. Coupons aren’t valid on most items in the store, the lines are horrendous, they removed more than half of their registers, and customer service is awful. This is one store that I’m okay with going out of business based on their decisions. This was over $15 from a 20 year loyal customer.

      I was recently issued with kohls capital one credit card with which I have tried making online orders via Kohls. Unfortunately the orders gets cancelled and I have to work with the customer service to place the oder successfully. Being a most valuable customer and making payments online, today I'm being told that my account has been closed when I tried to make a new order.

      I ordered a watch and they sent the wrong color. Was told to take the watch back for refund and Kohl's would honor the discounted price when i order a new one. Told Kohl's to send me a return label because the nearest Kohl's is 7miles away. The return label they sent would not print. I attempted to speak with a supervisor and was told none were available. That my information would be "sent" to one and I would receive a "call back", that never happened. Ended up having to drive 14 miles (round trip) to return watch at the physical store. Tried to reorder watch but did not receive a new 40% off discount, and lost my Kohl's cash because it expired the same day. More calls to Kohl's, more agents, more frustration! Only to, in the end, again be told that there was no supervisor to help me and that they could send one my info for a call back. I told the agent to forget it and that u will no longer be doing business with a company that i cannot trust to honor what they say and has no customer appreciation. Plenty more stores in this world with better customer service and integrity. One agent even told me that she was trying to do "ME" a favor by trying to honor what i was initially told, by trying to get me the previous price i paid that KOHL'S SENT ME THE WRONG COLOR WATCH. I don't NEED to spend my money with Kohl's. And at this point, I won't. I can understand why they're apparently experiencing financial decline...

      Somehow after 16+ years of being a customer and having a joint account with my husband, we ended up with different account numbers. My husband was paying my bill, but it was going to his account. After being harassed by Kohl's about a late payment due for a week and talking to 10+ people, we figured out what was happening. We spent over an hour on the phone arguing with the associate about how late fees needed to be waived since it was paid on time, but to the wrong account. We will be cancelling all Kohl's accounts as soon as this is resolved.

      Kohl's gave me cash $10 full cash but I only have 3 days to spend it. What kind of business does that? I want more days just more time to spend my $10 Kohl's cash more than 3 days that's insane

      Fraud fraud fraud. Do not shop at Kohl's. I ordered 2 Halloween shirts from them and received a shirt I did not order. I called customer service and I was told they would ship out what I originally ordered and would receive it after the date of my party. Well how come they didnt send what I ordered in the first place. I said no thank you I just need a refund for my shipping if i have to take it back to the store for a refund. The customer service lady proceeded to tell me they can't give refunds to call my bank and dispute the charge. She told me to keep the shirts and give them as gifts. I then asked to speak to a manager and she refused to get one and told me that they would just tell me the same thing. If they did it to me their doing it to others. Avoid shopping here.

      I recently purchased a rug on sale for $72. It was heavily discounted from $600. I was so excited and discarded my existing rug only to receive a cancellation two days later. I was left on hold for 45 minutes only to be lied to. The third agent I spoke with admitted they put an incorrect price and would not honor it. I learned of this sale through an influencer and she subsequently posted that other customers were able to choose a new rug of their choice up to $900. When I asked them to do the same, the best they could do was a 30% off coupon (which I learned after receiving that it expires in 2 days). Needless to say, this has been an awful experience and I do not recommend Kohls to anyone.
